- each seat has cable television (even for very short flights) - I was asleep my whole flight from Long Beach to SFO but the pilot was great! came over the speaker to let us know there was a great view of the sunrise and what we were flying over below. - dimmed the lights for the flight since so many people were sleeping on the early flight
Jet Blue didn’t transfer my baggage to the company which I would fly with after, and if the office didn’t call me I would have my luggage lost. Not to mention that I had to stay caring it around the airport for 13 hours, until the time of my next flight.
Our prior flight arrived 30 minutes late and we had to run to the opposite side of the airport. We were there before the departure time but the staff gave us a hard time saying they were going to lock the doors on us. It wasn't until the flight crew ran up behind us that they finally didn't have an attitude and said we were fine. Online entertainment didn't work, no shows, the map doesn't have a time or useful info. My row was skipped by the crew for snacks. The guy came from behind first, which I didn't see and then one the way back, he didn't even look at my row or the row in front of me.
There was a huge glitch in your ticketing, resulting in me confirming the same ticket 3 times. After calling Jetblue for customer service per your advice, they first suggested to give Jetblue credits for extra tickets. When I insisted that the issue was solely caused by kayak-jetblue ticketing connection issues, they supervisor approved to cancel 2 credit card payments... BUT I have to wait for 2 weeks to see the cancellation on my credit card. Unfair and ridiculous, if you as me.
Left on time and arrived early both ways.

5 plus hour flight and one movie as entertainment option shown on a tiny screen from cabin headliner. Like in the 1980’s. and do not forget your headphones or you will be buying some earbuds!
Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight
The only thing I didn’t like is that he have any fresh food they said something was going on in LA that prevented him from giving us actual food other than that everything else was fine
Wish they had told me there was a shuttle to other side of airport. Had not been to this airport in many years.
