Leaving MKE was organized and orderly. No problems noted. Once in PHL, flight was delayed due to no crew. After an hour or so, boarded the plane. Was on the plane for 45 minutes with no explaination from the crew. It was an electrical problem. Had to inboard and wait 45 more minutes. Allow weld to rehoard again. Waited another 20 ministrations before leaving. I am all for safety, but communications need to improve.

The fact that my checked baggage is confusing when they charged me it was only for one way. I was billed and then noticed it was only one way, so I had to re enter my credit card info twice. Seems to me they should assume I will be bringing back my suitcase and contents rather than that I would be leaving it.

You made a huge mistake by purchasing horrible seats and then trying to cram people tighter for profit ... I try not to fly Frontier anymore .

Easy check in & boarding

Cheap, plane was 2 seats on each side, not even close to full.

Crew was lively, they spent most of the flight gossiping about nonsense and playing on the intercom. Felt like I was on the plane from Soul plane, bunch of dudes congregating by the rest rooms, people running amuck all over the place. People yelling in 4 different languages. They are super cheap but then nickel and dime you to death. Everything costs from a $40 carry on bag to a $5 pepsi. 18x16x8 is what's free. Pissed them off because I had a book bag exactly that size and sure stuffed it fully!

We arrived at the airport with the standard two hour timeframe. The line just to check bags was so long, it literally was winding into the airport. I'm not sure how people actually made their flights. We were lucky enough for a tip that the curbside checkin was shorter and faster. Made it to our flight with 20 minutes to spare. Crew was not very personable and not accommodating to families. Frontier also nickel and dimes you to death now. You have to pay for seat assignments, which as a family of five is an unfortunate necessity. Also have to pay for carry on baggage. I get trying to save on flight room, but the backlog it seems to be creating for checked baggage is beyond ridiculous.

On time - smooth flight. Male flight attendant loved his job! Great personality and energy- nice to see!

Again, spicy snack. Long flight, you had to have the latest app on your phone or pad to watch a movie, flight from Houston to Boise had movie/tv monitors. Loading 4th group to the back of the plane makes it tough.

Flight scheduled to depart 5:38 pm.....actually departed 9:30 pm. I was traveling with 2 grandchildren ages 6 & 11. We arrived in Orlando at 3:00 am when the original schedule was 11:16pm

The seats were far more comfortable that frontier. I would have slept through most of my flight but unfortunately there was some pretty bad turbulence for the first half of the flight. Overall tho very comfortable.

Entertainment was great. Got a row all to myself.
