Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service
Award tickets are some of the best... seats lack entertainment options.

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.
There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.

The flight was delayed multiple times. I was autobooted and placed in the center seat in the last row of the plane.
My flight was delayed. We left at midnight. I got to Greensboro (GSO) at 1am. All of AA's flights in/out of Charlotte always seem to be delayed or canceled. It took me all day on Sunday to get to my destination of Cincinnati from Greensboro. I had to be rerouted through Chicago because my original flight was canceled as the door to plane was closing in GSO. The saddest part is I could have driven and arrived sooner. . . I recognize there is a lot going on that impacts travel. This week it was weather. Yesterday in Cincinnati it was President Trump. But as a frequent flyer, the flight from South Bend to Charlotte always runs late. The subsequent flight to Greensboro is always midnight to 2am. . . I do want to give props the Charlotte boarding crew. They had four flights going out of the same area at the same time. They turned it quickly and mitigated the grumbling from the crowd.
They didn’t put my luggage on my transfer so I had to spend the night in Detroit. They said my luggage would be here in the morning and they’re still searching for it. It did not arrive apparently.
The plane home was a lot nicer than the one i arrived on. Seating was more spacious and comfortable
The attendant at the gate was not helpful at all and she was rude when we asked why the flight was delayed.

Everything was horrible. They delayed my flight so I missed my connection flight and I lost my bags. I had to go to the same workers multiple times asking the same questions because everyone kept giving me different answers. One person closed down customer service because he wanted to go on lunch so there was like 30 people just waiting for hours because no one would relieve him.
Landing was technically perfect. What I didn't like is the pricey internet. Both flights with excellent crews. I'm 6 feet 210 pounds and could easily fit in the chair.
Long long delay, no AC while delayed, gate changes, just for the most uncomfortable flight of your life.
Everything was smooth sailing. Great crew, easy flight and was surprised with an upgraded seat. Thank you all!
