All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.

Our pre-arranged chair was not there, multiple calls by our Delta assistant finally got us a ride to the chair holding area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled off to the security area on foot. Thank goodness my hubby is mobile enough for that to have been an option. When we abandoned our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this it would be in the retention and compensation for the private contractor."

Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate with no time to spare."

Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

When I went to check in with the exact same airline that the 7 of us flew out on, Sun Country Airlines, I was told that my bag was suddenly 9 pounds heavier than when we left.... even though my bag was packed EXACTLY the same and nothing had been added. As we were finishing up paying, a random lady from the ticket counter stopped me and in a very snobby and aggressive way told me I needed to check an additional bag. I was BEYOND CONFUSED because this bag was considered a FREE "personal item" when we left Portland and now I'm being forced to pay an extra $40 dollars. She then started talking to me VERY aggressively and belittling me as if I couldn't afford the extra charges. That was not the problem! I wanted an explanation as to why the policies are suddenly different just 72 hours later? After I re-ran my card and paid the additional charge, we start to leave again, AND THE SAME GIRL tells me I need to check ANOTHER BAG that was considered a "carry on" when we left Portland. She was starring at my family, our belongings, not listening to what I had to say and continuing to harass us, while demanding I pay more money, without answering any of my questions! I spent $120 to check our bags just to get back home- $75 more than when we left! I asked for her badge number to reference my conversation with her when I call and speak to her manager and she refused to give it to me! Her body language was defensive, unapproachable and snobby- rolling her eyes multiple times.I was able to see read her name on her badge before she flipped it over, "Mika" who happens to be based out of Portland International Airport but working out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport today, December 10th. Sun Country Airlines advertised themselves as "travel convenient and trouble free for all passengers"...... WHAT A JOKE! I will NEVER fly on this airline or recommend them to anybody ever in my life! I had to squeeze past him. When plane was fully boarded he started to vomit. He vomited multiple times before we started moving. Steward asked him if he was okay to fly and he did not answer, just nodded a bit. He continued to vomit, was unable to use the bag properly, he appeared highly intoxicated. He vomited into the aisle and all over our shoes and pant legs and carry on bags. We told the stewards who went and grabbed a package of paper towels and shoved them at us. They moved the passengers on the other side of him up to the front of the plane but said nothing to us. No one apologized. Twice we were told our baby was the baby of the year but that was the only remark."

Cons: "Must pay for everything: checked bags, carry-on (spoiler alert - carry-on is more expensive than checked bags), beverage service (water is the only complementary option), seat selection (I'm not clear what happens if you don't pay to choose a seat - do they pick one for you? Mysteriously, the rates to pick seats were higher for outbound flights than they were for the return flight). My impression was that I would have had to pay for a boarding pass if I didn't print one ahead of time. Total cost with all fees was definitely not the cheapest route - plan on at least $150 additional fees to add to your round trip ticket cost. I tried to get smart on my return, so I downloaded the Frontier app to my phone only to get a dagger-stare from TSA going through security because I had to show them my boarding pass on my phone instead of having a paper pass they could scribble on."

Asked one of the flight attendants for water so my significant other could take her prescription pills and she nodded her head in a way that it was too much trouble for her to do. Oh, and we never seen that water. Besides that, a child behind my other's seat constantly kicked the tray up and down attached to it, which made it IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep. Granted, this is probably a parenting issue, its staff responsibility to recognize issues and at least try to resolve them. They charge per general/economy seating making the ticket price untrue in value so expect to pay a MINIMUM 20 dollars more than you bargained for. Also, as every other airline I have flown with included a free carry on bag during travel, fronteir did not - they choose to charge their customers more for a carry on than the 50 pound checked in bag. Better to go with AA or Delta or United, etc. Pay the extra dollar because in the end your actaullt saving in comparison to Frontier. Something is just totally off about this airline in general and I WILL NEVER fly with them again"
