I always enjoy flying Copa. There are very few airlines where I can enjoy a comfortable sleep in-flight. The snacks weren't the best, but they sufficed. The in-flight entertainment was fantastic, and I crossed another movie off my watch list.
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
They were super friendly bumped me up to exit row free of charge, All flight legs were on time
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.

Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
It was probably one of the worst flights I’ve been on. The restrooms were never cleaned or stocked. The food was very subpar, and i usually enjoy airline food, so I was disappointed. It was just all around a bad experience. The only saving grace was the flight attendants.
I got sick nothing contagious but distressing and the care I received by Kayla? Keighly the flight attendant will be memorable for ever. Thank You
Waaay too small plane. They also need to up the size of the overhead bins. I would love to keep me 3k with of camera equipment in my hard case baggahe instead of it being thrown into the belly of the plane
Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
It was fine. No drinks nor snacks offered though. I thought that was unusual.
I like how the crew and pilot kept us updated Even though our flight was slightly delayed. We made up time for it in the air. I really did enjoy my seat and amenities and my trip and value overall.
Delays to take off and to leave the plane after landing added a lot of time to this flight.
It was a red eye flight, so no meals were provided, but it was fine with snacks. The seats felt cramped and almost too narrow.
We didn't take off until an hour after we boarded.

Horrible. Arrived at my gate at 6:37 for a 6:50 flight and was denied by staff to board. Literally watched my flight leave from the window and it didn’t take off until after 7am. Tried to talk to staff and they were rude beyond compare. Will never fly with this airline again.
We had to sit and wait for almost an hour after landing and taxiing to the gate. The jet bridge was broken so we just waited and waited and waited and it was inconvenient, hot, and unnecessary.
Seats Are hard, Plane was very dirty, used gum stuck on my tray table, wet red liquid under my feet at me seat
Seats are too close. Bags are too expensive. One bag should always be free.
Flight was canceled and instead of rescheduling at the gate we had to go out to the ticket counter. Unruly kids kicking the back of my rows chair with staff to inattentive to say something.
The experience was really good, the crew members were excellent
I love a flight without turbulence and you guys deliver It’d be nice to have comfier seats and maybe some inflight entertainment and snacks but that’s for Delta

Excellent! No complaints! All the staff from the counter to the airplane crew, was just amazing and pleasing to talk to
