Bought ticket for my son to come home to Los Angles from college for winter break. Meanwhile his grandma died and we had to buy him a new ticket a day early to Phoenix for the funeral and he was to return to college from Los Angeles on his original ticket on Jan. 1. I told him to go to the ticket counter before the Phoenix flight to tell them of the situation and that he would not use the first leg of the LA flight but would use the second leg, home from Los Angeles. The Spirit employee told him he had to call reservations. He completed the Phoenix flight and called reservations where they told him that he had lost the LA round trip flight completely because he didn't call 2 hours before the flight. Now we have to buy another ticket even though its 3 weeks away and paid for! 3 tickets for one round trip. Really? You couldn't make accomodations? Robbery! Spirit Airlines, you are heartless jerks!

I had to cancel my flight because I did not want to miss my daughters baptism. I did not know the date of her baptism when I booked the flight. When I I tried to change the flight it would have cost twice as much. I’ve always loved flying with Spirit. Until this time. When I asked if I could get a travel voucher for a future date I was told it was a promotion so I could only get a $10 credit even though the price I paid was $120. I’m so sad.

I call in advance to paid the fees for baggage, I call Aeromexico because was the main airline for the fly, but Delta at Seattle made me paid again the fees for baggage’s even by phone they said that I didn’t need to paid. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL BECAUSE THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK didn’t even look the paperwork that you have in hand, they only want to charge you saying that your payment thru Aeromexico didn’t help you in the 1st fly. How this can happen when Delta and Aeromexico are two subsidiary one of another ?

- each seat has cable television (even for very short flights) - I was asleep my whole flight from Long Beach to SFO but the pilot was great! came over the speaker to let us know there was a great view of the sunrise and what we were flying over below. - dimmed the lights for the flight since so many people were sleeping on the early flight

We were there before the departure time but the staff gave us a hard time saying they were going to lock the doors on us. It wasn't until the flight crew ran up behind us that they finally didn't have an attitude and said we were fine. Online entertainment didn't work, no shows, the map doesn't have a time or useful info. My row was skipped by the crew for snacks. The guy came from behind first, which I didn't see and then one the way back, he didn't even look at my row or the row in front of me.

The ladies at the gate were able to provide us with the best updates and tried their best to keep everyone calm and answer as many questions as possible and were constantly checking for updates. They also provided water and chips for us where no one else was trying t do anything at all.

The flight was delayed several hours due to mechanical issues in the cockpit. Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

It was a very cheap flight no frills no anything. It was very said the plane was not full but I could not move my seat until the plane was airborne then everyone else was moving in the seats I got in trouble because I had to go to the restroom

I know spirit is a bare bones, pay extra for everything airline, but they literally wouldn’t give me a small cup of water during the flight when my throat was really dry and I just needed a sip of water.

Not giving a cup of water to someone on a 2 hour flight is practically inhumane.

Flight was smooth, planes are new and the flight crew was nice.

There’s a charge for everything under the sun. And the baggage weight limit is 40 vs the industry standard of 50. Airport personnel were lazy.

Onboarding crew was a bit rude and rushing everyone. Forcing people to check in bags even though there was still space in the overhead bins.

- each seat has cable television (even for very short flights) - I was asleep my whole flight from Long Beach to SFO but the pilot was great! came over the speaker to let us know there was a great view of the sunrise and what we were flying over below. - dimmed the lights for the flight since so many people were sleeping on the early flight

Entertainment and timeliness of the departure and arrival.

Our prior flight arrived 30 minutes late and we had to run to the opposite side of the airport. We were there before the departure time but the staff gave us a hard time saying they were going to lock the doors on us. It wasn't until the flight crew ran up behind us that they finally didn't have an attitude and said we were fine. Online entertainment didn't work, no shows, the map doesn't have a time or useful info. My row was skipped by the crew for snacks. The guy came from behind first, which I didn't see and then one the way back, he didn't even look at my row or the row in front of me.

The ladies at the gate were able to provide us with the best updates and tried their best to keep everyone calm and answer as many questions as possible and were constantly checking for updates. They also provided water and chips for us where no one else was trying t do anything at all.

The flight was delayed several hours due to mechanical issues in the cockpit. Why they would think we would want to fly on that plane after the pilot refused the "fix" and left because he and his crew "timed out" because we waited so long. Flight was scheduled to depart at 8:26pm, we didn't depart until well after 1am. I got home at 6am! The ladies at the gate were awesome, however the "supervisor, Armondo Gonzalez Figueroa, only came to restate what had already been said by the gate agents, did not have ANY answers, did not offer any solutions, barely answered any questions, and stopped the gate agents from removing blankets of the plane to provide to the many many passengers who were waiting there freezing. The compensation offered was a joke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
