First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.

Seats could be more comfortable, food was plentiful and good.

My original flight was cancelled and that affected my trip and my plans and I got no compensation and customer service was hard to reach as well
Compared to our Lufthansa flight out, it was pretty poor. Check-in was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was Lufthansa or United, the Kayak link kept sending us to a dead link with United. Then figuring out which code was United was a mess - it took way too long. On the flight, the seats were uncomfortable, they were out of all wines but red when the flight started, then out of red after the first beverage. The flight attendant said they never get restocked before they turn around to the US, so it happens all the time. The food was so bad we threw it away. For a long flight, it was pretty terrible.
Average. Newark is a United Hub, yet a flight that is early somehow ends up getting late to the gate. Newark ATC needs help badly.
Entertainment system did not function screen kept trying to reset. There was no beverages handed out luckily it was short flight.

Flight was delayed 5 hours. Initial reason for delay was 'maintenance' - which makes sense. Then, the additional 2 hours continued to say it was maintenance - when I know EWR had a 2 hour delay. AA did not say that. Additionally, when boarding, there was only one agent at the counter for a long time - until another came to help. After boarding, we had to wait another 45 minutes due to 'no catering'. So while we waited for catering, AA continued to board additional passengers - which seemed odd - and raised questions about what really was going on. I sat in First Class. During the flight, the flight crew allowed a significant number of non-First Class passengers to use the front bathroom - which created a very crowded environment in First Class which was uncomfortable. This also delayed First Class passengers from using the bathroom. Overall, horrible experience.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
Seat was VERY uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and then boarded slowly. The crew was super helpful with boarding and supporting maximizing the luggage in the overhead.
Absolutely terrible. Would never fly American again. 2 deplaned incidents and delayed by close to 24 hours. $12 meal voucher for first class passengers was an insult to the injury. Pathetic.

My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.

Ground crew gave me interference about carrying a laptop and a small shoulder bag, even though I told them I traveled with them all the time. I then placed my laptop bag in my carryon and took out a medical device, and ground crew still tried to give interference. Except for the 28 minute delay leaving and the earlier reschedule to a later takeoff time the flight was good.
My encounter with the entertainment services provided on board was moderate; the functionality of the Wi-Fi connection was either sluggish or nonoperational, while the display screens were antiquated and suffered from poor visibility. On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.
My experience with JetBlue was fantastic! The service was top-notch, the flight was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely fly with them again.
There was only internet service for the last hour. Other than that is was a great flight. Good Crew and landed a head of time.
Best Thing flight took less time than programmed, quick entry and exit. Recommended!
