Due to delays at SFO, my WestJet light missed its connecting WestJet flight. If they had held the plane in Calgary for 15 minutes, 2 families with children would not have been stranded in Calgary for more than 24 hours. I understand the need to be on-time, but when it is the same company, you would think they could make a phone call. Or maybe they could go to a higher altitude to make up for lost time? Instead of attempting to put us on another flight, they rescheduled us for the same connecting flight 24 hours later. We then had to scramble to find a hotel, which they state that they were not responsible for since the delay was not their fault and therefore became an additional out of pocket expense for us. The customer service is severely lacking here at this company. They also mentioned that if we purchased our tickets through a 3rd party site (Kayak) versus WestJet directly, that they couldn't help us. Seriously?? Additionally, we lost 2 days of travel and missed out on tours and taxis that were pre-booked. I will not be using WestJet again,

They lost my bag. Hopefully it will be here tomorrow.

Kayak was the problem! The tickets we bought did not allow for carry on or checked luggage and we ended up paying more for those services than the tickets! The paperwork Kayak provided for the receipt left the luggage policy for Westair intentionally blank. This was intentionally decietful on Kayak's part. Our additional cost was over $400.00! I will be calling customer service today asking for refunds and I will keep you informed on any review sites as I can. Keith

The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!

West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.

The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!

Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.

Our seats that I had paid extra for near the front of the aircraft were no longer available on this replacement aircraft. We were told we either had to accept the new replacement seats in row 27 near the back in seats E and B, no longer together, or sit in the very back in row 30 squeezed into E and F seats that do not recline or have trays that provide a flat platform for a refreshment. This is not what I had expected. However, again your flight crew did the best they could given the circumstances.

The seats were very comfortable. However the meal on the transatlantic portion of the trip was not very good, even by airline food standards.

They made my minor daughter leave the area and go back though security during a flight connection with her checked luggage

737-8 Max is an awful design. Toilets in the rear are inaccessible for most of the flight due to service carts.

No TV on the flight. The charging outlet was not working. No food, even a sandwich. The served orange was poor quality.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Very rude gate attendants in San Francisco who didn’t let me bring my little carry on (smaller than usual size) and after boarding I realized that there still were a lot of overhead compartment space (like a full section available in some spots). That made me lose 30 minutes at my destination at 1am and it could have broken something fragile that I had in it

All attendents were very efficient, pleasant and happy. Everything went smoothly. The seats could have been wider. There could have been more free food instead of just one small bar.

Bad experience boarding and flight got delayed didn’t make it to my next flight

The fact that we have to check in our carryons when we met the requirements and there was plenty of spaces near we sat was ridiculous

Problem with operation of on board entertainment computer. Failed about 1 /2 hour into the flight. Rebooting failed to restore.

This is the first and the last time I ever fly Air Canada. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, no leg room. My back was throbbing by the time the flight was over. I payed both flights up and back for internet and both times had trouble connecting all while the clock was ticking on my payed subscription. Here's the worst part which I have never experienced on a flight before. the flight attendant would walk down the aisle with the drink cart and only give out drinks to selected passengers. This was not a big plane, there were not that many passengers! We were totally ignored, I had to ask three times for my husband to get a drink. My son and his girlfriend were sitting across the isle from us and received a snack but we were never offered a snack or anything. My son's girlfriend had children sitting behind her who were continually kicking her seat the entire flight. I have never wrote a negative review for an airline before but after spending my money for four seats I was extremely disappointed in your service.

Flight was canceled 2 hours ahead. Just as I arrived at the airport
