We finally deplaned and waited for a new plane. Got to Kona at 2:00am. The air temp was warm the entire flight. Had to endure a grumpy crew. Not the best flying experience. I know you can do better. Maybe look at how Hawaiian airlines does it and you might get some inspiration on how to improve."

Very very very poor and fraud technique from United crew. We are very sad about this and we will never ever take United or Lufthansa again. Delay was so long that most passengers would miss their connection. After standing an hour in line at the gate to book alternate connection, counter was closed and we were directed to another 10 min walk away. After another 1.5 hours without reaching a representative we had to rush back to the gate to board. In Frankfurt had to stay in standby for the next alternative flight. Luggage was delayed in the US for 2 more days."

I had to call many times until I reach a spanish speaker that showed concern for our problem and finally found our stroller and sent it to our hotel."

Cons: "Streaming on free wifi of free movies wasn't working on my PC. Tried all their tips and options. This is a big drawback with letting customers use their own devices. Can get complicated. Surprised that Adobe Flash + DRM software is required. They're supposed to be downloadable from the inflight system, but that wasn't working. Crew don't have expertise to deal with this (wasn't expecting them to). Movie selection looked decent enough."

The overhead bins were so small that they couldn't fit carry ons efficiently so everyone was scrambling for space, delaying the boarding process & heightening frustration & stress. But when other passengers approached him he wasn't very nice at all, he had this unpleased face all the time, It was hot and we couldn't connect to the internet. It was just horrible. Sucks paying so much for a very bad service."

Had to stand in the aisle for nearly 10 minutes while attendant found another seat for us, farther back in the plane and in the center section. Absolutely no legroom and the food was hardly edible. Every few years I fly United in the hope that they'll have gotten better, but it just never seems to happen. Still can not recommend this airline."

Cons: "Everything! Our flight started with a thirty minute delay which was mentioned after we were asked to stand and prepare to board. The flight continued to be pushed out an hour every hour with no reason as to why. Our gate changed and we were told to line up for boarding, then we had another delay. The frustrating part was being told to line up to board only to see another delay. In total, the flight was delayed over four hours, being asked to prepare to board three times and with one gate change. This was not even the worst part, our new plane did not have WiFi, which was promised when booking. Needless to say, the entertainment was bleak. The icing on this flight from hell was when we hit turbulence and two bottles of wine spilt on another passenger and all over the floor. I understand that this happens, but none of the flight attendants attempted to clean up the wine and all the passengers where forced to smell cheap red wine for the remaining eight hours of the flight. I regret to claim that I will not fly United ever again."

These should be separated from the media units and should be functional at all times regardless of technical issues. Food choices were interesting. The barley salad was quite strange. I would take that off the menu, if possible. It was quite inedible. Flavor profile was not good."

Cons: "This flight was delayed by several hours, so I was concerned that I might miss my connecting flight in Denver. I could have flown through any other city en route to Raleigh, so it was frustrating that Frontier would not do anything for me until I got to Denver, because the risk was extremely high that I would miss the last flight out of Denver. Fortunately, Frontier decided to hold the connecting flight so that people on this flight could make their connection. HOWEVER, I landed a few hours later in CHARLOTTE, NC. Apparently Frontier had not checked my ticket when I boarded the wrong plane. My ticket clearly indicated that I was supposed to be on the flight to Raleigh. From Charlotte, there was an American Airlines flight that I could have transferred to--something that every other airline I've flown has done under these circumstances. But Frontier told me they don't put passengers on other airlines' flights, so I had to wait another couple of hours to catch Frontier's next flight to Raleigh. Throughout the whole process, it was very frustrating because for hours while I waited at LAX, I couldn't find a single Frontier employee. I even had to wait at ticketing when I arrived at the airport, not because of a line but because there was no one from Frontier at the counter. All of this suggests to me that Frontier just doesn't care. They don't care enough to be at the airport in case passengers have problems like this. They don't care enough to avoid missed connections by putting people on different flights. They don't care enough to make sure passengers are getting on the correct flights."

They replaced their humane, padded chairs with these ultra slim hard plastic ones that don't recline so you're stuck sitting at a 90 degree angle with basically no padding so they can fit more seats on the plane with tiny tray tables. I'd like to see the CEO spend a couple of hours in one these. I'll never fly Frontier again because they've completely lost touch with the concept of treating customers with dignity."

Try this, if we show our international limited stay and we do a trip within this period to intercity this could be a welcome relief. Right now, my parents are in that category and I am seeing them juggle with their luggage limitations."

There wasn't even anyone at the ticket counter until 1.5 hours before our flight. After a long international flight we were stuck in the terminal with no food, sitting on the floor. All because frontier is too cheap to do anything extra for their customers. And $40 for a bag? That's ridiculous. Put it in the price of the ticket... And give me a drink on the plane. NEVER EVER EVER again. I'll spend the extra money to fly southwest where they care about their customers."

I had just flown a similar a la carte 'discount' airline, the experience was pretty bad, and had me very skeptical about this airline. I was completely turned around by this experience and would definitely use them again, whereas that other airline I would avoid like the plague."
