Great service and comfort level. You can have more of vegetarian food options.
It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination
Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.
Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.
It's good overall. Flight was packed. Inflight entertainment choices were lacking.
They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight
Great except for the delay in Korea. Korean Air did a great job setting up a hotel for the night. I also needed assistance with a wheelchair and they were outstanding.
Our flight was delayed by one hour. Luckily, we were still able to make our connection. This flight is really an Alaska Airlines flight and not the same excellent service and comfort as Japan Airlines.

I wouldn’t know, I tried to contact you days before to reschedule my flight back to Okinawa but you left me on hold for 2 hours. I tried calling multiple times and not once did you pick up. I had to spend 2000 dollars on a one way ticket back to Okinawa because I couldn’t get ahold of you guys to change my flight.

Underpricer is a terrible third party service that couldn’t change three letters on my boarding pass in time to make a flight. It cost me tons of money to have to buy a new ticket with JAL. I’m extremely let down with Kayak using such a sketchy company with horrific customer service.
Check in procedure is harder than with other airlines, infotainment system is outdated
I liked- timely took the take off I disliked- food for ANML was not served even after request, ASVML was really bad, the cleanliness of seats were not up to satisfactory level and I had to use my own sanitizer. Even basic sanitizer packs were not served, cabin crew could be more friendly as I noticed their behavior against other fellow passangers who were not speaking English well.
The crew was attentive and provided everything I needed. The business class food was excellent.
Extensive delays, poor organization to board people, as it felt like chaos to get inside of the plane. No lines, everyone gathering together like a mayhem, very confusing. Passengers out of hand and rude, which is not the airlines fault. However, there should be rules, e.g., not letting one passenger take 2+ spots in the overhead bin.
The bed was alright in business class. Food variety and quality were not up to the mark compared to the business class airfare.
Food , drink experience were great with Cathay. Crew service was excellent. Clean toilet and full snack bars always, pilot took of 26minutes later when boarding at Hong Kong with extra US customs check at gate 9 for US flight, but he managed to arrive only 2 minutes later from flight tracker. Smooth flight .
I wish there were more bathrooms available on these larger carriers.
My flight was suppose to be at 7:45pm to fly but it didnt fly out until 8:55 to dallas so then all of my other flights was late and delay ihad to wait at the airport for extra 14 hours to be able to get on a different plane
Super delayed. Unnecessary. Need more competent people doing logistics to keep things moving on time. Totally unacceptable.
Overall, not good. Super late boarding in Hong Kong because some last minute issue with a plane. The boarding process is chaotic. Kathy Pacific should seek to do better with punctual departure time. Caused a lot of trouble with missed connecting flight.
Not much of anything could have been done better unless I had a first class ticket. I was literally 15 hours with an airline in the economy class. Very professional friendly and attentive crew. Good airline food, clean cabin, seating area and bathrooms. I've been 4 times back-and-forth with Cathay Pacific, and I would not choose another airline for this trip. Five out of five stars.
Issues: 1) the charging issue as described in my previous survey 2) when I requested diet coke during the breakfast time, it is not available. Why? I can't drink diet coke in the morning? 3) when I tried to transfer to this flight, its gate information was not available to me?
The lead business class attendant was excellent. Made a point of greeting you and knowing your name by the time you leave.
Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks

Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.
Even though we were delayed, we were able to make our connection
The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?
Lower WiFi prices; allow us to see our flight on a map; more variety of drink choices.
Kayak was among the missing. There was not the usual advice regarding next gate after arriving in Dallas. No communication after the reminder to check in before the Moline flight. What happened?
They should have allowed for extra time to de-ice the plane before boarding passengers. This delayed us about 10-15 mins after we boarded. Overall experience was fine. Crew was friendly and on top of everything. We didn’t have any issues during the flight.
Our flight from Eagle to Vail was delayed to the point we missed our connection to Savannah. Now we’re a family of 4 in a hotel room with luggage, no toiletries, no clean clothes. Gate attendant said the delay was mechanical but it was put in the system as something else so no compensation. That’s just wrong.
I take this flight about 6-8 times per year. It is convenient and saves an hour or two by skipping PDX, SEA, PHX, or ORD (but it takes longer to get bags to the carousel than Alaska Airlines). I wish the food service were better (but they might cut back on it because it is a red-eye). The WifI seems to go down about an hour out of Anchorage, and then comes back about an hour later...so be warned if this is an issue for you.
WiFi didn’t work the entire flight. Very disappointing. Minimal food and options - sadly the state of current affairs. All other aspects of the flight were fine.
For whatever reason, the flight was not catered -we were told it would be a 45 minute delay waiting for catering - so no food. There were opened candy and peanuts in the seatback pocket. Flight landed early in DFW but due to the assigned gate not being available, we sat on the ground for 30 minutes waiting for the gate to open - making the flight actually arrive at the gate late.
The boarding was as always, the crew tried their best but not enough. The food was a disaster I had dietary restrictions that were half met because the company did not loaded the food for the flight. The entertainment screen was fine but content was not and also they removed the free messaging option from the flight and they charged 30 dollars for that crappy bandwidth. This flight is not worth the cost and the company is going down on quality.
A little late at the start but all worked out well.
