My entertainment unit kept locking up and had to be restarted multiple times. Also those commercials for Budapest and Ralph Laureen. Come on those were stuff only those who can afford the outrageous fees of first and business class would be interested in.. And the fact you have no military discount is not good either,

I was not clear if food was offered or not.

They did not offer coffee on a 7am flight…awful!!

We had several flights and they were all on-time and flawless

They cancelled my flight and downgraded me to economy and only gave me $250 for the downgrade

They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!

Charlotte airport is miserable. For American I always have to connect from the end of terminal E to the end of terminal B and the stupid moving walkways are always broken. And the flights to all seem of least importance so they never leave on time in either direction.

My flight was on the busiest day for travelling, a day before Thanksgiving. There was no delay, boarding started on time, and we arrived on time. Nowadays it is enough to give the highest rating. Thank you!

Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once
