When we checked in around 4:00 pm, there were two parties before us but there was only person working the check in counter. It took us about 30 minutes to get checked in and into our room. We got room 300, the smallest room at the end of a hallway, which was fine, but the A/C didn’t work. Calls to the front desk were repeatedly dropped. I finally went down to talk with the front desk. The person working there assured me he would come to look. Thirty minutes went by so I went down again and simply asked for a new room. We were given a room with working A/C but overall, we felt disappointed with the service.
Pros. I wasn’t able to check in. Even though I pre payed for the trip because they wouldn’t accept my card (chime credit) and they offered me no options so I payed for a room that I was not allowed to stay in.

The front desk guy was a complete jerk, there were 8 of us so 4 rooms and we asked to be at least in the same hall or somewhere close to each other he put us at opposite ends on each level and the couple that checked in behind us we're right next to our room. So that was irritating. Then the walls are so thin we heard every step from the people above us and kids screaming up and down the halls. Also house keeping started at 8 am even with the do not disturb, woke us up in vacation I was really annoyed.

Pros. The shuttle drivers (both ways) were very friendly. They took us to a store to get diapers for our baby since we ran out.

The woman at the front desk was just plain rude. The bathroom floor and tub didn't look like it was cleaned (hair in the tub and on the floor. Go with another hotel for the same price.
