Pros: "Crew was very pleasant. Boarding and deplaning was smooth and easy!"
Pros: "Availability of WiFi, a charging port and media options puts Delta a step (or two) ahead of their competitors. The professionalism of the crew, as well as the complimentary food/beverage options are also excellent."
Cons: "Not the airlines fault, but my 6’4” frame doesn’t fit very well in a middle main cabin seat."
Pros: "We arrived eventually."
Cons: "Flight delayed three hours. Payed extra for an earlier flight. Very disappointing."
Pros: "The plane and entertainment system was good. The cabin crew was a little slow. But all in all it was a good flight."
Pros: "Crew."
Cons: "Getting to Venice on time. Our late arrival cost me a 90 euro shutle."
Cons: "Have rhe right to carry at least one luggage per person at no cost. Besides carry on and personal item. Tickets prices and luggage costs are extremely expensive."
Cons: "Denver airport is far too large for there to be such a small security check therefore it took forever and I missed the flight. Delta tried to charge me $1000 for another ticket to Albany and I decided to fly with another airline for half the price instead"
Cons: "The seats were in bad condition, I was surprised as Delta usually has well cared for interior and exterior airplanes."
Pros: "The flight attendants were all helpful and pleasant. The seats were comfortable. We were provided with plenty of liquids."
Cons: "The landing was pretty tough and we took off almost a half hour late."
Pros: "The staff was polite and snacks were good (healthy options)."
Cons: "Nothing was terrible, but due to the short flights I assume they don’t worry about having planes with entertainment available."
Pros: "All was as expected, lights were out for a late night flight, and attendants were quiet and nice."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, so that had it's normal difficulties. This was I believe due to the weather, and not a fault of the airlines."
Pros: "Ease of boarding."
Cons: "Flight got in late and I was unable to make my connecting flight."
Cons: "The flight was delayed. I would have missed my connecting flight so rebooks through another midpoint. That flight was cancelled. Love AA! ☹️"
Pros: "Flight attendants were very good."
Cons: "Pilots need to do a better job of communicating delays. Especially the ones piloting this particular flight."
Cons: "The plane was very hot when boarding and then very cold while flying. It was uncomfortable."
Pros: "The crew is good and attention"
Cons: "They need to prevent to inconvenience or un conformity towards to the people or customers becouse they don't give information in time"
Cons: "Even though we pay exorbinant prices: The poorest selection of non-meat vegetarian food."
Cons: "Delay due to equipment failure, were not able to estimate delay"
Pros: "Tulsa to Chicago was nice."
Cons: "First flight was delayed, reschedule for new flight 4 hours later, second flight delayed. Barely made connecting flight. Plane was almost empty, I’m 6’4 and asked mid flight to move to exit row because my knees was pressing into the forward seat. 1 person out of 6 seats were in the exit row and the gentleman attendant denied my request. I didn’t flinch about my full day of delays and connection issues but on an empty flight it would have been nice to catch a break. I landed in Pittsburgh at 12:30 at night and got to my hotel at 1:30am with an 8 am presentation. AA delays really have created a discontent with my business trips. As I use AA as my primary airline I hope this doesn’t continue or I’ll switch to United for future business trips monthly."
Pros: "Older style cabin, but still a comfortable flight. Crew was friendly."
Pros: "The crew was great and the landing into Denver was very smooth."
Pros: "The people were nice and helpful. And the aircraft did not feel cramped. I again did not use the entertainment or anything like that."
Pros: "I purchased a ticket for my 18 year old dog $ 125.00 each way to fly with me to Kalispell and back. She is so old that she can not SEE, HEAR, or BARK any longer. I understood she needed to be under the seat for take off and landing but I was told by the ticket agent and flight attendants on my first flight that she could sit on my lap during the flight. Everything was great on the way there. On the returning flight,.... the flight attendant was so RUDE to me. She saw that after we were airborne and at a steady altitude, I brought my dog "Kacey" up into my lap. She immediately raised her voice and stated the dog needed to remain on the ground. I politely explained her condition BUT she refused to listen to anything. I put my poor old dog back under the seat. After approx 20 min I could hear her patting very loud. I lifted her again and asked a different flight attendant for some water. She was very hot on the floor. Or course, the flight attendant saw my little chihuahua drinking the water and said that after she drinks a little more, she must remain under the seat. By now, my husband is getting annoyed. He tried explaining to the flight attendant the medical needs that my dog has " she's on protein shakes" which were approved their security. and how fragile she is. She can't BARK, SEE, or HEAR. Yes, we will be putting her down soon but we took her to Montana for my daughter to say her GOODBYES!! Sorry to say, but that flight attendant has turned me away from UNITED AIR LINES forever. Feel free to call me 352-804-8344. You may send this to UNITED AIRLINES too!! Thanks Karen Hope"
Pros: "I enjoyed my interaction with the other passengers."
Cons: "Several delays compounded to make trip a lot longer and far less comfortable than it needed to be."
Cons: "Plane delayed due to maintenance at the hub airport of Newark and no gates upon arrival in DFW at midnight."
Pros: "American Airlines"
Cons: "Dear United Airlines, It is my dearest wish that reading the following inflicts upon you at least a fraction of the stress, frustration, and pain that I have been through traveling with you today- you absolutely abhorrent excuse for a company. Due to your incomparable incompetence my arrival was inexcusably delayed almost 12 hours. An account follows: For a company who's customer service is already hanging by a very thin thread you would think that you would be doing everything to make your flights as smooth and pleasant as possible. Shall I elaborate on the utter frustration and boredom of being trapped in the San Francisco airport facing not one, not two, but what became SEVEN delays? Delays that have been caused by runway maintenance- a condition which someone in your company would have known about well before I got to the airport and that you simply did not plan for. A almost FOUR HOUR delay that could have been easily avoided if you just had things together and scheduled your planes around the affected runways. And let's not forget the additional delay caused when your flight crew simply couldn't be found to come to the gate so we could start getting underway! But no, I think the absolutely outstanding quintessential experience that defines flying with United airlines is this: After the above delays myself and my fellow passengers were finally able to board our flight- only to be told by the captain that there would be another brief delay while we waited for ANOTHER crew member because one of the pilots was near the end of their union hours. We sit on the plane stuck for another 20 minuets or so, only to be told they can't find anyone, and can we please get off the plane because our WHOLE FLIGHT is CANCELED. The kiosk I get to try and fix this is uncrowded but understaffed and run by clearly undertrained employees. The ones I'm dealing with keep having to ask each other for help, and give advice/plans that contradict one another. One of theme even takes what seems to be a personal call while 'assisting' me. When I finally get ahold of a supervisor I have to plead to get the next flight out of this godforsaken place, which I am reluctantly given as its with one of your competitors. Talking with other customer and airport staff is sounds very much like you are delaying/canceling flights for your own personal gain or at least not correcting flights around the situation to squeeze more money from the situation) it becomes quite clear that you are not only still incapable of accepting any real measure of accountability but entirely disgracefully unorganized. Almost 12 hours later I do finally make it home- thanks to American Airlines. Only to have the utter displeasure of one last interaction with United wherein when I pick up my bag your employees insist that I was delayed due to the weather and it wasn't your fault. It was entirely absolutely your fault."
Cons: "I was allowed only 1 bag to carry on when both my bag & purse would have clearly fit underneath the seat in front of me. Makes no sense. Also other airlines don't require you to check in at the counter if you're not checking a bag. Why would United want all passengers at their ticket counter or kiosk? Ridiculous!"
Pros: "We arrived on time"
Cons: "The ticket clerk up charged me stating that my carry on was over weight and insisted the bag be checked. When I inquired why, the ticketing agent became indifferent stating that they would not issue a boarding pass because they were not dealing with questions. Had to pay and pacify the agents rudeness or be denied a pass. What happened to this airline?"
Pros: "Everyone was friendly, flight was on time checking in at kiosk was very efficient no complaints . I would recommend Kayak and United to friends and family"
Pros: "As long as United still provides snacks and doesn't charge for carryons I will definitely be flying them again. Their staff was great, the flight was a bit turbulent but everything g was great otherwise."
Pros: "Nothing. I almost missed my brothers funeral and my wife DID miss because they canceled the flight and never let us know!!"
Cons: "Abominable customer service. No flight no communication"
Cons: "Plane was scheduled to depart at 8:20 pm it was then delayed until 8:58 pm due to weather. We all boarded the plane and were ready for take off when a maintenance issue was discovered. We all deplaned and we’re told we would be put on a new plane arriving from Seattle set to depart at 11:30 pm. This departure time was delayed until 1:35 am and then 2:35 am because the captain had timed out and we would need to wait for a new pilot. Also due to the first delay everything was coded as “weather” and customer service was unable to give hotel rooms. This miscommunication between corporate and passengers and the late night created lots of frustration. Instead of being helpful or honest customer service called security on the disgruntled passengers. I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. At midnight Frontier began handing out meal vouchers (15 dollars to McDonald’s) as a way to increase morale. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline (all Frontier flights the next day were sold out). When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas (my destination) or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver. The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at 5:30 am. Paid $400 for Southwest flight the next day (flying into different Dallas airport away from my parked car and luggage) just for the guaranteed service."
Pros: "So you got me from point A to point B."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats. Overpriced fees for carry on luggage."
Cons: "Nothing, the whole trip booked through Kayak on Kiwi was a disaster."
Cons: "The seats do not recline & they are very small so it was hard to be comfortable. My daughter found it hard to rest. The extra bag fees were a surprise and the fact that we landed an hour late because there was bad weather but we weren't told that we would be late until we were about to land and by then our ride had been waiting an hour and there was no way to notify them. I will not fly Frontier again unless I absolutely have to."
Cons: "I had pre checked in but when I got to the gate (on time for the flight but late in the boarding process) they didn't make an announcement for last calls or for any checked in passengers so I missed my flight. They were changing over the signs for the next flight, so it still read my destination, but the time was an hour later so I thought it had been delayed."
Cons: "Kayak screwed up the dates and had me leaving Denver at the same time I was leaving Dallas on the same day."
Cons: "I do not feel I willl fly Frontier again. The crew was nice and flight fine. However, the way you nickel time your passengers is beyond awful. How unfriendly can you be!"
Cons: "Not on time. The contract crew that loaded luggage took 45 minutes to load after we had boarded the plane. At 80 years old, the flight attendant who was still wearing her new years eve hat and looked like she was hung over, did not offer to help after I lifted the carry on and it started to come back out. Not to worry I did it my self. Charge for water!!! Will never fly Frontier again -- even the pilot said it was not the Frontier that he went to work for. Will never fly them again."
Pros: "I like that the seats are thinner without a lot of padding. It gives more leg room. I like that my knees aren't hitting that seat in front of me. That crew was very nice."
Cons: "I don't like having to pay extra for my luggage. One bag should always be free and extra bags should be paid for. Paying for water is bad too. Water is cheap. People would buy a snack if they get free water. The fold down tray is also too small."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Spirit Airlines draws customers with low fares however you will be in for a big negative surprise if you have to make any changes. I booked a flight that later had to be moved back 2 days due to a schedule conflict. I was not refunded on the cancelation AND I was charged an additional $109 cancelation fee! The airlines lost my rescheduled flight request and I had to make a new reservation in haste upon the evening of my flight at a significantly higher price. I don't think that it's likely that I will be flying Spirit any time soon"
Pros: "Quick boarding"
Cons: "Small spaces between seats. Person behind me digging legs into my back the entire flight."
Pros: "I accidentally left my cell phone in a bin at security before my flight. I went to my gate and explained my situation. The staff at Spirit made a couple of phone calls, and directed me how to get back to security without having to go through security again. I made it back to my gate in plenty of time to board my flight. What a relief! Thank you guys!"
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "The customer service was awful. My flight was delayed over 3 hours and I booked another flight through united. There was a hidden carry on fee of 60 dollars. I heard several people say "I will never fly with spirit airlines again. Definitely my first and last"
Pros: "Plane was dark and we made a decent time to land."
Cons: "Flight was late with no notice on why, first flight was delayed too for a crew member that was an hour late, boarding took a while and they gave us zero info on why since weather was fine. Also, online it gave no updates so people that picked us up had to wait with no info."
Cons: "Flights are constantly delayed or cancelled. Do not fly with spirit"
Pros: "Flight was great. Process of loading and take off was a short period of time."
Cons: "Flight delay was unexpected and cost some valuable time."
Cons: "spent more time in the plane on the ground than in the air and was left on the dark as to why."
Pros: "I am so mad I can explain. But it was bad, first able I had to spend hours fixing a minor issue with them the day before. And today I been scream by an unpolite man so sad this airline is like this ,, bad customer service."
Cons: "Waited several hours for customer service to help me. Being scream for asking a simple question when I paid for the service. Overall everything these people seem to be mad all the time."
Pros: "The chairs and the space. You could put your arm rest up!!! Little things go a long way. Crew was cool and nice, damn nice landing!"
Cons: "Give away some water for free. Like have an option. Water from a pitchter (free) or let em buy the bottled stuff"
