This leg was much better, but we did have to have a 3 hour lay o er after coming from a very exhausting hiccup with our flight from BNA to Den
The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.
Plane was late. Zero service for 2+ hour flight and it was not that bumpy.
Great flight. Good snacks and drinks. Grateful it was free. The flight from Nashville to louisville, i think her name was Tracy (not sure that's right) super awesome, nice and cheerful. She really enjoyed being at work today! She was the person who scanned the boarding pass on flight wn941. She should be recommended for a raise !
Boarding was easy. The seats are small and fairly uncomfortable
I elected to pay for the upgrades and found very little difference
The problem with the seat assignments is that there were a lot of rows in the front that were empty but my row at the back was full. Just not so pleasant.
No food or entertainment, just a quick 40 minute flight. A little bumpy due to Santa Ana winds but pilot has no control over that. Good flight and landing!
Good but I prefer choose your own seat. With the new assigned seats they should board from the back I see no advantage to this new boarding. Just like every other airline
Mediocre. Boarding is now unpleasant. The employees, once friendly and nice, are now regularly speaking sternly to passengers, badgering them to do things right so they can take off on time and gate check bags because they don't have enough overhead bin space. The pretzel snack was crushed flat and broken into even smaller pieces, which happens frequently lately. Drink service was suspended before they reached my row.
I've been loyal to Alaska Airlines for nearly 25 years and before the merger I had much better benefits. However, since the merger with Hawaiian Air, you've bumped me from group A to B or C and I now get poor selection of seats in the back of the plane.
Would not let us check in our luggage. Flight was 40 minutes late, so we really did have time to check in our luggage. Could not get on another flight even for the next day, calling the Alaska service numbers provided, it stated the average wait time to speak to anyone on the phone was 8 HOURS! Alaska would not refund our tix. Never again!!!!!
Morbidly obese dude took half my seat. Sore shoulders back from being squeezed. Shame on the airline for not making this guy purchase two seats

I paid for wifi and it never worked... it was miserable. I couldn't access my shared files to work on the plane, it didn't work on my phone. I paid for nothing but frustration and continual refreshing, hoping it would work
Flight attendants made this flight wonderful. They made sure everyone had what they needed and anticipated future needs. They made adjustments as needed. It was clear this was an experienced crew.
All went well, right on time, easy boarding. We ordered the evergreens grain bowl and were surprised and pleased how adequate it was for vegan lunch! Landing was smooth and gate exit was easy
Second flight in a row that I've been on where the auto bag counter stopped working and they had to manually count cargo before takeoff. Also second flight where my whole fruit and cheese plate looked pretty stale/old. The grapes were very strange tasting to the point where I didn't eat them. Apple slices were just sad/gross looking so also avoided those.

The flight was delayed about an hour for a maintenance specialist to approve the maintenance repair
This flight was delayed but it worked in my favor because my Atlanta to Dallas flight was delayed.
The staff was nice. I appreciated that I was able to take an earlier flight, even though it was last minute. The boarding process felt rather chaotic.
My flight got delayed a total of five times. And the boarding gate changed four times. most of the time the platform was not up-to-date with the changes taking place. The most discouraging part of the entire trip by far.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
Everything was delayed and the staff sent me to the wrong gate, causing me to miss one of my flights. I arrived at my destination 6 hours later than I was supposed to.
It was good, the staff was great, and the food, was as usual, tea and biscuit. Bathroom was clean, and the plane was clean as well.

The repeated flight delays—this time nearly three hours without any weather-related cause—are unacceptable. Yet, passengers are penalized heavily even for being a minute late. It is unreasonable that there is no compensation for such significant delays, nor even basic provisions like water during the wait or in flight. This imbalance in accountability is deeply frustrating and needs to be addressed.
They keep delaying and cancel at last moment and height was for you to get refund need to be in chat line for two hours. I complained to DOT. Never recommend this airline on Kayak please
We had to take a bus to the plane with a old woman and carry on bags, and at landing at the airport we have to wait one hour seating on the plane waiting for a gate. We came back from Australia Bussines class Quantas 16 hours traveling, then wait in Dallas 7 hours for connection...honestly waiting 1 hour more at the plane was the worst part.
The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again

Flight was delayed more than 3 hours, and the metro had stopped running by the time we got to the terminal well past midnight, so I was stranded, alone, with no way to get home until the metro started up the next morning.

Went as planned. No wifi included and no screens. No free snacks. Didn't buy food so can't rate that. Unable to charge devices on plane. Staff were friendly and flight was fast, cheap and convenient.
Crew was very nice. Take off and landing were great. Economy seats are not comfortable. Extra cost for snacks.
My flight was originally from SAT to MCO connecting from MCO to ORD. We got diverted to ATL and than Frontier staff there was sooo un helpful first they said they couldn’t give us any accommodation since our flight first got delayed that cancelled and now it’s 221am and I am still in ATL since they said they need to create a new flight my final destination is ORD and I have been delayed twice and cancelled. With no real help the frontier app didn’t work no email updates over all such a horrible experience
Gate not determined until I got to the airport - hard to plan the trip to the airport.
Our flight was canceled. I will never use Kayak nor Frontier for travel again. The entire experience was a headache.

I think Frontier was very good at communication. Their app worked very well. Loading was great and the flight was nice and easy.
Great for the price. No wifi or entertainment, but gate agents and crew were fantastic and we boarded quickly and left on time.
Decent clean onboard experience. Okay discount airline experience. Unfortunately, any customer service interactions are difficult and unhelpful. There is no service. Also, a premium seat only gets you premium boarding if you line up first. Once they start general boarding you must go to the back of the line. Not very premium
The crew was mostly okay. The flight attendant who answered our questions was curt and unhelpful unfortunately. He seemed upset and I understand having off days.
