Starting on January 26, all travelers (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have an evidence of having contracted and recovered from COVID-19 prior to boarding the plane.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers returning to the US are advised to stay home as much as possible, avoid being around people and consider getting tested for COVID-19 after returning from travel and participated in higher risk activities.

The Chicago to Phoenix had entertainment offered but it there was a fee, which I didn't appreciate and did not take part in. I looked around me as much as possible and didn't see anyone else pay for entertainment. Having in flight movies and TV available for feee is a great incentive for flying with United. If these long flights in the future are pay for view, I will not be flying with you when there are alternative carriers who do provide free entertainment. Thank you."

Couldn't even bend down to get something under my seat because of the lack of space between rows. Also the air conditioner was extremely warm and the pressure of the air did not reach the seat. I was sticking to the chair because it was so warm. It just sucks that air travel has gone the way of every other industry that values quantity over quality."

Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

Which was supposed to had left ORD at 930.... We finally get to PHX at 130 a.m. When were supposed to originally land n PHX at 930 mountain time! After all of this confusion and just bad manangement of time... We didn't get any apologies any kinda of compensation for time lost... Just a have a gud day! I'm pissed will Never fly with United Airlines and will tell others to also not fly United!"

I had assumed it was because the plane was full, but when I got on the plane there were more than adequate spots to stow more bags. There was a compartment across from my seat that remained open the entire flight. While I completely understand the need to check extra luggage when the plane is full, I was very upset when I saw it was not. I intentionally fly with a carry on for the convenience, and to be inconvenienced for absolutely no reason made me not want to fly with this company again for fear it could happen again in the future."

She literally treated me like a child. - NOT COOL. Overall, in comparison to my last international flight, I WOULD NOT recommend United. I feel like I paid too much for my experience with United. Aer Lingus has better/newer aircraft, better cabin crew, better entertainment selections to include music and a selection of movies to watch at your convenience, more comfortable seats, provide a better environment, and a better value for your experience. Aer Lingus was also cheaper. So if you are reading this, please shop around if you are considering United to fly."

Cons: "Honestly, this was the cheapest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Charges for everything, evev carry on bags; no inflight service, not even a glass of water or peanuts offered, no inflight TV, movie, etc. Bathroom filthy, NO padding to the seats at all. Horrible!"
Cons: "No signage for frontier airlines at o'hare airport. Not found in the departure flight schedule for phoenix either. Even at the gate there was no sign for our flight, only shown while we are boarding was the next flight to Colorado. There was a lot of confusion."
Pros: "Do attendants spent the flight scolding passengers for needing to use the rest rooms. We had terrible turbulence so seatbelt sign was on most of the time. So when captain turned them off people understandably got up to use restroom. The fl attendants then told people to stay seated during service!!"

I’m sorry to say but flying on frontier was more like a punishment for me. I always fly American and wanted to save a few dollars what a mistake! With American most the planes that I have flown in have free movie entertainment and everybody seat the seats are comfortable And recline. And the snacks are free along with the soda. Please think twice before flying frontier."

We flew Frontier because it looked cheaper but after paying for luggage, seats, and food we would have been way better off to have flown on Southwest. We will never fly Frontier again."

It wasn't just our flight either, the Frontier flight that landed an hour before us was still waiting and didn't get their bags until 90 minutes post landing. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The high bag fees only added insult to injury."

Pros: "Likely the most uncomfortable plane I've ever been on. Seats feature zero padding, the inability to recline, and a tray table the size of a DVD case. I'm 5' 9" 148 pounds, young and very healthy. I left the plane with a twisted up neck like I've never had before. I landed safely so I MUST be thankful for that, but if I was booking I would want to know this information. Since I'm the wiser now I will not book with Frontier again. Also it was an extra $90 for my CARRY ON round trip. It notified me it would be extra when I booked online but didn't specify how much. What a surprise. I spent more on the fees for the bag than I spent on the bag itself (and most of the contents for that matter)."

At this point I am thinking what in the neck do you think it is I am trying to do, but I keep my mouth shut. Then, of course, I have a window seat. So I ask the people in my row to kindly allow me to get into my seat. While an elderly woman is in the process of moving so I can get to my seat, the same attendant says to me in a very demeaning tone "sir please find a seat." Again, I keep my mouth shut, but I am about to lose it on this guy. I finally am moving into my seat, and the attendant announcing over the speaker says, "we can play musical chairs later." I am just disgusted with the way these situations were carried out by the frontier staff. First I pretty much get 60 dollars stolen from me, then I get yelled at and made fun of because I was being kind, and not bashing through people to get to my seat. Not a very pleasant situation, I will never fly frontier again, spirit staff is way nicer, and the prices are cheaper too."

Cons: "I have to be 45 minutes early to check in, I showed up 37 minutes early. They were VERY firm about the 8 minute difference which was disappointing but ultimately it was my fault I missed the flight and I accept responsibility for that. I didn’t make a fuss or try to negotiate, as soon as they told me that taking my flight was not an option I accepted it and moved on. My problem was with the level of service I received. I was very calm and polite with them and they were very uninterested in helping me find a solution for another flight. They seemed annoyed that I even asked them to help me explore other options . There were some annoyed sighs, they looked and shrugged at me without saying anything one time but the most annoying thing was that I was cutoff while talking to them multiple times. Even when I was just saying things like “hey sorry this is a complicated situation but I appreciate your help, the most important thing is making it to my destination on time not the price”. The options they were offering me were valued based on price, I wanted them to look at arrival time first and price second but they cut me off and started talking about other things. Other times when I’m saying something they would just turn away while I’m in the middle of my sentence and ask a co-worker a question as if I was never speaking to them in the first place. In the end they said I need to speak to the supervisor. I asked if they could get her for me and they said no because she was in another part of the airport at the moment, they have walkie talkies so I asked if they could at least contact her through there and let her know about my situation. They didn’t do that either, instead they just told me to wait and keep an eye out for her. They said she’s short with curly hair. That’s it. So I’m supposed to just sit and wait for someone that I’ve never seen before in my life. Apparently she walked by and I missed her because she wasn’t dressed the same as her other employees but the employees saw her and didn’t bother to get her attention and point her in my direction. After another few minutes of waiting I asked them where she was and they said “oh she walked by you didn’t see her?” The airline was not busy at all either so there is absolutely no excuse for this awful service. Once I arrived at my destination I told my friends and family about my experience and they had their own horror stories with spirit airlines too. The terrible experience made me very hesitant to fly with them again but the fact that my friends & family have had their own separate awful experiences made me 100% sure that I never want to use this airline again. I ended up taking a flight with United Airlines who had employees that were way friendlier and more helpful."

BTW, in all other airline companies you can get a full refund if the deal was cancelled within 24H from when the reservation was done. I am very frustrated."
