Pros: Left lake but still made it on time
Cons: Aircraft was hot. I volunteered to check my carry on and on other airlines they’d let you board early but the lady just made excuses. It’s fine if that’s policy but I don’t appreciate made up excuses.
Pros: The AA staff was incredibly nice to us. The facilities our check in at DCA that got us on faster and the staff at CLT very nicely got us on to an earlier flight. They were awesome!
Cons: The entertainment options are great but the interface is annoying and difficult to use. -connecting to the WiFi was wonky -working between the apps and browser page was annoying -rewind/fast forward controls overly sensitive
Pros: The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job.
Cons: There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight.
Pros: Getting home.
Cons: It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor
Pros: The crew was courteous and helpful. The cabin was clean and seat was comfortable.
Cons: Aircraft interior was a bit dated. Entertainment was via handheld device either your own or one provided by the airline.
Cons: Flight attendent looked tired and over worked. They were rushing to give service and collect trash before fi ishing meal. Flight attendent who served us, might be tired so she missed the entire row to serve and a other fmight attendent already started collecting trash. She went back and got us food
