I had a trip interruption and got stuck in Chicago and would of had to wait another full 24hrs to take the flight to Denver. tired and nauseated after being all day at the airport that at midnight, i knew that I couldn't hold off till the next evening, took the next flight back."

Cons: "Remote terminal which required walking stairs with carry-on bags, and two bus rides to reach the plane. No food other than packaged snacks in first class. No seatback video screen."
Cons: "Delay due to equipment failure, were not able to estimate delay"
Pros: "Older style cabin, but still a comfortable flight. Crew was friendly."
Cons: "Staff seemed exhausted. American has no customer service phone to explain to customers what is going on. Bad experience all together."

Cons: "On the way to Denver from Miami we were on a nice new AA plane with TV entertainment, movies, power, and comfortable seats. On the way from Denver to Miami we were on an old plane with no entertainment and old uncomfortable seats. If this is going to be the case, charge me less up front as well. My daughter had a terrible time for a 4 hour flight."
Cons: "Escape row seat in a non-escape row wasn’t too fun or comfy. Took half the flight to connect to the WiFi to watch movies to discover that the selection was limited and poor selections at that."

Cons: "The airline, perhaps due mostly to the weather, repeatedly delayed and then cancelled my two flights. Even the next-day substitute flights were delayed. I was supposed to get to my destination at midnight, but I actually arrived one day and two hours later--at two in the morning. Got home at 4 am"

Cons: "Flight was delayed, then we board plane to have to get off and move to another plane and wait more than an hour before we actually left"
Cons: "Frontier fraudulently bumped us off our connection at Dulles and rebooked us on a connection 4 hours later. On arriving at Denver we found that the Frontier flight that we were originally booked on was still on the ground and had been held back. Frontier gate agent Sonia for the SLC flight was extremely rude. Lodged a complaint with the manager Rema who was not helpful either. Had to go through Security and rechecking in of baggage all over again, not to mention the time that we were robbed of."
Cons: "Never got any notice that our flight was cancelled. Had to stay in the airport for a few hours. No customer service people were there. Tried to call frontier and couldn’t get a real person on the phone. Horrible. Wasted our day in the airport."
Pros: "Great flight from start to finish. Had boarding passes, so easy, Quick luggage checkin, easy boarding, and easy, Quick luggage retrieval at end of flight."
Pros: "I would say the price, but with all the add ons of paying for your carry on, I would have rather paid more for a comfortable flight."
Cons: "The seat first and foremost. I felt like I was sitting on a cement chair. No refreshments. No entertainment. Far too crowded."

Cons: "The baggage drop line was over an hour long! They say to get to the airport an hour and a half early for normal flights. I got there almost two hours early and barely made my flight on time because I had to wait in such a long line just to drop my baggage off!"
Cons: "$45 for a carry on bag on an airline that is constantly delaying flights is a little much to ask for. Can't even have a free drink on your flight either. Will not book again"

Pros: "Michael Castillo helped me with the luggage at the DEN Airport. Really nice guy! He was very kind to me made me feel like a VIP. He has great customer service skills especially for pregnant women. Also a flight stewardess lend me her sweater during the flight. It was very kind of her and she was very understanding of my pregnant needs."

Cons: "Unexplained delays. Then finally someone says the pilots haven't arrived. They still decided to board us, but apparently they couldn't turn on the air until the pilots arrive, so we cook in there, not knowing how long this will go on. Finally, the pilots arrived. Air turns on, but still we wait. And wait and wait, all the while Spirit sends me a total of FOURTEEN delayed takeoff and arrival emails. As if I couldn't already get the gist sitting on the plane waiting waiting waiting. Finally, we get rolling, but never is there any acknowledgment that we've been waiting or that they're sorry for the continued delays or something nice yadayadayada. Last Spirit flight I'll take."
