Cons: Horrible and first flight was 1h45min late which made me miss my connecting flight. The transit airport was also a horrible experience to spend many endless hours in.
Pros: Captain kept us updated on everything going on, he made up time and got us to Austin pretty much on time. Staff was friendly. Huge plus was Houston’s terminal updates for United with iPads to order food - made it quick and easy to eat and run!
Cons: Gate was changed and Houston is a huge airport so lots of walking, flight was delayed, no snacks and only room temp water offered, no entertainment provided

Cons: Everything. The flight was delayed by 4 hours. There was no food in first class. The luggage was put on an earlier flight ans delivered to a different gate. The person handling luggage in Gate A was rude. We had to go to the other gate at 1am to pickup our luggage.

Cons: Too late to download app once on plane so stuck for hours without entertainment on a long flight. They wanted to charge for most everything. First class was not as good as economy on other airlines. I have no idea why anyone would select United on purpose. I know I will not pick them again...
Pros: Crew on flight was very nice. Plane has a lot of space for legs and comfortable seats. We got vouchers and a toothbrush with tooth paste (AT LEAST THAT) for our forced overnight stay.
Cons: Horrible experience. Plane had an engine issue and ended up being delayed for so many HOURS that we had to sleep in Houston. The organization was a big mess - so poor that we reached the hotel only at 130am while we had to wake up at 4ish am to be at the airport again by 5am.

Cons: Airline split up me, my wife, and my 2-year-old. My wife sat with the baby, but I had to sit in a middle seat a row behind them. Our daughter was upset and we had to squeeze into the two seats for a bulk of the flight to try to comfort her. Crew did little to try to accommodate us. Nobody would switch with us. PUT FAMILIES TOGETHER ON AIRLINES.
Cons: The space between seats
Pros: The airplane was pretty clean, the seats are pretty comfortable and the leg room is really good, I was surprised! The food was the best airplane food we had so far, hey had 3 different option (pasta, ribs or salad). The crew was pretty friendly and they would always check on you and if you needed something. Entertainment, they have a good selection of movies and shows, a lot of new releases. And most important they were on time!

Cons: They flight left an 1. 1/2 early and there were like like 6-8 to ate people stuck. Interjet did nothing to help us and couldn’t offer us a solution for our flight , horrible customer service.

Cons: Don't forget to pick up your baggage in Buenos Aires and recheck it to your final destination if this is where you go through customs. We didn't and almost didn't have our cold weather gear for our Antarctic Cruise. Also, we had to leave the international terminal and walk a pretty long distance to the terminal for Ushuaia which was originally difficult to figure out as there wasn't a lot of signage

Cons: My luggage was left in Buenos Aires and came on the next flight but they wouldn’t deliver it until the next day. I had to take a taxi back to the airport later that night or I wouldn’t have had my toiletries and other things until the next day.

Pros: It was a basic flight. Their check in system was down so they had to hand write boarding passes and baggage tags. They were professional and patient even when a customer started cursing because his bags could not be checked all the way to his final destination due to the computer issues.

Cons: We could have left on time, not an hour 1:35 hrs late. The passenger next to me could have taken a shower to kill the super strong body odor. My seat could have reclined and The entertainment could have worked. But none of there happened so it was a very uncomfortable flight.

Pros: It was a stressful experience, arriving late for ur connection flight and find out u cant get to ur destination. I would say that they did compliment us with a very nice hotel so i apologize for the bad review i understand u cant do anything about the weather but was amazed with the hotel
