Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked

Cons: "My husband and I could not fit in the seats without our shoulders being on top of each other. My shoulder was in the aisle way. I am 5’8 and my knees were up againstthe seat in front of me. Our flight from CVG to DFW had none of these problems."

Last time flying Delta."
Pros: "The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot"
Cons: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Cons: "The seat was very narrow with absolutely minimal leg space, and a carry-on bag was not included in the fare."

Cons: "Everything. The flight was delayed by 4 hours. There was no food in first class. The luggage was put on an earlier flight ans delivered to a different gate. The person handling luggage in Gate A was rude. We had to go to the other gate at 1am to pickup our luggage."

Cons: "The flight was three hours late!!!!!!! I had to get on and get off the plane with all my stuff. This has financial implications on the ground later that evening in Uber Cost and I had to pay for the additional day for my car because I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time. I contacted United and have not heard ANYTHING!!!!! Please help me get my money back!!!"

Pros: "I like how cheap the prices are for a simple weekend trip when you only bring one bag. The woman who boarded us at the terminal was AWESOME. She clearly loves her job, and loves people around her and honestly what else is there that's more important in life than loving people. She was funny, kind, considerate and incredible at customer service. Give that girl a RAISE. We boarded at 4:49 in the morning and her energy lightened the mood for sure."
Cons: "I didn't like how even the tray tables were cheap. I also don't like if you want to choose your seat you need to pay... why is that? No other airline does that."
Pros: "Overall I liked the price. Never had any problems with Feontier before so that is why I booked it."
Cons: "Leaving Denver it was confusing when boarding because the boarding agent was talking on the loud speaker and was saying that it was going to be a fast turnaround and some other stuff but more like rambling something about we were going to be late to Dallas. We wound up being right on time when we landed in Dallas. Wasn't really sure the purpose of the confusion."

Cons: "I had a set of golf clubs with me and one of the heads of my clubs was snapped when I got home. I was disappointed because I don't know if that can be resolved or if I will have to pay to fix it."

Cons: "I inadvertently booked pm flight instead of a.m. I called to correct when I discovered the mistake a couple hrs later and was told there would be a penalty that was almost the price of the ticket and would need to pay the difference of the other tickets. Cheaper to buy new tickets with different carrier."

Every other airline in the United States can issues electronic boarding passes these guys blocked me out 1 hour and ten minutes before the flight and said I had to go to terminal E counter to get boarding pass. I was at terminal A. Because I did not have boarding pass I could not enter through terminal A and use skylink I had to take the bus instead. That took 25 minutes. Then when I arrived at counter they said the flight was closed. And even though it was 25 minutes before boarding I was out of luck. The rude counter person said I should have been there 3 hours before the flight and now all they can do is reschedule for another day and it will cost an additional $100. Fortunately there were about 10 other people in a similar situation as mine and it became overwhelming for the counter people and they started issuing us tickets. This caused 10 of use to rush to security yelling we only have 10 minutes to get to flight. Fortunately all the people in line were understanding and TSA did the best they could but it still took time and probably stressed everyone out at security including TSA. This was just a money grab by Spirit airlines. Any other airlines an electronic ticket would have issued to my phone and I could have entered security at terminal A, caught skylink to Terminal E for my flight and been at gate 30 minutes before departure. This ridiculous policy of locking me out over an hour before the flight caused a great deal of stress to myself, the spirit counter crew, the TSA, all the other airline passengers waiting at security, and all the other spirit passengers who were gamed by Spirit airlines moneygrab. I intend to file complaints with Better Business Bureau, FAA, and Homeland security. This was totally unnecessary chaos!!!!"

Pros: "The flight attendants were friendly and the airplane was very clean. The space underneath seats was roomy enough that I could easily fit my bag. Flight was very affordable, especially for a holiday weekend."
Cons: "I did not like that I was forced to create an account with Spirit to check in for my flight. I have never had to do that with any other airline, and the experience was frustrating. I also would appreciate if they would give water for free in flight. I understand their policy is to require customers to pay for extras, but water would be nice. There was also no explanation about which security line to get in when I bought the "bypass security" option and no one to ask when I arrived at security until I had gone through the full line. An explanation when the ticket is purchased would be helpful."

Cons: "Deceptive about leg room on last 3 or 4 rows of seats. There was no way my legs (5'10") would fit in these seats for 2 hours. fortunately, the flight was not full and I could sit crossways, but that was also painful. $55 baggage charge is a total rip-off."
