Cons: "This flight was cancelled, so I can't say how the flight was. However, I can say that in my 20 years of travel, this was by far the worst, most stressful experience I have ever had. I was placed on 2 other flights with 2 other airlines and wasn't notified until AFTER I was already checking in with another airline (this is also after calling the airlines regarding the cancellation, several hours before heading to the airport). Worst experience. Do not recommend."

Pros: "Was nice"
Pros: "Use of my phone for boarding ticket"
Cons: "Sitting next to a large man who took 25% of my seat and space."
Pros: "The flight attendant finally took care of it after I complained a couple of times."
Cons: "That you changed our seats, and, that there was no room in any of the overhead bins. So, the flight attendant told me that I needed to fight my way through the people coming toward me back up the aisle and check every overhead bin all the way back up to see if there was room for my one suitcase. Others had brought more than one bag up there. Finally they checked my one carry on bag. The ride was also really bumpy, worst that we've ever experienced. But that was due to weather conditions."
Pros: "Getting off the plane"
Cons: "Bathrooms weren't working, huge lines in aisle, lackluster service. Overhead bins were full by Group 3. late takeoff."
Cons: "My son ( a minor) was held over in Denver airport for over 12 hours because of delays and cancellations. Not once did your United crew or service workers offer him a meal voucher. This is absolutely wrong. This was my son's first flight alone and he also could not find any venders open to buy food. I will NEVER fly United again and will tell all friends and relatives about your inconsideration to minor passengers who are too shy to ask for help.!"
Cons: "One strange thing happened on my United airlines flight. The crew announced before we boarded that there wasn't enough overhead space for rolling bags and encouraged us to check them in. Upon boarding they announced that all overhead space in the back was full. I sat in the back and noticed that the crew closed the overhead compartments even though they were mostly empty. Another passenger opened an empty one and the crew came over and closed it right away, though many people were still boarding. What's going on?"
Pros: "United seems to be recycling which is a good thing."
Cons: "The obnoxious child sitting behind me. He kicked the seat and pulled on the tray."
Pros: "San Antonio flight to Denver delayed too long where could not make connection in Denver to Toronto. Had to make other flight arrangements."

Pros: "My flight home was surprisingly faster than I thought it would take and the entire time I was comfortable and relaxed."
Pros: "Excellent service."
Pros: "The crew members were welcoming and the cabin was clean."
Cons: "Only limited drinks were available and then the flight attendant forgot to bring the water I requested. Thankfully it was a short flight, so it wasn't that big of a deal."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and efficient. We left on time and arrived early."
Cons: "You have to pay for carry-on and/or checked luggage and the space in seats in very cramped, particularly for legs."
Cons: "Not much"
Pros: "I think was awful."
Cons: "The hidden fees. I thought I was getting a good deal. All the fees made it more expensive than other options. I feel like i got swindled. will never fly with Fronteir again."
Pros: "I liked Nothing!"
Cons: "1st time on Frontier and they decide to change scheduled flight with out confirmation! Way to go Frontier.."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "1 hour security time. Flight moved up without notice. Will not talk about refund at all. Giving no options. No personnel at both terminal counters as well as check in. Get better employees or just quit"
Pros: "The crew was greay"
Cons: "The price for luggage"
Pros: "The customer service was great"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The one employee they had for all of DFW airport. She may have been nice but I wasn't going to wait in a hour line to find out. Thank god American Airlines is so awesome."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth and the crew was good."
Cons: "Most uncomfortable seating out there. Really bad operations with frequent delays and mishaps. We sat on the tarmac for an hour waiting for our gate to clear. I guess it was a surprise to them that a plane was coming in on time."
Pros: "New, clean airplane adequate, competent crew Made consistent use of aerodynamic principles"
Cons: "Frontier Airlines charges for carry-on bags, as well as checked bags. This is surprising, and over a round-trip, can add $50-100 to the airfare. The airline advertises itself as a low-price airline, but this hidden fee I find disingenuous. How can I travel without any belongings? Thus, the base ticket price is unfairly presented. Chairs do not recline No in-flight entertainment No complimentary food or drinks, prices are exorbitant ($3 for a bag of chips) Flight was delayed by an hour, then we sat for an additional hour after boarding to fix the A/C I really disliked flying on Frontier. When buying tickets I forgot about their hidden baggage charges, and was fooled into thinking their prices were competitive."
Cons: "The check-in process at DIA was very disorganized. And 2 hours just to check-in is way too long."
Pros: "I liked it"
Cons: "I wanted a window seat"
Pros: "It would have been nice to receive an email so I could make other arrangements!"
Pros: "My mother is extremely disabled and your staff did an exceptional job in all facets of travel for my mother. Unbelievable service!"
Cons: "I had a set of golf clubs with me and one of the heads of my clubs was snapped when I got home. I was disappointed because I don't know if that can be resolved or if I will have to pay to fix it."
Pros: "Nothing...will never fly frontier in the futureq"
Cons: "I inadvertently booked pm flight instead of a.m. I called to correct when I discovered the mistake a couple hrs later and was told there would be a penalty that was almost the price of the ticket and would need to pay the difference of the other tickets. Cheaper to buy new tickets with different carrier."
Cons: "To cold on airplane and no complimentary soda"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight delayed 2 hrs. Everything costs extra...EVERYTHING!!! I hope to never fly them again"
Pros: "We boarded and took off right on time. Seats are really tight quarters. My 6'6" son couldn't even sit in a normal seat and would be forced to pay for an upgrade along with all the extra carry on fees. Turns out tickets aren't really cheaper after all the extra charges."
Cons: "Landed early (7am) and wound up sitting on the tarmac way past the time of our regularly scheduled arrival of 7:12am."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Flight leaving Milwaukee was delayed due to technical problems. Got on the plane an hour late, sat on the plane for over an hour, had to get off the plane and wait in the terminal for 2 hours therefore missed my connecting flight and have not arrived at my final destination. There was nothing offered for the trouble or inconenience (snacks, drinks, etc.). I had to miss an important meeting and never want to fly Frontier again."
Cons: "The plane didn't have any air and the boarding attendants couldn't make their mind up. They gave out different information and they were rude."
Pros: "Fast flight and friendly people"
Cons: "No tv on the head rest. I like watching the flight and path"
Pros: "Great new plane. Comfortable seats"
Pros: "The crew."
Cons: "The fact that you are charged for a drink is a bit much. Surely the price of the round trip ticket should cover a small cup of soda or coffee. And charging for a checked bag is crazy. I mean you have room allotted on these planes for baggage, & yet you charge a minimum of $30 to take a very small bag."
Pros: "My flight was delayed, but when it got there the staff was quick to get us in the air. Everyone was very nice."
Cons: "Paying to carry on a bag and for snacks."
Pros: "Front ones were nice."
Cons: "These 2 ladies need another job. Customer Service is NOT in their vocab"
Pros: "The pilot did a great job of landing in very windy conditions."
Cons: "I've been flying for many years, and I miss the hospitality of the free snack and drink."
Pros: "Smoothness of the flight. The staff."
Cons: "No snacks. Uncomfortable seats"
Pros: "The crew was fantastic. They were funny, polite, and very professional. The boarding process was very smooth and quick."
Cons: "The seats are awful as they no longer recline and have very little padding making the trip seem exponentially longer than it actually is. Carry on prices are absurdly expensive ($45) at the airport for one little duffle bag that was barely too big to fit under the seat. Food and entertainment are no longer provided on short routes so you better bring something to do!"
Pros: "The crew was great. No issues getting on board and we arrived on time. No issues with the flight."
Pros: "crew was fine, but plane and seats were old"
Cons: "The whole process is a little deceptive. Thought I had booked an inexpensive flight, but by the time I paid to select our seats, ($35.00 each for a decent seat, even $1.00 for 2nd to the back), paid for luggage, paid for a coke, my total cost for two of us almost doubled."
Pros: "Smooth landing."
Cons: "The added charges for my self contained firearms."
Cons: "60 dollars to check a bag 35 dollars for a hard plastic seat that didn't recline."
Pros: "Seats were super affordable. Plane was new and nice. Flight crew was very professional. Overall really good experience. I will definitely fly Frontier in the future."
Cons: "The seats are really jammed together, and I am not a large person. The plane was an Airbus A319. Nice plane, but the seats were not very comfortable. Any flight over two hours would be unbearable. I am just being picky. No complaints really."
Pros: "I liked the crew. And the flight was on scedule. Also, the flight had very little of turbulence."
Cons: "I don't like the fact the seats are so close and hard. And very uncomfortable."
Pros: "CHEAP!"
Cons: "Flight delayed 4.5 hours for mechanical problems so we didnt arrive in Dallas until 340am. I understand these things happen but g'dam how bout a contingency plan Frontier"
Pros: "They got us there alive. Boarding went smoothly. Everyone was more than happy to exit the plane as quickly as possible."
Cons: "Not having flown for 6 months, we were not prepared for the nickel-and-diming that Frontier has become. The astronomical baggage fees were a complete surprise- they were nearly as much as our tickets. And why charge us for the same bags there and back? They charged for picking your seat, they charged for a soft drink, though we think they likely waived the fee for breathing their stale air. The staff, historically great, were short and clearly frustrated with what their roles had become, with looks that shared our incredulous stares of bewilderment. We used Twitter to voice our frustration and though they replied quickly, they said we could negate a percentage of the fees if we joined a new but obscure program... which of course charged us more fees. So sad to see our favorite airline reduced to this impractical, impersonal money-grubbing caricature of corporate greed."
Pros: "Basic seating was ok, but not comfort based."
Cons: "Finding out at the gate and not at counter (where we paid to check bags $30) that we needed to pay $45 per carry on. No this flight became an unexpectedly $200 more expensive"
Cons: "The plane was very hot inside, on the ground and in the air. The cost was more than expected. We had to buy bags. We ourcgased seats so we could sit together."
Pros: "Timeliness Clean Cabin Great Value Friendliness of Crew"
Cons: "Slightly cramped seating, but what I expected."
Pros: "FRONTIER took 25 minuts to get the bags onto the plane and 45 minutes to get our bags off the plane and to baggage claim"
Pros: "Not much you can do about the weather, but we were given very few updates and those we could barley hear."
Cons: "Too many children crying. Seats very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Fast and easy flight."
Cons: "One of the other passengers took my window seat. Didn't want to get a hassle to make them get up, so I didn't say anything."
Pros: "I like the low prices. Usually Frontier is on the cheaper side."
Cons: "There are a lot of hidden fees and rules and regulations. BEWARE! Luckily someone cut me a break since I had nvr ridden on Frontier. Most of the staff seemed a lil rude. The plane was super late. Frontier requires you to get their app if you don't want to print off you're boarding pass. This is the age of technology, why am I printing a boarding pass? Worst security I've gone through."
Pros: "Got there safe"
Cons: "Fees"
Pros: "It was a smooth flight, on time arrival and departure"
Cons: "They are smaller planes so it is a little cramped, but for the price"
Pros: "Getting a pre-board was easy, since I need a wheelchair in the airport. Having my seat changed to a window from an aisle was done by my wheelchair assistant, and made my day."
Cons: "My "bargain" flight wasn't really a bargain. All the extra charges made the price much higher. (the upgrade to a window seat would have been $35 if not for my hearing disability). And the seats were hard and flat. Is this the trade off for "lower fares"- being uncomfortable, cramped and thirsty during a two hour flight?"
Pros: "The flight was very inexpensive, so that makes up for a lot of things I didn't enjoy. You have to realize you are flying a budget airline, something that is newish to the USA. Europe has had them for a while and they are just the same, point A to point B, super cheap."
Cons: "Tray tables are tiny tiny, could barely fit my drink and a snack on it. Seats are not that comfortable."
Cons: "I knew I was going to miss my flight so I called Frontier to get on another flight that same day, if possible. They said a ten o'clock flight was available and then said they needed to send me to billing. After 10 minutes of being on hold they disconnected me. This same routine happened a SECOND time. By the time I called back a third, the flight I was trying to get on was full. I had to pay $300 to fly with another airline to make my appointment. Frontier only offered to accommodate me by reducing the cost of changing my flight from $110 to $75 and get me there a day late. Their customer service is the worst. I will avoid flying with them again, if at all possible."
Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "N/A"
Pros: "Good flying from the pilots."
Cons: "A 4 hour delay will ruin anyone's plans!"
Pros: "Friendly, fast and complete"
Cons: "I’m 6’2” so any regular economy seats are fairly uncomfortable for me."
Cons: "They get their money one way or another. Cheap tickets expense bags and wster"
Cons: "Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Cancelled flights without offering hotel accommodations. Constant delayed flights. Vouchers to say sorry about their horrible service can't be used easily or at all. NEVER WILL FLY WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Same as above"
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "Not being able to pick a seat without being charged extra for it"
Pros: "The flight took off and landed right on time."
Pros: "Staff was friendly"
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seat, trouble with online checkin, not given TSA precheck boarding pass"
Cons: "We had a 2 hour delay in boarding and then a 20 minute wait at the landing gate as they were all full."
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "Middle assigned seat"
Pros: "Smooth and without delays"
Cons: "N/a"
Cons: "Even after I told crew that I had my seat belt fastened, they made me stop reading and move my sweater aside to prove it to them."
Pros: "Absolutely ridiculous policy on making me go to a different terminal to get a boarding pass. Every other airline in the United States can issues electronic boarding passes these guys blocked me out 1 hour and ten minutes before the flight and said I had to go to terminal E counter to get boarding pass. I was at terminal A. Because I did not have boarding pass I could not enter through terminal A and use skylink I had to take the bus instead. That took 25 minutes. Then when I arrived at counter they said the flight was closed. And even though it was 25 minutes before boarding I was out of luck. The rude counter person said I should have been there 3 hours before the flight and now all they can do is reschedule for another day and it will cost an additional $100. Fortunately there were about 10 other people in a similar situation as mine and it became overwhelming for the counter people and they started issuing us tickets. This caused 10 of use to rush to security yelling we only have 10 minutes to get to flight. Fortunately all the people in line were understanding and TSA did the best they could but it still took time and probably stressed everyone out at security including TSA. This was just a money grab by Spirit airlines. Any other airlines an electronic ticket would have issued to my phone and I could have entered security at terminal A, caught skylink to Terminal E for my flight and been at gate 30 minutes before departure. This ridiculous policy of locking me out over an hour before the flight caused a great deal of stress to myself, the spirit counter crew, the TSA, all the other airline passengers waiting at security, and all the other spirit passengers who were gamed by Spirit airlines moneygrab. I intend to file complaints with Better Business Bureau, FAA, and Homeland security. This was totally unnecessary chaos!!!!"

Cons: "No charging devices very uncomfortable seats"
Pros: "Cheap"
Cons: "Rip you off on luggage"
Cons: "Nickle and diming, had we known that the unknown charges would have brought the overall cost to more than another airlines ticket we would have chosen them to start with."
Pros: "The flight attendants were friendly and the airplane was very clean. The space underneath seats was roomy enough that I could easily fit my bag. Flight was very affordable, especially for a holiday weekend."
Cons: "I did not like that I was forced to create an account with Spirit to check in for my flight. I have never had to do that with any other airline, and the experience was frustrating. I also would appreciate if they would give water for free in flight. I understand their policy is to require customers to pay for extras, but water would be nice. There was also no explanation about which security line to get in when I bought the "bypass security" option and no one to ask when I arrived at security until I had gone through the full line. An explanation when the ticket is purchased would be helpful."
Cons: "They did not allow me to obtain a boarding pass 45 minutes before my flight. I was flying from out of town and was unable to print beforehand. I also was unable to get to the airport earlier so I was required to buy a flight through Southwest. Customer service was kind but only able to refund me a mere $7.31 for not allowing me to print the pass at the airport. I will not be flying Spirit in the future."
Pros: "Not much...on time."
Cons: "Deceptive about leg room on last 3 or 4 rows of seats. There was no way my legs (5'10") would fit in these seats for 2 hours. fortunately, the flight was not full and I could sit crossways, but that was also painful. $55 baggage charge is a total rip-off."
Cons: "did not inform the extra charge for carryon."
Cons: "That my bags are more expensive than my plane ticket"
Cons: "1st time using spirit got to counter check in 43 minutes till.. flight was closed. I wasn't aware of the policy"
Pros: "Reached my destination"
Cons: "The $55 charge for a carry on is absolutely absurd. No one should have to pay for their carry on; Spirit is the only airline that does this. If this was the only problem, then I wouldn't be so dissatisfied. The seating in the plane was very tight and uncomfortable. The boarding gate area was packed, and there was no place to sit and even stand to wait for the plane. I also found it astounding how there were no complementary beverages or snacks on the flight, and I had to pay for a drink of water. Every other airline on the dozens of flights I have been on gave us beverages and snacks for free. Also, there was no entertainment on the flight whatsoever. Not even a magazine or anything. Overall a terrible experience, and I will never fly Spirit again if possible, and will certainly not recommend it to anyone I know but will instead spread the word of the horrible airline company that Spirit is."
Pros: "polite crew"
Cons: "baggage limit of 40 lbs ticket agent with extremely thick accent no legroom no complimentary snacks"
Pros: "They suck so bad!!!"
Cons: "They just suck really bad!!!"
Cons: "Very uncomfortable. seating. Pushing the Master Card thing, without fully explaining. Miles only good if u use thm quickly... Making Boston passengers get off plane & reboard. Trying to make me pay for a carryon bag.f"
Cons: "Trying to load a bag that is accepted by any other airline for carry on cod not carry on an had to pay 50 plus dollars and have spent several hours trying to get a fee paid for return trip at a rate of 32 dollars. This airline is bullshit"
Pros: "Cost savings"
Cons: "Carry on/ baggage fees"
Pros: "The comedian crew member on this flight was absolutely my favorite part of the trip. He was entertaining and incredibly positive thru out the 4.5 hour tarmack stand still. His charisma and wit kept most of the passengers and crew members on point. He was just a happy go lucky guy with a good heart. Kudos to him!"
Cons: "Mother Nature was not kind and the humans closed down the Denver airport, avoiding any threatening interactions. It was most unfavorable being stuck on the tarmack for 4.5 hours, being charged a lot of money for crumby snacks, however I am grateful that I am still alive and did not have a more tramatic plane experience (aka a crash landing accident due to lightning). Over all, it was a pain in the butt, waiting to hear about updates (taking hours at a time to decide), and then getting redirected from Colorado Springs to Denver on a bus. My friend whom was picking me up from the airport was inconvenienced as well, but we tried to be positive about the whole experience. I don't ever want to fly with Spirit again, but because it was so inexpensive, I just rolled with the punches. You get what you pay for..."
Cons: "Did not do final leg"
Pros: "Worst flight i have ever been on"
Cons: "i will never book with them again"
Pros: "A voucher for a free flight. My husband and I were both stuck in this fight and now live, at 4 am, are driving around trying to find somewhere to sleep that isn't sold out."
Cons: "No organization, preparation for this kind of event. No assistance in finding lodging. No offered compensation for the 13 hour blunder."
Pros: "Zero."
Cons: "everything."
Cons: "This second leg of my flight to Denver was cancelled due to "inclement weather in Denver". They did not offer another flight for two days. I rebooked myself on a different airline and was able to get to Denver that night with no weather issues. The total cost was way to much."
Cons: "They cancelled it, no reason, no voucher to stay around till have next flight."
Cons: "Payment for drinks"
Pros: "Nothing - will never fly Spirit again"
Cons: "Their website check-in if horrible, you can't call a real person for help not can you get chat help, their email response time in case of a problem is 48 hours, the seats are so uncomfortable, you need pain killers, and after paying for carry-on bag and seat assignment, it was no bargain. A horrible experience - don't fly Spirit!!!!!!!"
Cons: "they charge you for everything. They say they are making you a deal by giving you a cheap flight. but charge you for carry on and personal items. and charge you $4for a tiny water. They are a bunch of A-hole. And I will never use spirit again"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Kayak"
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "It was the same thing. Almost got charged $100 to carry on one of bags which I had already carried on the other flight."
Pros: "The flight was on time this time! Pilot did great through the storm and we had minimal turbulance"
Cons: "The seats are awful. I'm fairly short and I had no leg room at all."
Pros: "Quick k and easy."
Pros: "Check in at the front desk was awesome. They were very helpful!"
Cons: "We sat at the gate on the Plane for 2 1/2 hrs because maintenance and paper work on tha maintenance was not completed."
Pros: "Boarding was good."
Cons: "Smallest seats I have ever had on a plane. It cost more for my luggage to travel than it did to buy my ticket."
Cons: "It was terrible and I didn't get there the airline sux. Will never fly it again."
Pros: "It got me there"
Cons: "Yes it is a budget airline. But being an hour late getting there due to a delay and the. taking 30 minutes to taxi to the gate when we landed is bad for any airline. And they need to do something about the leg room on the seats. Budget airline or not, people are taller than what they evidently think."
Pros: "The good price and straightforward process"
Cons: "The delay but it happens"
Pros: "efficient boarding and very nice flight attendants"
Cons: "there were no backseat rest to place laptops but just a small piece of metal. no reclining"
