Overall I liked the price. Never had any problems with Feontier before so that is why I booked it.

Leaving Denver it was confusing when boarding because the boarding agent was talking on the loud speaker and was saying that it was going to be a fast turnaround and some other stuff but more like rambling something about we were going to be late to Dallas. We wound up being right on time when we landed in Dallas. Wasn't really sure the purpose of the confusion.

It got me to where I needed to go.

I'm 5"10 and my knees were pressed into the seat infront of me. The chairs are plastic bucket seats with a thin layer of leather over them to give the illusion of comfort.

I am a Platinum flyer and was flying with my family of 4. Upon boarding our pre-assigned seats were taken away and assigned to someone else. We waited while all classes were boarded then we were given seats, separated through tout the plane.

I did not like the fact that American Airlines cancelled my 17 Yr old neice's flight from Dallas to Denver over a thing called "timed-out". And had her sleep in a room with a cott instead of a hotel room. And the fact that we as customers pay good money for tickets only to be subject to the airlines way of business. It is absolutely unacceptable!

Absolutely ridiculous policy on making me go to a different terminal to get a boarding pass. Every other airline in the United States can issues electronic boarding passes these guys blocked me out 1 hour and ten minutes before the flight and said I had to go to terminal E counter to get boarding pass. I was at terminal A. Because I did not have boarding pass I could not enter through terminal A and use skylink I had to take the bus instead. That took 25 minutes. Then when I arrived at counter they said the flight was closed. And even though it was 25 minutes before boarding I was out of luck. The rude counter person said I should have been there 3 hours before the flight and now all they can do is reschedule for another day and it will cost an additional $100. Fortunately there were about 10 other people in a similar situation as mine and it became overwhelming for the counter people and they started issuing us tickets. This caused 10 of use to rush to security yelling we only have 10 minutes to get to flight. Fortunately all the people in line were understanding and TSA did the best they could but it still took time and probably stressed everyone out at security including TSA. This was just a money grab by Spirit airlines. Any other airlines an electronic ticket would have issued to my phone and I could have entered security at terminal A, caught skylink to Terminal E for my flight and been at gate 30 minutes before departure. This ridiculous policy of locking me out over an hour before the flight caused a great deal of stress to myself, the spirit counter crew, the TSA, all the other airline passengers waiting at security, and all the other spirit passengers who were gamed by Spirit airlines moneygrab. I intend to file complaints with Better Business Bureau, FAA, and Homeland security. This was totally unnecessary chaos!!!!

Flight was on time-ish, no trouble really. Call center folks were great.

Our original flight was cancelled with no explanation. My girlfriend was notified of this and I was not. When I called to get my flight details I was informed that I was to fly out on a completely different day instead. After explaining that there was no chance of that happening, the call center rep was happy to help. The flight was now an American Airlines flight booked through Alaska. About 3 days before our flight we both received calls from American saying that they did not have our passenger information. Apparently Alaska just didn't transfer that over. We also now had two confirmation codes as the returning and connecting flights were still with Alaska. Once we got to the airport on the day of I was able to print my American Airlines boarding pass, however I could not print my Alaska boarding pass on neither American nor Alaska's kiosks. It was a redeye flight as well so there was no staff at the check in counters yet. We ultimately did get to our destination, but it was such a completely unnecessary headache to get there.

I love Delta, especially their newer planes that have screens in the backs of headrests and free movies.

Leg room is never enough. I'm 6'1".

Beautiful plane, great entertainment system, two bathrooms for economy class, decent food

Delta staff taking care of rude/beligerant guests first vedore guests patiently/kindly waiting in line ... children watched that behavior and the jerks recieved special treatment. Flight staff ripped up guests boarding pass in face. Staff allowed ys to board plane and put our bags under plane and then crew timed out before take off. Never will use Delta again.
