Cons: "Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA."

Cons: "The crew forgot to turn the heater on in -3°F creating a situation where the lavatory water lines froze. This caused a two hour delay which made me miss the second leg. Because I missed the second leg I was put on the very last flight out of ATL and got to spend Xmas eve in the airport."

Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Pros: "The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable."
Cons: "Being an hour late isn't ideal and I understand that it wasn't their fault (the plane was late arriving into Denver. Those things happen. They still goto people to Detroit in time to make connections--barely."

Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination!"

Cons: "We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

A good friend had to buy me a new flight with his airline miles so that I could get home to relive my pain. I'll never fly American again because of this complete lack of compassion and care for their customer."

The entire plane ending up missing connecting flights. No food left to purchase...no drinks served to the back of the plane til about 3 1/2-4 hours into the flight."

Upon arriving in Houston, baggage claim was VERY slow. Small flight of less than 30 people. Southwest had 3 flights arrive and complete baggage claims by the time our bags became available. Airport personnel confirmed that it is typical or normal for American because they operate with a small "skeleton" ground crew. Flight arrived just after 11:20pm,, but wasn't able to head out for transportation until after 12:30am. VERY upset and disappointed with service."

It sets the expectations very low for the rest of the flight, and that's what happened."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our international connection. Flight attendants did not care, did not attempt to get us out faster, or put on a different flight. Asked for an announcement to be made on board or to be moved to seats closer to the front so we could get off the plane quicker, did not happen. Offboarded and sprinted across the airport for our international connection and was notified by gate attendents that the gate closed five minutes ago and that they could not let us on the plane. Meanwhile, the plane sat there for an additional 30 minutes while it fueled and waited for release from air traffic control. There were six travelers total stuck there in San Fran at that gate, all of us begging to be let on the plane to Beijing, the last one for over 24 hours. Zero compassion from staff at the the airline gate. They did not care about us and did not care about leaving their travelers stranded. Our total travel was Denver to Bangkok, 26 hours of travel including layovers in San Fran and Beijing. In San Fran (after missing the gate connection), United rerouted us through Haiwaii and the customer service agent that did this reroute did not finish the reroute to our final destination. We got to Haiwaii and were stranded again, at the United service desk for four hours having to once again provide documentation of our initial travel plans to Bangkok, having them build a new itinerary to our final destination. Overall, 20 additional travel hours have been added to our itinerary, almost double our initial travel time. We have had to call and cancel pre-arranged bookings in Thailand as we are now missing two full days off our trip. I am absolutely disappointed and heart broken as I write this still stuck in the Beijing airport waiting another six hours to connect to Bangkok. My fiancé and I were traveling to Thailand to get married and have received no compassion from anyone at this airline to try and get us there. I fly United for work quite frequently and have never experienced such horrendous service and lack of basic human compassion. I am flat out disgusted by United and will not be using them again, for personal travel or work related trips, because of this horrendous experience."

I will never fly united again"

I was suppose to land in BJX At 6am on Friday April 28th for a family emergency and now my next flight isn't till 1pm! This is the worst flight experience I have ever had in my life. Never in my life will I ever fly with united again. My plans got ruined, I was forced to sleep on the cold dirty floor of LAX. This cost me a lot of time and money, and I am upset about it. I will tell all my peers about this horrible experience and encourage them to never fly with united ever again. I do expect some sort of compensation over this horrible experience."

Cons: "Boarding by zones causes passengers to have to stand longer while waiting to board, inconveniences them by having passengers seated in window and middle seats often arrive after the passenger in the aisle seat, and slows down the entire process because passengers settling into the front part of the plane frequently board and stow luggage while those seated in the back queue up behind them. Compared to boarding by row, the entire process is now one lengthy mess."

Pros: "I liked the power outlets that were available, as well as the USB! I have trouble sleeping on flights, but the great options for the in flight entertainment made it more than bearable. I will always choose to fly United now."

Cons: "Upon approach we were suddenly deverted to Seattle. I had a few issues. Number one you could not hear the pilot so that made it worse. The lack of communication was horrible. I have been on flights when there has been clarity given a change in plans but this was bad. We sat at the gate for an hour and a half, again no real communication, the fligh attendant t hope was joking when he said there was a half a bottle left for the whole plane...much later we were served water. Announcements were made but no clarity. We were told to collect baggage at number 2. Get a voucher for a hotel. After deplann9ng about 25 of us stood in line at the customer service desk where there were two staff working slowly. Then after an hour they announced we were in the wrong place, couldn't that have been explained earlier? Once we made our way out of the terminal to the ticket count the line was all the way down the hall. still with little info we waited. We landed at the alternate airport at 945, at 130am I had my vouchers, the food not useful until the following day, the hotels were full, no one picked up the phone for the shuttle bus to the hotels. I finally elected to sleep at the airport on a bench. We had actually all been reassigned a flight on our same plane. So I am not sure why we had to wait in line all that time. Our bags were not removed from the plane an irritated baggage claim attendant told me. It was a mess. The flight the next morning was fine, short, without problems for me. united needs to work on its communications. It would have been helpful to have someone out side running the line giving out info. And at customer service they should have been paying attention to their line. Would have been helpful."

Cons: "Free in-flight entertainment should be offered on all flights of 2+ hours through the United app. Had a family with young kids next to me who would have benefited from it (I saw the father trying to connect to it through the app), and overall it would make the flight a much more pleasant experience. After boarding a full hour later than what was originally said, it would have been nice to kick back with a movie for the flight."

Cons: "Normal carry on would not fit :( Seats were extremely small I still hate paying extra for luggage."

Pros: "I know it's some sort of miracle. But there was only 40 people on an airbus. We all had about 3 seats each and we made full beds for ourselves."

Cons: "You must experience the rigid, non-reclining seats packed impossibly close together to get the full Frontier experience. Nonetheless they often have the cheapest airfare so what is a budget traveler to do?"

Cons: "Woman at gate unable to provider updates with when delayed inbound flight be there and when we would be boarding Crew unable to provider estimate with new landing time so that we could update our ground pickup at destination Front bathroom broken on a 40+ row flight! Incredibly inconvenient for passengers towards front especially when they have their snack/drink cart out which no one wants anything from anyway because it all costs money. Get that out of the way! One attendant was rude to my wife and son when they were trying to get to the rear bathrooms. Crew did not know which baggage claim our bags would be at. Won't make the mistake of flying Frontier again because it's cheaper (rude service, delayed flights, no refreshments = cheaper). I recommend other travelers splurge for any other airline (maybe not United)"

Cons: "First, late boarding. Second......Over fueled 10,000 lbs too much. Yes, that was 10,000 lbs! Had to wait for truck to come and defuel. Sat on plane over 2 hours before take off. Third did not know I would have to pay for bag and buy a seat. Won't be flying Frontier again."

Cons: "* Plane was delayed leaving. * LENGTHY sales pitch for the Frontier credit card during the flight. * Weird guy next to us played and sang along to country/western music the whole flight ... with NO earbuds. * Weird guy next to us announced the Nebraska towns he recognized from the window."

Pros: "The flight from San Diego to Denver was great, the members of the crew were very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "The flight from Denver to Detroit was extremely late causing a huge delay in the entire process. Once we finally got ready to takeoff, we had to pull in yet again because there were passengers on the plan that weren't scheduled to go to Detroit.. all of these problems are somewhat understandable, but the crew FAILED TO EMPATHIZE WITH US AT ALL. They even made smart remarks about people going to the bathroom when we pulled back in... I feel some of them acted extremely unprofessional and I truly never want to fly with this company again."

Cons: "The additional fees for everything."

Pros: "I have gotten used to the added costs for baggage. At least they didn't charge me for a seat assignment this time. The crew were nice and the flight went well."

Cons: "THE most uncomfortable seats ever!! The seat bottom has been reduced in size by half - the edge hits mid-thigh - and all cushioning has been removed - like sitting on a folding chair, but less comfortable! And the pricing: I paid as much to bring my luggage with me as I did for my "seat". And to top it off, it was a red-eye flight and the crew were yacking the whole time. I will NEVER fly frontier again."

Pros: "Staff was friendly and flight was quiet."
Cons: "I once loved Frontier and used them exclusively. Now, however, their new seats destroy my spine before taxiing from the gate. It is the most uncomfortable airline I have had to use... ever! I feel like their planes are so overpacked that, were there ever an accident, just getting out of my seat would pose a challenge. I willl avoid them at all cost in the future. It is no fun fkying in those seats for 3hrs then trying to enjoy your destination. Never again!!!!!"

Pros: "Literally nothing. Will not fly again."
Cons: "Completely disorganized. Took 30 minutes to check a bag. Nickel and dimed at every turn. Flight crew was borderline annoying. Was not a relaxing flight whatsoever. JUST BAD."

Cons: "I was not on this flight. Despite the fact that my ticket was clearly for this flight, I ended up on a flight to Charlotte, not Raleigh. I do not know how this happened. Yes, perhaps I could have been more careful in the middle of the night while making a mad dash from one flight to the next. But how is it possible that Frontier can scan my ticket and not notice that I'm about to board the wrong flight? How is it possible that their computer system didn't alert them that I was about to board a flight for which I did not have a ticket? It seems more likely that the person who scanned my ticket wasn't paying attention."

Cons: "Flight attendant from Denver to San Francisco had a bad attitude and was passive aggressive with guests. Perhaps it was a long day for her but at the end of the day you have a job to do and don't take it out on paying customers."

Pros: "Only thing I liked was the cheaper price, but I am thinking it wasn't really worth it."
Cons: "Our plane boarded an hour late. Didn't give any explanation until it was the time we should have taken off. Sat on the runway at our destination which I understand was not the airlines fault, but still not a lot of forthcoming information. Felt like there was even less leg room than on a Southwest plane and I am petite. Can't imagine a big person or tall person sitting in those seats. The half trays were of little use except for to put your drink on. Yes, it was a little cheaper that we didn't have luggage, but I think I'll go back to Southwest."

Cons: "More delays this time for gas. Sat at gate for 45 minutes after boarding. Doubled flight time essentially. No fun at all."

Pros: "Not much."
Cons: "The cost of the carry on luggage was close to the same as the cost of the flight. I do not appreciate that level of surprise extra cost, as it was not highlighted at the time of purchase! When we decided to save $5 per piece of luggage and check our bags, the check in attendant threw our bags onto the conveyor belt haphazardly with little regard for what may have been in them. The seats on the plane did not recline and were very uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied, and will avoid flying with Frontier Airlines in the future."

Pros: "Left late but made up some of the time. Staff were nice."
Cons: "Left late, then sat on the tarmac for almost 30 mins to take off. Cramped again and not happy about the extra fees (see above)."

Cons: "You have to pay for your seat, anywhere from $6-36, no complimentary drinks or snacks on a 2.5 hour flight, very little legroom on a fairly large plane, a 9:15am flight took off at 10:30am... all in all a bad experience. The crew was friendly and boarding was easy, but a $35 checked bag, and a $35 carry on bag fee made this flight cost significantly more tha from competative airlines. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be flying Frontier again."

Your ploy to attract people to purchase tickets, and then charge up the nose for even a seat as well as a carry on bag and peanuts, is not impressive. I will not purchase a ticket on Frontier again and I will definitely let my friends and family know that they will be paying just as much for Southwest if they do so. I'd rather know up front what the total charges will be. Very disappointed in this aspect of my purchase."

Cons: "Frontier and spirit use the same Airbus aiprlane with the worst seats in the industry. My back hurt before the airplane was pushed back from the gate."

Cons: "Even though the ticket is cheap, you have to pay outrageous prices for literally everything else. You have to pay to reserve a seat (any seat) otherwise they can separate your family on the plane. You have to pay for drinks (even water) no matter how long your flight. You don't get a free carry on bag and if you don't book the bag before you get to the airport it can cost you north of 45$ to check it. The accommodations themselves were not great. The chairs have no cushioning, don't recline, are so close together that I couldn't cross my legs, and the tray table is 4 inches wide and couldn't even hold my laptop. The flight attendants on both flights were extremely rude and ran into me with the drink cart twice. One of the flight attendants when asked if the AC would be turned on since the flight was pretty warm asked if the woman wasn't just having hot flashes. She was upset tingly abrasive. The flight was delayed on the Tarmac for over an hour because the team couldn't load the baggage on the flight. The flight team didn't give us any explanation of the delay beyond that, they didn't update is on the expected time delay and they never apologized for the delay. When we did finally get going the flight crew was very rude with asking people to sit back down. Worst of all was that after all of that they lost my luggage. Despite a 2 hour layover and 1 hour delay at the gate specifically because they weren't done loading the luggage Frontier couldn't manage to get my luggage from gate 42 to gate 44... The whole experience was awful. I would never fly with them again no matter how cheap the ticket."

Cons: "If you're going to charge people for things like carry on, and seat assignment there's no chance you'll ever be my go-to airline again. If you are going to charge that much, at least give me a free cookie, include a tv on back of my seat. Most of all, give the the option to recline my seat!"

Cons: "I tried frontier for the first time and I will never make that mistake again. To be fair part of this is my responsibility, I should have done more research into exactly how much the extra fees were going to cost. After it was all said and done I spent more traveling with frontier than I would have with American or Delta. They charged for absolutely everything. Here is where they truly lost me as a potential return customer. They allow you a personal item as long as it fits under your seat but will charge you for a carry on. The personal item I had on my flight out to Denver did not cost me anything, however, the exact same item on my way out of Denver was now deemed a carry on item by the ticketing agent and cost me $45 to carry on. Not only was I being extorted but the attitude in which they were doing it was completely unacceptable. Had I known, I could have saved some money and paid on line for the carry on. Changing the rules of the game and providing me no remedy when I ask about the change in policy by responding, "I'm saying its a carry on" is why I will never fly frontier again. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the front end because frontier will find a way to squeeze it out of you on the backend. And will expect you to smile and thank them for it."
