The shuttle from Terminal 2 to 3 seems unnecessary, especially with the set of stairs to bus shuttle. A bit dangerous to line up on stairs especially for the elderly managing bags etc. Lower price on checked bags and you will not have to do repeated call out for volunteers."

Landed at YVR, went to WJ to find out about luggage. Told me I have to get a hold of Qantas. They had nothing to do with it. Went to Qantas was sent to a place that was closed. Two days later got a call from WJ asking why I didn't pick up my luggage. I told him the story. He kept saying why didn't I go to them. Because I was told it was Qantases fault. Got luggage 2 days later, damaged. I'm thinking maybe the case fell off the conveyor belt while loading in Melbourne ."

I asked the rep at the gate to please have an aisle seat but she asked me to wait as she will call my name for seat assignments later. As I waited like she called many names and not mine, i again reminded her that she didnt call mine and she then just gave me my boarding pass without even apologizing that shr had put me in a middle seat. I told her i cant sit im a middle seat i need am aisle because I go to the bathroom often. she coldly said. "no more aisle seats". bad experience with ground staff in general as this is not the first time."

Pros: "I hated both my trips with Air Canada. I payed extra for a better seat and the one I got was dirty. The tv was NOT working. On top of the 5 hours delay, I hated all the experience. The attendants messages is never clear and focus. It's like Air Canada is employing teenagers with NO work etics or professionalism. I am a frequent flyer and will NEVER flew with Air Canada again. The cheap ticket is not worth the cheap aircraft and cheap service I received."

Cons: "Employees seemed somewhat disorganized. There was not enough space in front of counter for people and there luggage. I ticketing agent would yell from far down the counter "Next...Next!) and finally walk closer so people in line could see/hear them. Then, often that next customer could not get to the counter in front of the agent because of the pillars and other people were blocking them. The space was too cramped. At boarding, Instructions over the loudspeaker were not clear and the video screens contained incorrect information about boarding. At one point the agent came out and yelled at everyone to "get out of line!, we are not boarding yet". I have never seen this process handled so poorly and I fly quite a bit."

Then they changed the itinerary (again) with a minor improvement after we had upgraded to Business class. Somehow Air Canada deleted the special meals. Not just lost with the change but actively deleted according their rep. So no meals."

We were forced to check in our cabin baggage saying that there was lack of overhead space, but when we boarded among last passengers, there were a number of empty overhead bins. We could easily have saved 45 minutes in Toronto airport without having to wait for our bags."

Cons: "The in-flight entertainment had an annoying habit of pausing frequently to buffer the movie. I tried to pause it purposely to gain buffer, but to no avail. Because of this, I was unable to watch the entire film. I chose the length to be well below the flight time, so the lack of closure was annoying. There are not enough chocolate choices in the snack menu."

The thing that bugged me was they kept telling us not to worry and that the flight would be delayed so that we all could make it. I was the last one on the plane and I know there had to be at least 10 that didn't make it in time. I think the flight was only delayed by like 15min or so. I don't think they should tell people not to worry because the plane will wait for them, when it didn't wait for all. I get it that you want to also please those in the plane already and those waiting at destination so I'm not upset. Just giving feedback."

I travel often and can guarantee I will never fly United again."

Cons: "No comfort at all. Plane was jam packed and I had no leg room, arm rests would not come up, no free wifi or free entertainment."

Pros: "All the new amenities on united airlines are great the new seats are much more comfortable and have better leg room"
Cons: "No security for the wifi, I work In Silicon Valley and the soft security could be an issue but then again all the airlines lack passwords."

Pros: "All went smoothly this trip"
Cons: "The ability to standby for earlier flights with no added fee"

Pros: "Boarded on time. Arrived on time. Fast boarding"

Cons: "my first flight was delayed so when I landed I had to run to the terminal to see if I can Catch my second flight I was worried my whole flight because I thought that I was going to miss the second flight and that my vacation was going to be delayed. Luckily they had not taken off and I think that they waited for us thank God and the crew"

Pros: "Nice staff and comfort."
Cons: "I didn't like that when I got on and off my flights. When I asked for help because I am deaf and mute no one would escort me to the planes cabin or the right gate. Had to ask 3 different gates which way do I go because I cant hear and I was upset because I thought I wouldn't make my flight. My wife made sure that they put on my information in the system that they would help me, but I guess it doesn't work like that. In future I will make different arrangement so that I can get the help I need."

Pros: "Crew was nice and boarding went smooth"
Cons: "seats were very close together"
