Pros: "Flight attendant coughed in my face twice without covering her mouth while I was seated and she was passing out drinks and snacks"

Pros: "I apreciated how well informed he captain kept us. There were several delays but she communicated freely and helped us to feel safe."

Cons: "My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers."

Ended up spending the night in a cold-assed airport with minimal comfort. I was already confirmed on this flight and AA knew, or should've known, that I was enroute. Not pleased at all."

When I tried to reserve a special meal, each party (American, Iberia & airfare.com) said they could not do it, that the other party had to do it. So, in other words, no company took responsibility for my customer satisfaction. So I am ultimately blaming American Airlines accountable since they, not Iberia or airfare.com, contracted with the food service provider at the airport."

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

Cons: "I thought the flight attendants were somewhat distracted and rude. When the flight first started I had a problem with my tv screen saying that I was blocked out. When they finally fixed it I was excited to watch a movie like everyone else around me. However, my headphone jack in the armrest did not work properly. I thought it might have been my headphones but I tried two different pairs including the pair provided by the airline. I was only able to hear scratchy background noise but no words. This meant I had to go the entire flight with no movie or music. That was highly disappointing. I told the flight attendant about it and she reset my screen thinking that might be the problem but it did not help at all."

Flew the same route back to Charlotte on an American Airlines A320...these seats were comfortable and the landing was smooth even with a 20mph crosswind."

Cons: "I flew to Charlotte, NC last week from Houston with my husband for a funeral. The flight there went smoothly and we used the United app to check in and get our boarding passes. When it came time to check in for our flight home my husband was able to get his boarding pass, but they said mine was unavailable. Obviously concerned I called United. After being on hold for over an hour I was able to speak to a representative. I was told that I hadn't show up for my flight to Charlotte... so they had canceled the returning flight. Not only was I on that flight my boarding pass was scanned twice (one at security and once during boarding). The representative then told me to go to the airport the next day and "try" to explain what happened. I don't know if this was some sort of glitch in the system, but I was very concerned and upset that someone could be on a flight with no record of them being on the plane... and that I was having to spend 2 hours trying to figure out if I could go home after a very stressful day... during a time when I should have been with my family. Cons: "My vehicle keys were removed from my checked luggage requiring to pay extensively to have a locksmith come to the airport the next day to create new keys. I slept in the parking lot due to the fact the locksmith could only open the doors and could not cut new electronic keys until morning. I am extremely enraged over this incident. I know the keys were contained in this article due to the fact that the Keychain was left on top, without keys. I could not imagine why someone would remove these keys from my Keychain that holds only those keys. I would like to hear your openion on the matter. Thanks, Alexander Kruse"

I spoke with customer service on the phone multiple times on the flight regarding various issues. They were able to help on about half of them. Response time was extremely long and trying to get a hold of someone was nearly impossible (When through a bunch of prompts to discuss issues with a computer instead of a real person. Yes I tried pressing "0" every chance I could to be redirected)"

The 'threat' that if yiu din't pay for seats tigether, you may be separated frim your companion. Overall, a great example of overpromising, overcharging, and underdelivering. A flight attendant whose response to my surprise at having to pay for coffee was "...I don't make the rules." Frontier should spend some coffee money on retraining attendants on customer service."

I stood in that line and watched people doing seat selection, finding IDs, paying for stuff. A kiosk machine would be good too. If you're going to buy more planes fix the incoming passenger issues."

Cons: "Trays were the size of my plane ticket had to sit laptop in lap, had to pay $6 for a diet coke when I thought it was free and couldn't return it because attendant opened it. By far the worst airline ever"

And I get that weight is fuel, and fuel is money. But seriously, that felt kinds rude. Glad I checked in on line and found out in time to repack."

They don't tell you this until you've paid the fare and it's time to print the boarding pass. I have no idea how this airline stays in business. By the time I paid all the excess charges I could have flown on Delta on a nice plane with nice seats. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Never again will I fly Frontier. I'd rather take the bus."

Cons: "As others have mentioned, they slapped on very deceptive fees at the last minute for things that no other airline charges for like choosing a seat assignment and a carry-on bag. The fees completely negated any savings from booking with them in the first place. Also, the online check-in system was clunky and took longer than it should have, and then my flight was cancelled because they couldn't get their act together with scheduling two days after a storm hit Denver. I had to re-book my flight with another carrier which ended up costing $1200. Not a bargain!"

Cons: "Earlier notice of flight cancellation by Frontier Airlines would have helped. The Charlotte Airport was close to chaos due to the lack of management of the many people there trying to be processed. This experience was a nightmare and I have lost all trust in Frontier Airlines going the extra mile to make things work smoother. It is known that holidays will have more people in the terminal. Plans by all airlines and the airport should be in place, including hiring more workers, to make the flow and the flights work better. Sometimes cancellations can't be avoided, but there should be a better alternative than being told that the next flight will be seven days later."

Cons: "I didn't like having to wait on the plane to unload because another plane was unloading at the same time and Trenton only unloads one at a time. Almost missed my rental car"

Cons: "Not much leg room. Paying to pick your seat is ridiculous when traveling with family."

Cons: "The captain said no gates were available so they delayed our flight for an hour after they let us board the plane. Almost all of the gates in the terminal were available when we got to Philadelphia. Frontier doesn't give out free drinks or peanuts on the flight. They also charge $5 extra if you don't check your bag online. The seat doesn't recline. Frontier is by far the worst airline ever!!!!"
