Pros: Seats have good legroom
Cons: I was discriminated against for having a service dog without all the records and forced to stuff a 5 month old puppy in a tiny carrier or be cancelled off the flight. I guess pro is they let me on but is this really necessary in these times? She didn’t let out a peep even though she was in the equivalent of a large man in a small seat. I’m never flying JetBlue again. Thanks but everyone else can use my travel money.
Cons: The tray table was very dirty when I put it down. I brought my own wipes but that was pretty bad.
Cons: Loved the sleep pack, you guys rock!
Pros: Yes, luckily I was in the first row.
Cons: Flight delay due to late arrival of plane from Boston. Also I changed to this flight from the same one I had been booked on the following day due to severe weather expected and my need to be home for medical appts. The cost was high to change and the flight delayed, disappointing!
Pros: The crew and pilot were awesome! Very friendly! Nodding was pretty quick.
Cons: It was an older plane. WiFi Didn’t work. But not a huge deal. It would be nice if they ask you to check at the gate due to overhead space if they could have those bags come out first from the baggage claim.
Cons: Maintain their planes, we were delayed more than 3 hours and this was such a poor way to handle it.
Cons: Missed this flight due to delays on first flight.
Pros: The crew was really professional and I liked a lot of leg space.
Pros: TAP Portugal was great.
Cons: Update delays earlier. There was no plane at the gate. We knew it would be delayed especially with the weather in Denver. Honesty earlier.
Cons: Late late late. About 5 hours late for no real reason
Pros: The crew members were polite and courteous, and the flight was ahead of schedule in arriving.
Cons: The cabin could have been a bit cleaner.
Pros: On time boarding and departure Arrival at destination a lot earlier than expected Great service on the plane Pleasant crew members
Pros: Friendly service. Left on time and arrived early.
Cons: delayed by 2.5 hours
Pros: The flight was late into Denver but the crew did a great job turning the flight around and getting us to our destination on time.
Pros: JetBlue is by far the best airline I’ve flown. Love them!
Pros: Loved it.
Pros: Seat was spacious and comfortable
Cons: The flight was nearly an hour delayed and the only way to talk to someone until right before the plane arrived was to go back to the ticket counter (and go back through security).
Pros: Appreciated the second round of water
Pros: JetBlue provided ear plugs and a sleep mask. I honestly slept most of the trip. Red eyes are awful, but JetBlue made it bearable.
Cons: Couldn't turn brightness down on headrest monitor. Both of the other screens were able to crank brightness down to off
Pros: Comfortable seats, snacks, good price, nice & helpful were all the flight attendants and persons at the counter. Flight was 20 min late arriving at Denver, but our pilot got us to Boston on time-much appreciated. Free WiFi was great.seats and the next plane (my plane)o not
Cons: Could have taken an earlier flight from Boston to DCA, but there was $75 change fee even though the plane had lots of seats. But I do not hold this against JetBlue.
Pros: Extra room seat was great. Crew was nice. Boarding was easy. Lots of leg room. Appreciate mask and overnight kit for sure.
Cons: Flight was very cold.
Pros: Landed 10 mins early!!!
Pros: New plan was clean, good staff, pilot did great landing in storm
Cons: Even in an additional room seat, the seat cushion itself was very uncomfortable. The tracker map wasn’t working
Pros: Liked eye mask
Cons: Couldn’t recline seat
Pros: The crew was awesome. Christina went above and beyond
Cons: Every flight by JetBlue out of Denver to Boston has had a problem. Been canceled and or delayed Everytime. This time was delayed 30 mins then another 30 mins then the delay was retracted via email but when I arrived to the airport the delay was still in effect. Ended up being delayed 20 mins but it was chaotic and frustrating with no apologies
Cons: Delay flight arriving, delay flight departing
Pros: No food served only soft drinks and chips
Pros: The flight and crew were totally fine. I slept the whole time.
Cons: There was not a single JetBlue employee at the Denver airport until exactly 2 hours before the flight. There were many passengers (upwards of 20 and many with small children) waiting around to check their bags and unable to access the food/bathroom/go through security. Everyone was confused and upset. While I understand that there are no flights for several hours prior to the late-night flight I was on, that does not mean that there is no need for an employee presence. Many people arrived multiple hours early because the most common destinations for Denver travelers are the mountain ski towns and the last departures of the shuttles that run from the mountains to the airport leave at 3:00pm. Therefore a large number of passengers arrive by 6:00pm for midnight flights and are left waiting in the check-in area until 10:00pm. The situation was made worse by the poor communication--there were signs saying that checkin was open only from 8:00am-11:00am, which left everyone very confused, given that we were on evening flights. There were many angry people sitting on the floor around the JetBlue counter.
Cons: Flight was late taking off from Denver.
Pros: The staff was super friendly and lively even though it was midnight. The flight was so smooth I slept through the landing
Cons: Airlines lost my baggage took 3 days to finally receive all of my luggage
Pros: On the overnight we got eye masks and ear plugs and pleasant lighting. It was very nice. Every one of the staff members were nice and accommodating.
Pros: Always a winner. We had regular seats, not extra legroom and they really are roomier than other airlines. Love the snacks and the little bottle of water that I can take with me after the flight. Love that wifi is free and available
Pros: Staff, seat size
Cons: It was brutally hot, not just for myself but the whole row. The air vents did not work.
Cons: delayed 1.5 hours on tarmac. we took off at the time we were supposed to be landing in Portland
Pros: Really feel the difference in leg room in the regular seating compared to other carriers. Crew very nice and boarding smooth and quick.
Pros: Comfortable seats. For cheap seats.
Pros: A routine flight, just as it should be.
Pros: Everyone was friendly and very helpful
Pros: Seats were comfy.
Cons: Delayed 2 hours, crew handled it pretty unprofessionally. Once on the flight from Denver to Boston, the crew were rude to me every time they spoke to me. They repeatedly bumped into me without apology and repeatedly told me to do things I had already done like put my seat up and buckle my seat belt (but strangely didn't do the same to the older couple next to me that did have their belts unbuckled). The computer screens barely worked and the map kept flashing to advertisements telling me not to watch the map. I literally just wanted to watch the map. I would not fly jet blue again because of this experience
Cons: Headphone jack was missing completely. Unable to use entertainment
Pros: Leg room wa nice. XM radio is great
Cons: No issues.
Pros: Good choice of snacks for free. Leg room. Easy landing. Good choice of TV and movies.
Cons: No complaints. One of the flight attendants seemed kind of annoyed, and put off by any request anybody made.
Pros: Boarding seemed to be pretty efficient, especially compared to my most recent experiences on American. Flight was smooth (of course, airline doesn't have much to do with that). Got to my destination along with my luggage. Did not feel cramped on the plane and I was in a regular seat. Did not feel like I had to spend through the nose to just have a passable experience.
Cons: Flight was almost 2 hours delayed. Plane felt a little shabby. Sometimes I found it hard to understand the flight attendant who did most of the announcements - she had an accent, which would have been fine, except that she either spoke too fast, or was mumbling. All that together, made it hard to understand her. Pilots never spoke to us. Not once.
Cons: No baggage space in overheads. Despite being in an early boarding group
Cons: 40 minute flight delay and my luggage was lost/stolen.
Cons: A quick drink service would have been nice, it was provided on the same flight going the opposite direction
Cons: 100% as always.. delta has never disappointed! Keep up the good work guys
Cons: Delta.... they’rrrrrr Grrrreaaate!
Pros: The crews were super accommodating and my seat was so comfortable I actually feel asleep which is something I have never done on a plane before.
Cons: Load the plane from back to front. It makes sense as people leave the plane from front to back
Pros: Most of the crew was great with the exception of curbside check-in in Denver.
Cons: Curbside needs to stop chasing cash tips and do their jobs. If they focused on that tips would be easy to come by. The curbside attendant that took my bag didn’t even bother to check my id. He asked me my name and asked where my destination was. I told him Cincinnati as a layover then LaGuardia where he said that was wrong. He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips.
Pros: Crew was very pleasant. Boarding and deplaning was smooth and easy!
Pros: Crew was friendly and efficient.
Cons: Idk terrible flight experience with delta
Pros: I think Delta is upping its game, and I’m pleased to see that. Almonds for snacks, phone info about the state of your checked bags—good stuff.
Cons: Of course the seat was not “super comfortable,” but whe you pick Economy, you know that.
Pros: Availability of WiFi, a charging port and media options puts Delta a step (or two) ahead of their competitors. The professionalism of the crew, as well as the complimentary food/beverage options are also excellent.
Cons: Not the airlines fault, but my 6’4” frame doesn’t fit very well in a middle main cabin seat.
Pros: In flight entertainment
Cons: Food provided, other than snacks, would be a plus
Cons: Delayed 4 hours
Pros: Quick flight...ahead of schedule
Cons: Cheese It’s are boring...miss the snack mix
Cons: Have rhe right to carry at least one luggage per person at no cost. Besides carry on and personal item. Tickets prices and luggage costs are extremely expensive.
Cons: Seats are so small. Flight was delayed.
Pros: Staff from Check in to aircraft very pleasant. Snack choice in Coach impressive.
Cons: I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country.
Pros: Flight was on time and arrived a little early.
Cons: I was seated next to a very large man (6’5” he said) and had no room in my seat. Thankfully the seats in front of us were empty and the flight attendant moved him.
Pros: Food and entertainment was good
Cons: The bathroom I used was disgusting.
Pros: Check in Denver super helpful Gate staff hustled to turn around flight Flight crew excellent
Cons: Flight delayed, almost missed international connections
Cons: Frontier canceled the flight. Delta delayed the flight that I rescheduled. One of the worst traveling experiences I have had in a long time. My day started at 3:30am. I’m just now going to my hotel at 12:40 am
Pros: Gate crew in DEN provided free refreshments at the gate during a 2+ hour flight delay.
Cons: The aircraft used for this flight comes from LGA as part of an out-and-back. Delays can be expected if there is an earlier departure delay in NYC. On 6/30, this aircraft was 2+ hours late while all other airlines (United, Southwest and Frontier) were all on-time.
Cons: Was unclear which zone was boarding. Legroom was comprised when passenger in immediate row ahead reclined seat early in flight.
Pros: The fact that there was a screen for movie selections and a charging port for my phone and the flight attendants were super nice
Cons: Bags never arrived at the listed baggage claim. After 45 min, I saw bags on a different claim station and I notified everyone standing around. BUT, I filed a claim with Delta and was immediately given 2500 miles, as guaranteed!
Pros: Great people and crew early arrival nice passengers
Pros: The flight is short
Cons: Delayed from 930pm to 6am. Didn't tell us till almost midnight. Because of scheduling issues not weather or anything. The check in people had no idea what I was talking about when I tried to check in for my 6am rescheduled flight.
Pros: Delta is great
Cons: Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA.
Pros: Crew was nice.
Cons: The Entertainment sucked. Again I was sitting in comfort class which in theory should buy you more comfort and better entertainment. There was a ton of movies from the 90s and the same movie selection from about 6 months ago when I traveled with them. Also, what is going on, with having to use your own cell phone to watch movies on the plane? Whatever happened to the screens in the backseat of the front seat? I ended up with neck pain from trying to watch a movie on my phone. Delta has become very cheap. It is going into some serious decline.
Cons: Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being.
Pros: Ran smoothly, typical flight, everything was as to be expected. Everyone was polite and courteous.
Cons: Tight seats, boarding process was a bit lengthy, and we hit some turbulence (obviously beyond anyone's control). The pilot and crew handled it well.
Pros: Most comfortable flight I have taken in some time. Spacious seat, power, good entertaiment, attentive flight crew. On time. Not usually a Delta flier, but times and destination made Delta the choice. Turns out a great choice.
Pros: What a city.. Unique for hell sure...
Pros: Staff pretty friendly. Plane clean. Ran on time. Good communication. Even though shorter flight, had movie entertainment option. Before flight we had a flat tire so missed our flight. Agent extremely helpful getting us on another flight.
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Check in was very hectic due to limited staff and getting bumped by the red carpet flyers. Boarding is always a little congested due to the lines. Better snacks please!!
Pros: Food, crew, boarding
Cons: I had a screen in front of me that did not work. It was annoying. Fix it.
Cons: I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time.
Pros: Everything else fine.
Cons: Made me check my bag - even though ther was plenty of overhead bin space.
Pros: First we had a mechanical after boarding. I was rerouted through Atlanta. That flight is now delayed by 2hours. I then had to reroute to West Palm Beach instead of Ft Lauderdale. I will leave 9 hours after my original flight time and arrive 8 hours later. Just ridiculous
Cons: See above
Pros: The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable.
Cons: Being an hour late isn't ideal and I understand that it wasn't their fault (the plane was late arriving into Denver. Those things happen. They still goto people to Detroit in time to make connections--barely.
Pros: Flight attendants were competent.
Cons: Air conditioning was extremely noisy.
Cons: I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
Cons: Seats too close - I'm not that tall and my knees were jammed against the seat in front of me.
Pros: Was able to get on a flight after ours was cancelled. Delta was in scramble mode and their gate staff worked hard ot deal with a frustrated flying populaiton
Cons: After paying for first class round trip airfare, we were given seats in coach in the rear of the plane, in spite of empty seats (plenty of them) in first class and economy comfort.
Pros: Plane was clean and staff were friendly
Cons: The snack options were quite average
Pros: The seat seemed broken. The main issue was that all shades were down. I thought when we took off and landed , window shades were supposed to be up? I felt like I was in a dark tunnel with shades down and lights the entire flight out and it was mid-afternoon.
Pros: The touch screens had a good selection of movies and tv, which was very nice.
Cons: The crew pretty much ignored us, not friendly at all.
Pros: The crew was great and I really appreciate how they accommodated a family with 4 young children
Pros: Crew did a terrific job.
Cons: Seats were too cramped and flight was overbooked. AA canceled us off flight and gave up our seats even though we were already confirmed.
Cons: App continued to crash. Couldnt watch movies.
Pros: Great crew
Cons: Stop sending rental car emails with cheap prices and then I try to reserve a car and the price is doubled
Pros: Pilot was very careful went around the storm that we could see from out flight nicely got us home safely. Great job.
Cons: Even though I had a priority boarding I was told that I was suppose to stay with group 5. As a BA silver traveller I didn’t get the boarding priority.
Cons: The wifi signup process not seemless with Android.
Pros: They were very apologetic about all of the delays and they tried to make it up to us the best they could.
Cons: Having a plane that was properly prepared to fly. Not stealing my Lemoncello Cream and tape measure.
Pros: Friendly crew, comfortable and ON-TIME!
Pros: Desk attendant was very kind, but clearly had no idea what to tell us.
Cons: See previous flight post, another delay for mechanical issues, another round of poor communication.
Pros: Kept us updated about the delay.
Cons: Left 2 hours late due to mechanical issues.
Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: At this stage, you cannot use such an old plane for an overseas 8 hour flight. The plane was so old it even had the cigarrete disposers on the arm rest and it didn't have TVs not power outlets.
Pros: Great plane
Cons: ATC delayed us 2 hours IN THE PLANE. Luggage was delivered to the wrong baggage terminal. LAX is the worst.
Pros: Convenient flight from DRO to Dallas.
Pros: Terrible customer service.
Cons: Rude, rude people working at the desks. Saw many people have problems with them, and then they were rude to me as well.
Pros: One nice hostess on the flight. Just one
Cons: Cant believe my 600.00 for upgraded seats got ignored!!! I want a refund!@ Ripoff!!
Pros: Good entertainment selection
Cons: Most was as expected.
Cons: Very cramped seating This was an American Airlines flight, not Alaska Air.
Pros: Direct flight from desired origin to destination Boarding by zones
Cons: Uncomfortable, small, seat space with inadequate legroom. Lack of personal entertainment options. Paid extra for earlier boarding group which only benefited me by about 5 people. (NOT WORTH IT!) Lack of complimentary food options. (Pay for everything)
Cons: No personal TV, awful airline servicers. They were very rude and seemed distracted.
Pros: Captain kept everyone in the loop about the problems.
Cons: Flight was late.
Cons: All the different prices for seats. I think it is a stupid system. Miss the good old days of air travel.
Pros: air flight attendants were really great! As well as suitcase handle, it arrived on destination after all scales, awesome
Cons: space was small in economic class
Pros: Crew was pleasant, meal was tasty.
Cons: Seated next to a man who should have booked 2 seats.
Cons: Our connecting flight was late and they next flight left 5min early?! WTF! We missed the flight by 3min. 10 other people missed the flight too. Now our whole day is blown waiting nearly 6hrs for next flight.
Cons: Delayed. We were unable to change the flight to sit together. Staff not very helpful
Pros: Spacious aircraft for a relatively short flight. I usually take a smaller aircraft that requires us to check our luggage. I'm reconsidering where I will have layovers now.
Pros: It was on time. Crew were very good.
Cons: Plane seemed very dated. No individual entertainment No USB chargers Not much space
Cons: I wish they have two sheets. I don't like to sit next to stranger. And hard to go to bathroom
Pros: Our family was spread over the aircraft and American Airlines seated us together! The food and inflight movie were great! It was an excellent experience.
Cons: Was a bit difficult to book through Kayak. I then had to call American Airlines for everything else, and next time I'll do that instead.
Cons: We got there 2 hours early and almost missed our flight
Pros: There were no seats available together so we were upgraded to the extra room seats so that we could all sit together. As a mother flying by herself with 2 children, one of whom is on the Austin spectrum this gesture of being able to keep us together meant so much to all 3 of us. Thank you
Pros: Crew was very courteous.
Cons: Delayed departure.
Pros: Snacks and beverage
Pros: It was a fairly routine flight. Could use a more substantial snack for a four hour flight.
Cons: While waiting for our baggage in Phoenix, we noticed a few random bags with tears, rips and clothes hanging out. Then we saw our suitcase. The zipper was torn away from the lining so that it no longer closes all the way. There items hanging out of the gap. What was happening in the basement that caused at least 4 damaged bags?
Cons: Taking away headphones 40 mins prior to landing is ridiculous. AA needs to abandon Bose or figure out a better way.
Pros: I liked that there were no stops.
Cons: I had an instant panic attack when our flight was delayed because a box cutter was found under a seat on the flight that just arrived. I get honesty, but I was seriously reconsidering getting on the plane, because what if they missed something? I was working out in my head what would happen to our pets if we died on this flight, because we don't have a will yet.
Pros: Flight on time
Cons: Need better crew the lady serving the snacks looked moody.
Pros: That it went smooth and had room on the flight. Crew was good.
Cons: Need more than just pretzels on the plane to give out
Pros: Early arrival.
Cons: No real food.
Cons: The flight was delayed my baggage was charged when I use my credit card for the flight and the plan was very small
Pros: Flights were on time. Airport was clean.
Pros: personal entertainment systems and charging plugs
Cons: only pretzels and no headphones offered for the entertainment systems.
Cons: No individual video monitors. Poor choice of audio channels.
Pros: Best airline ever
Pros: The fact I made the flight
Cons: Nearly missing the flight that my luggage did not arrive with me that I had to go back to airport 6 hours later to get it!!!!!
Pros: Flight attendants were very friendly.
Cons: The meal was terrible. They ran out of chicken and the second option was awful.
Pros: I was on a flight that lasted over two hours without being offered any beverage service.
Cons: I needed water to stay hydrated.
Cons: Free wifi
Pros: One attendant did it all. And very well. Impressive.
Cons: More snack options.
Cons: Champagne or sparkling wine served.
Cons: Long delay.
Pros: Very annoyed with the direct tv. No gluten free option for food/snacking.
Cons: comfortable seating. nice staff. on time flights.
Pros: Again, on time and great crew.
Cons: United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags.
Pros: I got to my destination and didn’t die.
Cons: Poorly marked gate. Late boarding time. Sat on shuttle for 20 minutes before they took us to the plane. Then we sat on the plane with the heat blasting and no air available. Flight was delayed due to maintenance.
Pros: Left and arrived on time. Great flight attendant.
Cons: Leg room was barely sufficient to open and use my laptop.
Pros: A FUN HAPPY TIME AS THE CHAPS WHO SAT EITHER SIDE OF ME WERE CHATTY AND HUMOROUS - THEY WERE HAPPY THAT COLUMBUS DAY WAS TO BE CELEBRATED THIS PAST MONDAY AND WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS TO CELEBRATE CANADIAN THANKSGIVING WITH MY SON AND HIS AMERICAN WIFE AND THEIR 2 CHILDREN - WELL LET'S JUST SAY THE 3 HOURS OF THE FLIGHT FLEW BY. SMILE
Pros: The employees work good.
Cons: No food for almost 6 hour fly, no tv.
Cons: Late departure; tiny, smelly plane; cranky flight attendant.
Pros: That my suitcase was stowed
Cons: Waiting 11 hours for the flight
Cons: They could have used the bathroom to stuff a few more people on this flight. Whoops, no, bathroom not clean. Tray broken on seat. Seated in last row and asked to close bathroom door of it opened during takeoff. Seated next to very large passenger who wanted to share my seat. Sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting to take off. For this, I paid $650.
Cons: You have to pay to watch the movies.
Pros: Not really impressed
Cons: Many delays I can't believe you're making people pay now $25 to check Carry on bags. That makes me want to use Delta every single time
Pros: The crew was lovely. Boarding was a breeze.
Cons: They don't let you view the flight path unless you pay $5.99 for the full entertainment package. Not cool, guys. The airline advertised two different cheese plates, but the crew informed us that the airline hasn't provided them to the planes. Big disappointment.
Pros: free wine
Cons: av system was non-operable for the flight. wifi did not work either. also this option for "personal entertainment" using your own device is a total sham. United Airlines is terrible. Planes are old and cramped. The boarded process is like a cattle call. DO NOT FLY UNITED!!! I thought I was flying Lufthansa but it was a bait and switch situation.
Pros: Being able to watch a movie on the screen in the seatback in front of me rather than on my phone.
Cons: I had to go to the airport early & my bags therefore ended up on the wrong flight most likely because someone didn't actually read the tags fully. I was going Hayden-Chicago-Pgh & my bags went Hayden-Denver-Pgh. I'm fairly short & very skinny yet I felt a bit cramped.
Pros: Flight attendant noticed my husbands t-shirt from Galveston and talked briefly about it. Smooth flight.
Cons: Since it was a smaller plane the seating room was tight.
Cons: Although the flight was scheduled to depart quite early, it was delayed twice. Weather was good, but incoming flight was late. Then there was no cabin attendant-40 minute delay. Few amenities in Terminal A of JFK.
Pros: It got me home.
Cons: It was just a flight.
Pros: United is definitely improving. The service was attentive and friendly. When I asked for PJ's, the flight attendant made a good effort to retrieve them for me. I slept through the entire flight, very rare unless the conditions were optimal for sleep.
Cons: While this flight was fine, my flight to Taipei was riddled with poor service. A bad and forgetful flight attendant can make all the difference. As United adjusts their service to the new Polaris configuration on newer planes, conditions will hopefully improve.
Cons: The gate agent for United at Newark was very rude and dismissive. Would not answer any of my questions or anyone who attempted after me. His attitude was very poor and seemed to not care about his job. Plane was late arriving in Portland Maine.
Cons: The flight was fine, but my flight was cancelled on the 29th and the agent who helped rebook my flight was abrupt, then I get to the airport on the 30th and the flight is delayed another 2 hours. Of course it was all "weather" related, so no help from the airlines. I'm not a satisfied customer. I would have flown Delta if it was possible.
Pros: On time....
Cons: Bigger plane than usual..
Pros: Our connecting flight was more comfortable than flight from San Francisco
Cons: Delay because of change of plane and 3 gate changes
Cons: The pilot speeding up and then putting on the brakes time after time on flight from Norfolk 10:30 am to Dulles today. Very rough flight and it was beautiful smooth air today. I'm a private pilot and could not figure out what was going on,
Cons: Long wait on the plane on the tarmac.
Pros: Flight attendant very friendly and helpful Seat row layout of 1 and 2 On time Legroom adequate Smooth flight
Cons: Cabin temperature became too cold Seats small Engine noise drowned out announcements of pilot and flight attendant Narrow uneven disembarking ramp at Portland Jetport Lack of clarity about flight gate in Newark. I checked in at Terminal C and had to take a shuttle bus to Terminal A
Pros: On time quick flight.
Cons: No legroom, snack a joke, no entertainment.
Pros: Flight departed An hour late but caught up time on route. service was cold, rude and lazy. Many passenger brought food trash tray to the station by themselves. Bathroom was gross. Food was salty and I requested water and I was ignored. I finally raised my voice and start asking their names because I would write a complain. Tha started all hassle for me. Long story short, I was demanded to identify if I held Chinese or US passport... I have written a letter to United CEO. I got reply that I would get a reply in 24-48 hours. I'm waiting. My second leg was two hours delay from Chicago to Boston.
Cons: those FA should be fired, especially the one who demanded to identify my nationality.
Pros: Flight staff was wonderful.
Cons: Newark Airport. The terminal was probably 60 degrees. Navigation signs were the least helpful of any airport I've flown out of or into.
Pros: Boarding was organized. Crew was great.
Pros: Finally arriving at the destination.
Cons: We were stranded in Newark with little to no air conditioning in 90 degree heat. Our flight was delayed 9 HOURS. I lost an entire day of my family's vacation because of United Airlines and their massive blunder. They said it was because there was no air conditioning, but at the same time they said their crew clocked out and we had to wait for new personnel to man the plane. I find it hard to believe that this couldn't be foreseen and avoided. By the time we finally got our crew, we then had to await for a storm to pass, and then 40 other planes had to take off first. All United offered in apology were $10 vouchers that expire in two days, and a free drink on the plane.
Pros: On time and friendly to Portland as always.
Cons: Please read above--I was standing at the gate waiting to board when the gate rep told me and another passenger there was only one seat left--on a flight I was confirmed on! The other passenger said he had a family obligation and the rep handed him the last ticket before I could get a word out. I felt so disrespected and like my business and money meant nothing to United. Then began my saga to get to Portland. Unbelievable.
Cons: Upon arrival the flight attendant left me stranded on the tarmack without a wheelchair for 20 minutes. I have serious balance issues and was terrified. My connection was very tight and I barely made my plane to Portland. The pilot finally saw the problem and got the assistance I needed. This was the most frightening wheelchair experience I have even had.
Pros: I wish I would have caught her name but the staff member at the boarding gate was fabulous! She is someone I would want representing my company.
Cons: The wafer served with the beverage & my seat assignment stunk.
Pros: I had no complications before/during this flight. It was as if the air travel angels were smiling down on me, making little decisions like, "Sure. Give her that rare luxury of having no one sitting beside her... twice in a row. And toss in not one, but two of those United Airlines cookies." (Those cookies are sooooo good.) Really, at the moment, I can think of nothing anyone could've done any better.
Pros: There were empty seats and the very polite flight attendant offered for me to move without me having to ask.
Cons: I arrived at my final destination and walked to baggage claim. I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline.
Cons: The aircraft smelled like the restroom due to the fact the aircraft came out of the hangar and the bathroom didn't get cleaned. This flight was delayed as well.
Pros: Great flight/great staff
Pros: Quick and smooth flight and we arrived early!
Cons: Deverted to Newark to get to portland
Pros: Very polite, upbeat crew
Cons: Newark airport a mess!
Cons: This flight was cancelled and the later flights to Portland were all full, so I was offered a flight to Boston instead, with no refund for the bus ticket from Boston to Portland, and of course my bag did not arrive with me.
Pros: Not much to say about an hour flight. Coffee could not be served due to weather conditions, not airlines fault.
Pros: The ease of getting onboard.
Cons: I paid extra for the exit seats thinking there were going to be more comfortable, they were worse then the regular seats and I felt ripped off. On top of that you charge for water? That’s silly.
Pros: Very good
Cons: Hope is on time not delay 1 hour that’s all
Pros: The time
Pros: I did not get onto flight
Cons: Allowing me to board; I showed up to Denver international with plenty time, I arrived at gate of new flight the check in attendant placed me on, I then watched my original flight close the gate and fly away while waiting for my next flight.
Pros: The male agent at the counter was great! Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the trip. Everything was SO expensive, had to pay $1.99 for a bottle of water which is free in other flights. The crew on board didn’t do anything and didn’t come through to collect trash until the very end.
Cons: More affordable prices, snacks and drinks available in flight, and a more helpful crew on board.
Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: No WiFi, no food.
Pros: The price was awesome. The baggage people were very easy to work with.
Cons: The only thing that the crew did for us was to stand and look at us while we came aboard and then show the safety demonstration and then go through the cabin once with a trash bag. I was curious why there were four of them when it seemed like they basically had nothing to do.
Pros: The boarding was stress free.
Pros: The crew was fantastic!
Cons: Nothing. It was great
Pros: Boarding back to front makes so much sense! Thanks!
Pros: Aircraft was clean
Cons: Staff talks too much, especially when they stammer.
Pros: They got me here.
Cons: Comfort, crew, entertainment, etc
Cons: Always delayed with frontier it’s ridiculous
Cons: Boarding could be better. It’s could be organized.
Cons: I was concerned for my health due to United Airlines placing profits over people by having a full plane during COVID.
Cons: Social distancing
Cons: Crew didn’t wear masks correctly to prevent COVID, seats didn’t recline on red eye, seats were hard
Cons: Reclining seats
Pros: Finding a better price than the actual site of the air line
Cons: Nothin honestly.
Cons: Frontier has declined a saddening amount.
Pros: Masks required. Temp check required
Cons: No social distancing
Cons: Your workers stole from me I spend money with the airline just too have you guys take from my hard working things
Cons: Need food
Pros: I thought everything and everyone were great!
Pros: Nice. Clean.
Cons: Small seats.
Cons: Drink service.
Cons: Good service
Cons: Horrible organisation. They steal from customers.
Cons: The flight was delayed twice after boarding, we had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours. I dont think frontier is worth the price anymore, you definatley get what you pay for. I had to check a bag both ways because a checked bag is cheaper than their fee to carry on a bag. There were no complimentary drinks or snack even after having to sit on the plane for so long. I requested an aisle seat and got stuck in the middle. Overall, think I will be paying the extra for any other airline than frontier.
Pros: Pretty much nothing
Cons: Tray tables the size of my cell phone. Had to pay $50 a piece for each item checked or carried on. Seats don't recline. You have to pay for any snack or refreshments while on the plane. No entertainment options, not even a magazine. Armrests didn't fold all the way up. Flight attendant wouldn't allow any switching of seats even though an entire row of seats was empty. Flight crew all looked and acted worn out and cranky. I recieved no forward notice of the cost of luggage and carry on items until I reached the ticket counter, and then would've had to pay a fee in order to cancel my trip with them. This is classic bait and switch with predatory tactics. The woman at the ticket counter tried to tell me that they were still the cheapest airline available to which I replied. "You are a complete liar. It would have cost us 8 more dollars to go with a United flight instead, but overall would have saved me. 92$ in the long run with a much more comfortable flight and complimentary refreshments. Not only will I never fly frontier again, I will tell anyone willing to listen to not fly frontier as well.
Cons: That they charged me $65 for a carry on bag ..the person told me an amount went to the machine get a card get charged $5 extra for the card go to the counter they tell me a diffrent amount have to get a diffrent card more money..i made a facebook post to never fly with this company ever again
Pros: Modern planes. Good on board crew.
Cons: 2.5 hour delay, no explanation why.
Cons: The seats are incredibly thin with nearly no padding and don't recline. No complimentary drinks or snacks. Tray table is too small to be of any use
Cons: They didn't know how to handle the unpleasant situation of having delay due to "the plane is having some problems and they will try to fix it asap before departure".
Cons: Horrible delay , uncourteous attendants , not even drinking water is free More or less every airline of America is like this except Southwest .
Pros: The landing was good.
Cons: $40 for a carry on? Come on now. $5 seat upcharge because "window seat"? Chairs that don't recline? You interrupt my already terrible nap so you can try to sell the entire plane your "no-black-outs" Mastercard. The cabin was much too hot, people complained and nothing was done -- adding insult to injury, water costs money. Every aspect of buying a ticket is littered with popups to upsell you to something "better" or more "exclusive". The entire experience from buying a ticket to touch-down was dehumanizing and an insult my intelligence.
Pros: the beginning price - maybe?
Cons: I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time.
Pros: We were amazed by the initial cost of $120 round trip ticket
Cons: The dates of our event changed, so we needed to adjust our original booking. The change cost $100 per ticket to change, and additional fees on top of that. We have taken on all of the extra fees for the change, and now there will be bag fees and whatever else we run into on the day of travel. We accept the fact that some fees are normal for change of itinerary, but it feels like we are getting nickel and dimed right now. This is what we were warned about from friends when we initially booked our "great rate"!
Cons: No real complaints about the flight, HOWEVER, Frontier's luggage handlers (probably in Denver) ruined a piece of my luggage. I got home very late and didn't notice the problem until the next morning. I checked their baggage policy and noticed there was a four-hour window to report lost or damaged luggage, so I was out of luck on a $100 piece of luggage. I recognize damage can be caused by any airline, but when you have to pay to check a bag AND carry one on, you would think you'd be given more than four hours to report a problem.
Pros: We did not crash. I appreciated that. Also, we made slightly faster time than planned.
Cons: I had no idea that a *carry on* costs $30. That's just obscene. My GF and I took a weekend trip to Utah and brought only our backpacks because we didn't want to spend the extra dough. Lame. At Frontier, you don't even get to choose your seats without paying extra money. If you want to guarantee that you can sit in the absolute worst seats on the plane that's gonna cost you an extra $5. Sure hope we get to sit together! Lame. The seats were one step above folding lawn chairs. Lame. When the flight crew refers to the 6 inch by 3 inch "table" as a "barbie tray" that makes it funny, but no less lame. How could we top all this lameness off with a lame sauce? How about the flight crew "requesting" your attention and forcing you to sit through a 5 minute *credit card offer*. I could not believe it when the credit card offer started. Afterwards, she walked through the aisles and asked every person who dared to gaze in her general direction whether they were interested in her offer. How many were? ZERO. Before this flight I truly had no opinion about which airline I should fly, but now I do have a preference... Literally anyone other than Frontier.
Pros: The flight was fine. It arrived on time, and I don't mind the immobile seat backs and the lack of a talk tray table.
Cons: I received an email on Tuesday night informing me that my Thursday am flight was cancelled, due to anticipated weather (no increment weather at the time), The email provided no instructions for rebooking except a phone number. I tried rebooking on the web site, but that didn't work. The web site did not know about the cancellation at all and wanted to charge me a large rebooking fee. Meanwhile I was on hold for two hours. Finally, I needed a midnight trip to the airport in order to rebook. At the airport, I witnessed ill-informed and stressed agents failing to cope with stressed stranded customers. One agent told a customer that she refused to help him any longer because he recorded her.
Pros: The flight was on time and the plane was clean. The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The airline did not provide seat assignments at booking or prior to the flight. To secure seats together with my 11 year old son, I was upcharged at the airport ($85 for tow flights). No amenities were provided. Apple juice cost $3. No in flight entertainment, not even a magazine. This flight cost as much as a major airline when I booked it--the only convenience was timing back to our original airport. Add the seat up charge and I probably paid more. This experience proved to me that it might be ok to pay a little extra for a major carrier, especially on long trips.
Pros: Flight was on time. Online check in and boarding was okay. Nonstop Denver to Columbus.
Cons: I didn't like being stabbed with outrageous fees for baggage (checked and carry on). I especially didn't like seat assignment fees and no ability to keep your party seated together unless you pay their ridiculous surcharges. By the time you get done with every extra charge they rope you into you can fly any otheir airlicanard possibly for less money. In addition, the seating is terrible. Rows are crammed in tight with the new non reclining rubber pad seats that are sure to send you to the chiropractor. They have the unmitigated gall to cram their credit card sales pitch over the PA followed up with multiple trips up amddown the aisle. Hey Frontier, if I wanted a credit card sales pitch I would stay home and answer the damn robocalls. Nice way to treat your customers, especially after you stab them $3 for a drink.
Cons: frontier was awful. they pushed our flight out of new york back three times and then canceled in the middle of the night, saying they didn't have partnerships with other airlines so couldn't get us out until the 25th (the day before our return flight). we talked to both customer service on the phone (20 minute wait to get someone) and gate agents and EVERYONE said they weren't authorized to give us a refund for any of the inconvenience and unanticipated expenses. ultimately we ended up flying out of philly (paying for our own bus tickets) on AMERICAN (paying for another flight with our own money) to get to our family in denver. on the way back they weren't going to let us check luggage for free, again saying no one was authorized to do that until thankfully they discovered a note from the manager we spoke to in nyc. otherwise they would not have given it to us even after we spoke to the manager in denver. we boarded our return flight to find that we couldn't sit down as someone had vomited (not frontier's fault), and that was the cherry on top. we just burst out laughing because the whole thing was a disaster. we ended up spending the same amount as our "inexpensive" frontier tickets and more on fixing the trip ourselves because they wouldn't help us at all. truly a terrible experience and i don't anticipate flying frontier again.
Pros: Stewards were professional
Cons: Experience started with sitting on plane for 2 hours or more while maintenance was fixing thermostat, then plane was shut down for 10 mins., then had to wait another 10 for plane to reboot. All this didn't work, so we were told get all your stuff, get off plane then go wait at another gate to reboard another plane...so family plans were ruined since we all arrived 3 hrs later starving, thirsty & tired.. . No compensation was offered for all the inconvenience and we paid a high price for this flight that you had to pay a lot for a carry on. Flight home was at least 2 hr delay. Also not sure why entertainment is on survey since there wasn't any, or food since not even peanuts were offered and comfort??? Noticed less space pet person since my last flight and even the tray was tiny. None of our group of 7 will fly Frontier again, and will make sure everyone who asks about our trip will hear about our awful experience w/Frontier.
Cons: THE FLIGHT KEPT BEING DELAYED ALL DAY AND THEN IT WAS CANCELLED. PASSENGERS HAD TO SECURE OTHER FLIGHTS TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. SOME EVEN MISSED IMPORTANT EVENTS LIKE FUNERALS, CRUISES APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I WAS A DAY LATE FOR MY EVENT. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IMMEDIATELY SO WE COULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS EARLIER. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL NOT CONSIDER FLYING FRONTIER IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES.
Pros: The crew was very nice.
Cons: This is definitely the bottom of the heap when it comes to airlines. They offer a competitive price on a flight, but once booked they nickel and dime you until the price is higher than a better airline. They charge for seat choice on the whole plane, snacks and drinks, carry on and checked luggage, and there is no entertainment. Plus the seats felt like cardboard, and didn't recline. Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down.
