The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination
Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.
I loved everything, I was just a little confused on my bag allowance. When I checked in it said I was allowed 2 check in bags, but when I got there they said I was only allowed 1 so I had to pay an additional 200 dollars! Other then that everything was great! I would love to use your Airlines again when I fly out to Manila again in late May, however I want to be able to have 2 bags included this time lol 😆

Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all

I am trying to select a seat during booking but it respond that set assigment will be given during check in, and the seat assignment they give is in the middle seat and 2 row from the rest rooms, i am the person who pee a lot in this case I disturb so much the person beside me ,this trip is from Haneda to Texas, the trip from Texas to Cvg is a much better because its a smaller plane few passenger
I wouldn’t know, I tried to contact you days before to reschedule my flight back to Okinawa but you left me on hold for 2 hours. I tried calling multiple times and not once did you pick up. I had to spend 2000 dollars on a one way ticket back to Okinawa because I couldn’t get ahold of you guys to change my flight.
My luggage is missing and waiting to hear back about it. 3 of my 6 checked bags didn’t make it to DFW.
I avoid American Airlines for a reason. Our flight was delayed at LAX. The situation at the gate was chaotic. The woman making announcements wasn't being clear or transparent regarding why there were delays. There was a lot of confusion regarding flight and gate status. Other passengers were pretty rude. I was elbowed in the eye by someone who was in a hurry to get their bags from the overhead bin immediately after the flight landed. Ultimately, I will avoid AA as much as possible in the future.
I wish I was able to flew with JAL all the way to DFW. After my JAL flight to Japan it was taken over by a flight with AA which is another experience, the plane was not as roomy like JAL. I was terrified to drop anything in the floor and not have the room to bend and pick it up. My wifi din not work at all, l just slept through majority of the flight. Although not a bad experience, I still wish that I flew JAL straight to DFW for the experience.
This portion of the trip from HCMC to Dallas was operated by American Airline. Unfortunately they are 2 steps below JAL in overall quality. Regardless, AAStill got me where I needed to go on time.
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)
The crew are timely, friendly and professional. I was very impressed.
It is too long a flight to not have free access to internet. Should not charge. Should be some hours free.
Good experience and I would fly again with CP. Disappointed that they ran out of the dinner option that I preferred. Other than that, the trip was quite enjoyable.
I was mid plane and they were already out of the main beef entree....ugh!
Flight delayed first from bad weather, then after boarding there was a problem with the plane. We had to get off and onto another plane...connections were missed and the trip took an additional 10 hours!! Pre-paid seatting was not honored due ro last minute carrier changes. Most of the trip was on Japan Airline.
Food , drink experience were great with Cathay. Crew service was excellent. Clean toilet and full snack bars always, pilot took of 26minutes later when boarding at Hong Kong with extra US customs check at gate 9 for US flight, but he managed to arrive only 2 minutes later from flight tracker. Smooth flight .
My flight was suppose to be at 7:45pm to fly but it didnt fly out until 8:55 to dallas so then all of my other flights was late and delay ihad to wait at the airport for extra 14 hours to be able to get on a different plane
Overall, not good. Super late boarding in Hong Kong because some last minute issue with a plane. The boarding process is chaotic. Kathy Pacific should seek to do better with punctual departure time. Caused a lot of trouble with missed connecting flight.
They ran out of food and were offering random food to passengers.
One thing you can always count on is your AA flight getting delayed. This is not surprising when they operate these planes like a greyhound bus with wings.
Qatar airlines was great from Doha to Texas. However it wasn’t good from Nairobi. I experienced discrimination from Nairobi to Doha
Aa cancelled my flight where I was in first class seat 4B. They auto rebooked me on another flight, did not give me a seat assignment until at the gate. Where I got seat 29f, for a 4 hr flight. No accommodation at all for my first class ticket. Left 3 hrs late as well.
Plane had mechanical issues. We had to de plane and board a different plane and were an hour late
More space for economy, and the bathroom size is only for people with size XS
If the service crew didn't make difference between people and they change my seat without asking me if is okay or not with me
Great for a small Commuter. Quiet and relaxing. Seats were better than most.
The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.
