Smooth flight. Left on time, and got in 15 minutes early. Onboard video was great
Improve boarding- the zone assignment and boarding is always a mess- there is not clear instructions of what is going on at the gate. As a meme bet there is no more selection of a good seats when booking. Only offers middle seats to choose or pay extra. There is not more benefit with Amex no benefits at all.
Flight was canceled, and no effort was made to help with rebooking, no hotel vouchers, no car transportation and minimal food voucher and most places for food were closed by the time the voucher was given. Waited for 3 hours for bags. Simply the worst travel experience I have ever had
My flight was 6 pm 6/6. Every hour they delayed it again - air condition issues then no pilot then the crew had worked too many hours and cancelled the flight at 11 pm. Sent customers to NJ a 45 minutes uber ride to a hotel. Had to be back by 5 am for a 7 am flight and again no pilot etc with another three hours of delays.
Delta flight was on time, seats were comfortable, and crew was nice.
Airline lost my luggage and set me back a day worth of travel due to having to stay in Denver to wait on my luggage
This was a code share Latam Airlines flight - everything very good except there was no seatback entertainment
I'm a larger, athletic guy (6'2", 260lbs powerlifter) and I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable with minimal leg room, especially in a window seat. Now, I full understand that being smaller may change my view but even if I was 80lbs less, my legs would be the same size and I was sandwiched between my seat and the seat in front of me.
The helpful attitude of the staff, and being a wheelchair passenger everyone was helpful and understanding. The trip was made comfortable by the upgraded seat which was given without my request, that was a great surprise. Thank you Delta.
The flight attendants were friendly and seemed to like their jobs. I am not a high maintenance person, but they seemed to respond to people's needs and requests in a timely fashion with a smile.. I appreciate the benefits of complimentary snacks and beverages, as well as the relatively inexpensive checked baggage fee. (Although I would like it better if it were free! :) ) The only improvement that could be made to make the boarding process more efficient is to board the plane from the back. The alternative would be to board people with only a personal item first. This would reduce the wait time while others are stowing their baggage.
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

I missed my original flight due to miscommunication and it was a challenge to communicate with service personnel, since my Portuguese is limited. However they got me food and a hotel overnight and a seat on the next available flight.
It was a bit unnerving to know that flights are generally oversold. We chose not to pay extra to reserve a specific seat, without realizing that that makes us vulnerable to being bumped. Everything else about the flight was great.
In flight from Miami to Anchorage, we were all on board ready to take off. Pilot decided to take on more fuel causing a delay. Once fueled, the pilot came back over the radio stating more delay due to VIP. These delays caused me to miss my connecting flight. I went to the Alaska Air counter for information. They flat out stated that it was ATCs fault that I missed my flight and booked me a flight the next day about 1300 . I believe if we had the fuel prior to getting on board we would not of been delayed and I would have taken off on time. Pilot was taken out of the equation. I think they should’ve taken responsibility for their pilots decision to top off his aircraft instead of waiting til the last moment. Enough said…
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
Honestly first time flying with delta and it was pretty good. All the process very smooth and crew was always nice and attentive.
Nothing I like, I missed this connection b/c of an earlier flight delay. I had to stay one more night and I paid out my own pocket. LATAM failed to send me to a safe and decent hotel.
It was delayed for 2 hours. Then when we arrived they took us on a very uncomfortable bus and left us there. The bus driver wouldn't let us out because no one from Latam was there. Everything was disaster.
Comfort in exit seat was excellent. FLight crew and flight were excellent. However exit seat tray table was broken so could not use it. Entertainment monitor did not work at all despite attempts to reset it.
I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.
Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that
I missed the flight due to maintenance issues. This is the second flight I ’ve missed in four days because United allows such little time between layovers. Very disappointing
It was serviceable, nothing special but nothing awful on this leg.
The back to back mechanical delays from Denver to San Diego and then on my return flight from Denver to Great Falls it added extra time both ways
The website check in was poor. Baggage fees were in US dollars but registered in Canadian dollars. The site would not accept my credit card. Scanning the passport was the worst. Someone from United needs to try the process. I’m not a novice with tech and I have to say this was a bad experience. Everything else was great.
Flight was late, the only reason I almost missed my flight was that my connection was also late.
Lufthansa seats were much more comfortable than United. While they had about the same video selection, Lufthansa didn't put advertisements in with the movies like United did. And the Lufthansa food was much better than United.
We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.
The staff was incredible, very attentive, polite, made you feel like the center of the universe. They even all wrote me a happy birthday card. Truly just an amazing crew, cannot stress it enough.
Checking bag at terminal was horrible. No agents to check us in and only 1 kiosk working. Boarding went ok. Crew onboard was very scattered rained. Missed our row while serving and then didn’t see them hardly again.
The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite

On the return flight, arriving in Denver we sat on the tarmac in Denver for over 20 minutes.
The flight was fine. It's the satellite terminal that supports American eagle flights is what sucks. There is only one food option and everything there is way overpriced. I mean I know it's airport pricing, but it's even crazier than that. I bought a sandwich in a plastic container for $18.
Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.
The flight attendant use 1.5 hours to answer my call. My dirty food tray was unattended.
Our bags took a long time to get unloaded once we landed.
Terrible. The flight was delayed two hours due to weather. Then when we got on the plane, the first pilot ended up timing out and we had to wait for a second pilot. Second pile came on board and we tax it out. Had to return back to the gate because of an unruly passenger. Then the copilot timed out. Had to wait for new copilot. Also had to wait for maintenance to check for fuel. Then found out the second pilot timed out and we had to wait for a third pilot. Was ready to go and then needed maintenance again for another issue. In the end, it was 2 o’clock in the morning when they announced that the flight couldn’t go because the third pilot and the second copilot had timed out.
One of the best flights I’ve had. So smooth.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.
