Flew First Class from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. The food was a banana and the seat in front of me was broken and when it went back, it was in my lap. No one seemed to care..
I never flew to Phoenix from Washington. I was held over at DCA for the night so I lost a full day of my vacation! Had to fly to Chicago and then to Phoenix. Was a total pain!!!
Nothing was good about this airline with the exception of the baggage crew that finally helped me in Washington Ronald Regan Airport
My flight out of Portland was canceled and it took hours to rebook. I had to fly American Airline to Washington DCA where I roamed the airport at 9pm looking for someone from United. The crew in Portland ME told me the gate person would have a hotel for me.... The baggage crew had to help me.
I had to check my carry on from DEN to DSM because flight was full which I was told I could pickup at gate.. at the gate the TSA agent was very rude to me as I was confused as where my bag was, which I had to to baggage claim.
Flexibility in changing reservation at the last minute. Excellent service on board, good food.
My luggage didn’t come on my flight. I was given a phone number to call for updates. I didn’t receive my bag until the following day. It was very unprofessional.
