Pros: "Well, first of all I did not go to Vegas...I ended up going to Detroit instead. I purchased the insurance only to find out you almost have to be dead in order to be able to use it. During my flight to Detroit a passenger had been drinking aboard the plane and police had to come aboard the flight to remove the passenger prior to allowing the other passenger to deplane first. We had to watch that entire ordeal while my loved ones waited at baggage claim to pick me up. The food selection wasn't very appetizing. However, some of the flight attendants were friendly...which made the flight bearable. My relatives fly frontier all the time and recommended I use them and I did, but I'm not sure I'll ever fly frontier again."

I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time."

I had just moved down here and the whole trip was for me to be able to visit my kids. Never again will i book a flight with this shitty airline"

Cons: "trying to navigate the web page to check in on my phone was painful and ultimately fruitless. followed up by trying to call the reservations line, which was equally a waste of time. based on my experience, either find your way to a computer to check in (presumably that works, though can't say for sure), or save yourself the time and stress and just plan to head to the check in desk at the airport."
Cons: "Flight leaving Milwaukee was delayed due to technical problems. Got on the plane an hour late, sat on the plane for over an hour, had to get off the plane and wait in the terminal for 2 hours therefore missed my connecting flight and have not arrived at my final destination. There was nothing offered for the trouble or inconenience (snacks, drinks, etc.). I had to miss an important meeting and never want to fly Frontier again."
Pros: "One of the attendants was courteous and entertaining. She made the trip that much more enjoyable."

Cons: "The most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. The seats were very hard and could not adjust. There was no information about the flight provided at any time during the flight except for when we were preparing to land. Compared to American Airlines (which we flew with on our way to Denver), Frontier has no comparison. There was absolutely no entertainment provided, and there were additional costs and fees at every turn. Not only do they charge for any and all refreshments, they also charge you to have a carry-on bag. The flight was also very very loud. The cabin rattled and roared for the entire hour and a half flight. We will not be flying Frontier again unless some major upgrades are made."

Pros: "This was my first time flying Spirit and I had no issues. As long as you are taking a pretty short trip, this airline is great. Also, you should have everything with you, bag, drinks, snacks, etc. because you will pay extra for all of that. I carried a bag pack which fit under the seat and brought my own snacks and entertainment, so no issues. Flight was smooth and flight arrived ahead of schedule."

The agent actually mentioned that Spirit overbooked!!! No wonder they didn't give me a b pass right away. Obvious it was a con job."

Cons: "On the outbound leg from Dallas I volunteered to move seats for weight and balance reasons at Spirit's request. My return leg was canceled by the gate agent or the system had me as a no show. I tried to check in for the return leg and was unable. I called to get this resolved and got a CSA that didn't understand airline travel or English not sure which. (One example was I spelled my confirmation code 5 times both phonetically and in plain language) I tried to explain that my return leg was cancel for some reason when I volunteered for the seat adjust on the outbound leg. She continued to ask me to book and make a new reservation. I asked for a supervisor and received no help. Decided the best course of action was to hang up and try to get someone else. After navigating the voice prompts again I finally got someone who asked me for proof I was on the outbound. I informed him no one saves the boarding passes he needs to check the manifest the TSA requires of all airlines. He backed off after he understood that I knew the system and reactivated my return leg. It is still a mystery to me why my return leg was canceled after the airline requested me to move seats. It seems Spirit have saved money on front line employee training and saved a good bit on off shore CSA call center. Last time I'll fly Spirit and I'm posting it everywhere I can. We will NEVER fly with Spirit Airlines again."

Cons: "This airline is a joke. They advertise low prices to entice you to buy flights from them, then they've got you. The fees and charges to actually complete your trip are OUTRAGEOUS. My family and I began making jokes about all the fees, just to keep our sanity. I had initially booked us on American but switched it to Spirit because I thought I was saving $400. In the end, I spent 20% more flying Spirit We almost missed our return flight. After overly scolding us for cutting it so close, the lady at the ticket counter did everything possible to cause us to miss it. We sprinted to the gate where we were again chastised for not being earlier. Of course once we boarded, we sat there at the gate for over an hour due to maintenance issues. We concluded that they call the airline Spirit because they break your spirit if you fly this airline."

When I got to the terminal the flight had been moved to 4 different terminals and then was taken down all together until one of the other spirit airlines flights left. This ultimately ended up putting is at a 2 hour delay on flight and almost caused me to miss my connecting flight. If it weren't for a good amount of other people needing the connection flight that I needed I would have missed my flight."

I got a lot in that bag, too; 4 dresses, a top, a skirt and some shoes. I'm good. LOL"

The funeral started at 10am so I ended up cancelling my flight and got a refund. Unfortunately I couldn't pay my condolences to my best friends mom who just saw her child pass away and his friend not show up at the funeral."
