Terrible service - they don’t want to be there and bad food. Entertainment system in economy from the 2000s
Boarding was a complete mess. The whole system went down. People got wrong seat for the first half an hour.
First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.

My original flight was cancelled and that affected my trip and my plans and I got no compensation and customer service was hard to reach as well
Compared to our Lufthansa flight out, it was pretty poor. Check-in was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was Lufthansa or United, the Kayak link kept sending us to a dead link with United. Then figuring out which code was United was a mess - it took way too long. On the flight, the seats were uncomfortable, they were out of all wines but red when the flight started, then out of red after the first beverage. The flight attendant said they never get restocked before they turn around to the US, so it happens all the time. The food was so bad we threw it away. For a long flight, it was pretty terrible.

Flight was delayed 5 hours. Initial reason for delay was 'maintenance' - which makes sense. Then, the additional 2 hours continued to say it was maintenance - when I know EWR had a 2 hour delay. AA did not say that. Additionally, when boarding, there was only one agent at the counter for a long time - until another came to help. After boarding, we had to wait another 45 minutes due to 'no catering'. So while we waited for catering, AA continued to board additional passengers - which seemed odd - and raised questions about what really was going on. I sat in First Class. During the flight, the flight crew allowed a significant number of non-First Class passengers to use the front bathroom - which created a very crowded environment in First Class which was uncomfortable. This also delayed First Class passengers from using the bathroom. Overall, horrible experience.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
Seat was VERY uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and then boarded slowly. The crew was super helpful with boarding and supporting maximizing the luggage in the overhead.
Absolutely terrible. Would never fly American again. 2 deplaned incidents and delayed by close to 24 hours. $12 meal voucher for first class passengers was an insult to the injury. Pathetic.

My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.
I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. 3 hours late JetBlue flight made me miss my connecting flight to Nairobi Kenya, they did not even offer me hotel accommodation, I paid out of my pocket, they did not know where my luggage was, let say my experience with JetBlue was nightmare.

WiFi was not eorkig (again) And the plane was from 1990 with the screens which were.not touch and most didn’t even work and if lucky could tune in tv
Except for the 28 minute delay leaving and the earlier reschedule to a later takeoff time the flight was good.
My encounter with the entertainment services provided on board was moderate; the functionality of the Wi-Fi connection was either sluggish or nonoperational, while the display screens were antiquated and suffered from poor visibility. On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.
My experience with JetBlue was fantastic! The service was top-notch, the flight was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely fly with them again.
There was only internet service for the last hour. Other than that is was a great flight. Good Crew and landed a head of time.
Best Thing flight took less time than programmed, quick entry and exit. Recommended!

Do not book with this airline. Flights delayed over 3 hours and no explanation. They keep changing your itinerary every hour.
Really bad. Uncommunicated stop in Trinidad & Tobago for refueling. Extra stop added 3 hours of discomfort without allowing off the seat. Not even water, or chargers or boarding groups.
Staff were unfriendly and rude. Was stuck on runway for 2 hours after arrival in Boston.

We waited in an overcrowded bus for over a half hour. It was uncomfortable. It would have been better to have waited in the terminal in a line

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did
The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.
My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this
A 630departure flight Delayed 6hours! They changed my gate, I moved to the new gate. Had our flight on the screen for 12noon departure. I go get above to eat, check screen again and the flight was gone, no notice no announcement, nothing!! They sent my bag on the flight I wasn’t on, got it back to me 3days later. Thank goodness they did refund my money but I will NEVER fly them again.
Plane and crew on board were fine. Everything else was terrible.
Disaster. They lied every step of the way. We ended up being delayed due to crew and then allegedly abandoned the flight because of a curfew at LGA. No rebooking to LGA at any reasonable time. No hotel. No meal vouchers. Had to sleep in the airport and fly to Newark instead. Will never fly Frontier again.
My first flight was delayed 5 hours. The 2nd flight was canceled til the next day and the never even tried to compensate for it. Worse I was delayed again on the flight the rebooked me on.
I guess you get what you pay for. The seats are very uncomfortable and very little space. The snacks were pricey.
Would be great if Frontier can Assign Seats together under one PNR
They cancelled the flight and did nothing. I should be compensated for my uber rides to and from airport. Not a good service by frontier or kayak.

Flight was changed (according to Frontier, by Kayak) without my notification. And all flights were delayed by at least an hour and a half. Uncomfortable plane. Bad service. Will never fly Frontier again.
