Cons: "My mother, Linda Thompson, has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, Dystonia. Along with this condition, stress can bring on non-epileptic seizures. My mother has had to endure one of these seizures due to the stress that this incident had put her through. As my mother's power of attorney, I am helping her vocalize this incident that she has experienced. The image below shows the spot where she was left, in the Atlanta airport, in her wheelchair. Delta airlines says they provide safe, accessible travel to all of their passengers. That includes providing an employee to transport physically disabled persons to and from their flights and to their shuttle. An employee accompanied my mother when she got off of her plane arriving in Atlanta from Charlotte. This employee was obligated to transport her where she needed to go. Due to her first flight being delayed, she missed her connecting flight in Atlanta, and had to stay the night until the connection could be made in the morning. They provided her with a voucher to a local hotel and a shuttle to that hotel. The employee who met her at the gate was obligated to help her get to that shuttle so she could get to her hotel in time. As many of us may know, Atlanta airport is one of the largest. You might need to take a train to get from one area to the next. It would be very difficult for my mother to walk that distance with her cane, and that is why she needed a wheelchair. The inconsiderate, selfish employee of whom needed to transport my mother to her destination was coming to the end of his shift. He attempted to hand my mother off to another employee at the desk while she was getting her voucher. Told her it was the end of his shift and he had to clock out. She told him, "You can't leave her here". Her statement, and the way she stated it, made my mother feel like she was a piece of luggage. She ignored it and let the employee take her on her way. She just wanted him to take her to her shuttle so that she could get to her hotel and rest. That did not happen. He strolled my mother along for a moment until they were out of site. They approached a gate, of which was empty, and he told her to wait here for an agent to come by. He left. She waited...and waited. No one ever came and assisted her. She was left like a piece of luggage in the middle of the Atlanta airport with no one around. My mother was treated like a bag that someone did not want to carry around anymore. This situation and the selfishness of that employee makes me think of who else could have been treated like this, or who else could be treated like this in the future. Help me spread this message so that something can be done about this issue. Delta has already been contacted, they do not care enough to do anything about it. I bet they will if this message gets heard by their potential future passengers."

When I entered the plane, one of the staff just looked at me twice without saying hello back. I said it twice and the same lady gave me a cold goodbye when I was leaving the plane. There was no entertainment!!!! Also, no plug to charge my phone that I had to wait to charge my phone after getting my bags to contact a taxi driver (Lyft)."

Coming back- not so much."

AA cancelled my flight out of PGV, a better seat would have been nice since I had to drive an hour to EWN whereas I was staying only 10 mins from PGV."

Also, only peanuts and a small cup of soda was offered to us. Other airlines give cookies and biscotti! The seats don't recline and they need more legroom. The majority of the airline crew largely ignored us and showed mediocre customer service."

When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

Cons: "Upon arrival the flight attendant left me stranded on the tarmack without a wheelchair for 20 minutes. I have serious balance issues and was terrified. My connection was very tight and I barely made my plane to Portland. The pilot finally saw the problem and got the assistance I needed. This was the most frightening wheelchair experience I have even had."

Cons: "I arrived at my final destination and walked to baggage claim. I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."

Cons: "These morning flights are often late. And they don't change the departure time on the app until after takeoff. Shows I time until you land. Very tough to schedule meetings around."
Cons: "This flight was cancelled and the later flights to Portland were all full, so I was offered a flight to Boston instead, with no refund for the bus ticket from Boston to Portland, and of course my bag did not arrive with me."
Pros: "Price. Flight was on time for boarding and arrived ahead of time to the destination."
Cons: "More cushion in the seats."
Pros: "The connecting flight was aware I was severely delayed and seemed to make sure I got through reticketing and such."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled. We were never notified ( in fact it was still available on Kayak after it was cancelled. They had all of our contact info. No other flights on the same day. They sent 2 100 dollar vouchers we will Never use. Worst ever. Never have experienced this and will NEVER recommend"
Cons: "The flight came in early which was great, but it Took 2 hours to get our luggage. Apparently there were not enough Frontier personnel."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours and then the actual boarding process took another 30 min. Should’ve arrived at my destination by 6 and it’s now it’s 930"
Pros: "My daughter forgot to mention I have a disability when booking flight. I went to boarding desk and they got me on flight right away!! I will fly frontier as much as possible in the future."
Cons: "Space a little tight but my flight was only 2 hours so I could live with that. Would love option of an entrainment unit on seat backs but I understand that with cheap flights it wouldn’t be cost effective for frontier. Flight delayed but that happens a lot with other airlines. Gave regular updates at desk and reason for the delay. Staff wonderful. Plane spotless"

Cons: "That they charged me $65 for a carry on bag ..the person told me an amount went to the machine get a card get charged $5 extra for the card go to the counter they tell me a diffrent amount have to get a diffrent card more money..i made a facebook post to never fly with this company ever again"

Pros: "I was a little hesitant that I could pay under $100 for a round trip flight from Charlotte to Philadelphia. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. My bags even beat me down to the bag check!"

Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable. And because I purchased a cheaper ticket I felt everything was a la carte and very expensive."
Pros: "Frontier's flight from Charlotte to Trenton was canceled due to equipment problems. Frontier gave us a $10 meal voucher, rebooked us on another flight, and gave us a voucher for a future flight."
Cons: "The flight was scheduled to depart at 10 am but we had to wait till 2 pm before the flight was canceled. The rebooked flight took us to Newark. We then had to drive to Trenton to pick up our car."
Pros: "Crew took great care of passengers as we were delayed 2 hours on the tarmac for deicing. Not their fault but the company gave passengers a $50 certificate for our late arrival."
Pros: "When we were flying from phili to Charlotte they put my boyfriend's bag in the slot to see if we woyld have to pay for our carry on. His was good. Mine was a little bigger but because i had my chemo medication in it they did not charge me. When i was returning from Charlotte they charged us for both bags. I told her they didn't in phili and she said every airline does it. So maybe something should be written in ur policy. What is the sence of taking a carry on when you are going to pay $90.00 round trip. Makes no sence to me. I hope u do reply back. Other than that everything was good."

Cons: "Poor customer service. Baggage fees are ridiculous. Checking in online or by app and paying for bags doesnt save any time. You still have to wait at the counter in the airport. No bag drop. Airplane seats are uncomfortable. Waited on the tarmac for about 45 min"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled. I was not notified until after I arrived at the airport. The only alternative they provided was flying to my destination 5 days later. Their phone line has a 2 hour wait so I am still waiting to find out if I have a refund for my flight. Not worth the cheap flight."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled and I was told my only option was to wait 5 days or take my money back. Frontier refused to help me get on another airline to get to my destination. So I end up with a $150 refund and a last minute flight that costs me $600. Terrible customer service. Any other airline would've put me on another flight. never using Frontier again!!"

Cons: "breakfast menu"
Cons: "Seat selection charge? 12$ carry on bage charge 45? And not even a bottle of water for free! I will avoid this airline if possible, I like to know how much the trip will cost in advance. For a round trip flight it was an extra 24$ for seat selection and 90$ for a carry on bag! That's 114$ that I could not avoid and would not been able to get on plane until paid ! No information about these charges appeared anywhere while purchasing the ticket!"
Cons: "There was no gate assignment on my boarding pass or on the screens in the airport. Luckily I know that flights to Denver usually leave from the A concourse so I just walked around until I saw a Frontier logo and could ask someone. Even at the gate, it just said Frontier and had no flight info. There was no Frontier employee so I asked a fellow flier."
Pros: "Friendly crew. Alot of empty seats so we could stretch out.."
Cons: "I don't know why they bought a plane with seats that don't recline and tray tables are only half as wide as normal."
Cons: "The seats are incredibly uncomfortable, the planes were noisy in a terrifying way and I didn't even get a complimentary snack! I heard other people complaining and swearing they would never fly Frontier again. I was pressed for cash and am grateful for a cheap flight, but next time I'm flying I will spend more for comfort with another airline if I can."

Cons: "We booked this flight well in advance and had confirmation for it. Imagine our dismay when we received a notification a few days before our trip that our connecting flight from Denver to Salt Lake City was changed to 10 hours later. When we arrived in Denver, we went to the customer service desk and was told that the flight we had booked didn't have any seats for us and we would have to take the later flight. No explanation. It was scheduled to leave on time, just that they had no room for us even though we had a confirmation number for that flight. I don't know if the responsibility was with Frontier airlines or our booking agency, but rest assured I will not use either one of them again."

Cons: "I'm sorry I usually do not say anything negative but all 4 of my flights were bad. They were all late. 2 out of 4 were at the wrong gates. There were no announcements made. If I had not looked myself I would have not even knew.. The crew were rude and unfriendly. No one smiled. Over all a very unpleasant time. I will not use Frontier airlines again."
Pros: "YEAH FRONTIER! They did a fabulous job getting me back home and once again on time and without any problems! Staffs were kind and gracious from the ticket counter all the way through! LOVE this airline! Watch out Southwest!"
Cons: "Frontier has a lot of hidden fees such as having to pay to have a carry on bag and also trying to charge me for a seat when checking in online. I mean, what exactly did I pay for when I purchased my tickets? Ridiculous."
Pros: "- The quick check-in was great, I found that it was maybe one of the easiest I've had. The flight was great for the cost as well, I was happy to know that it was just what I needed."
Cons: "I didn't like that they didn't offer any snacks on the fight, not even a water or pretzels, everything costed money."

Cons: "Paying extra for everything; eg. seats that were no better than any others, with arm rests that were like rocks; paying for coffee. The 'threat' that if yiu din't pay for seats tigether, you may be separated frim your companion. Overall, a great example of overpromising, overcharging, and underdelivering. A flight attendant whose response to my surprise at having to pay for coffee was "...I don't make the rules." Frontier should spend some coffee money on retraining attendants on customer service."

Cons: "-$40 fee for carry-ons (I am a violinist, so my violin is my carry-on, meaning I also need to bring a checked bag) -$35 fee for checked bags -non-reclinable thin plastic seats -everything on board costs money, including water -both my flight to Charlotte and back to Chicago were both delayed for the same stated reason of the airline not allocating enough time for the plane to be released from inspections after a previous international flight -no information about new projected arrival times -poor communication with waiting passengers -loud thumping and beeping noises on the plane"
Pros: "Boarding was efficient, staff friendly and helpful"
Cons: "New rigid seats uncomfortable in every way, could not feel more packed in nd I consider myself average size at 5'9" 160lbs. I am used to paying for premium seats, and now even used to paying for seat selection at all, but Payment for Carry on policy is a new low in customer service offered."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and efficient"
Cons: "Too bad i didnt know it was a discount carrier...i wouldve purchased the more expensive flight where i didnt feel nickle and dimed for everything"
