Cons: "Everything was perfect"
Pros: "Plane was clean. Hotel due to missing connection was nice."
Cons: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."
Pros: "Friendly but efficient. Allowed me to keep my bag with me without a fight."
Pros: "Was a nice flay , thanks"
Cons: "I like the AirFrance seats more than I like the Delta seats. AirFranxe has better entertainment too."
Cons: "Delta should change their name to always delayed"
Pros: "Everything else good."
Pros: "Weather, I think, caused a delay for my flight to Atlanta from Dallas which results in missing my connection. I was traveling with my 4-year old granddaughter. However, when I arrived having already missed my flight, I found special assistance area and was able to immediately connect with an agent who booked us on the next flight (last flight of the day to Richmond). Saving the day."
Cons: "All the planes were full and did not have enough room for carry on causing delays and getting the flight off later. The gate agents and crew did what they could to get the plane loaded faster, but they loaded the front first and those in the back could not get past making loading the plane take even longer."
Cons: "Told to drop down a class on arrival at gate."
Cons: "Made me check a small bag and let others carry on 2 and3 bags very rude"
Pros: "The passenger seated next to me with a sense of humor about our situation."
Cons: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."
Pros: "The flights seemed to go fast once we were in the air and it was nice the pilot was trying to get us there earlier because we had taken off late."
Cons: "I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "No beverages available to even purchase ! Ridiculous!"
Pros: "Yes everything was great"
Cons: "Nothing everything was great"
Pros: "The crew &entertainment"
Cons: "The plane was cold. The entertainment was mediocure. The staff was telling the people to get in their seats quickly as they had missed their scheduled time for take off. Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel."

Cons: "My luggage was delayed. I received it the day after"
Cons: "Need to have handheld device to watch entertainment. Terribly uncomfortable. Delay getting out of Dallas."

Pros: "He gave me a meal voucher in Dallas which made me feel a little better about the four hour delay until the next flight."
Cons: "I didn't like the idea that I've had a four hour delay due to the fact that the airplane and DeRego showed up an hour late. There were no explanations and no apologies. I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

Cons: "I was unable to find out how the $9 Club could save on baggage fees. No answer from online help. I thought baggage fee would be in line with American. But NO it was twice as expensive. Next time I will wear camping clothes and pack everything in my personal carry on. Web site is difficult to navigate."
Pros: "I like that we eventually arrived at our destination."
Cons: "Gate 17 at IAH smells of what I assume can only be urine. The carpet is sticky and filthy. The gate organization is chaotic and frustrating. Low cost should not equate to what is being offered at Spirit. No pride seen by employees. Book with someone else."

After arguing and paying $10 extra for a boarding pass I ran to the terminal and the plane had just left the gate. If the first women gave me the pass originally I would of made my flight. Needless to say, never fly Spirit airlines!"

Pros: "There was nothing special to like"
Cons: "I thought I was saving money flying spirit but by the time the trip was done, I spent $275 more than what I initially reserved with American Airlines! Other than that, there is not a lot of knee room when sitting. I also wanted a window seat but it told me the flight was booked. When I got on both flights, the plane was half full. That didn't make much sense."
Pros: "Very good"
Pros: "Very low price"
Cons: "Very little leg room and I'm only 5'4" tall."
Cons: "find fault with each pound if the customer exceeds the weight of the luggage 2 pound the flesh once you have a lot of money and when my wife and l flew from New York to Dallas and we had two small suitcases (roller) the employee ran after us and said that they should be put into the luggage and we said that we have to pay $100 when other companies do not to the same ,these roller were tested for patterns and they have stood the but she told us that you still need to pay a surrender and FLHN on the plane, l saw those rollers and missed the plane, they wewre even slinghtly thicket"

Pros: "The service was good and it was smooth."
Pros: "I wish chips and drinks where free. It'd be nice if they had free movies. But for the price i'm ok with it,"
Cons: "Boarding was strange. Why not board by seating to make things less complicated and quicker. Wheelchair, small children, first class then by rows."
Pros: "This is the only Spirit flight I've ever been on during which I was not extraordinarily uncomfortable. This is because I paid $35 extra for the roomy seats up front."
Cons: "I dislike being advertised to in general, and particularly by force, as is the case with the MUCH too long credit card pitch at the end of the flight. It's frankly outrageous that Spirit would use its employees and the too-loud-to-ignore PA announcement loudspeakers to push a credit card, or any other product, to a forced-captive audience."
Cons: "Staff was rude and unpleasant."
