Cons: "Well, you could have felt that when there is an unprecedented pandemic illness and federal guidance against travel that you don't doubly penalize customers who (1) cannot travel due to the extraordinary public health crisis of COVID 19 and, (2) are devastated that he cannot celebrate his best friend's 40th birthday despite being the thing he looked forward to for months and would love to use a travel voucher in the future when this whole thing eventually blows over. Imagine what your company could gain by being good."

Pros: "When I checked in for my flight I was given another passenger’s ticket (very similar name) and my checked bag was then sent to this other flight destination. when I got to my gate (correct destination) I discovered the error. The gate crew worked hard to get my checked bag off the wrong flight and rerouted to my flight within 20 minutes of my flight’s departure."

Pros: "Nothing. Delayed for 4 hours. No time change updates were ever provided at the airport. No communications provided as to why our flight was delayed. No other options given. No food or drink vouchers given & of course, no discounts provided for future travel. Not that would EVER fly Sun Country again"
Cons: "Communication and updates. At the very least, food and drink vouchers. 4 hours is a LONG time to be delayed. Extra points had the airline reimbursed their $40 ONE WAY bag fee regardless whether it’s a carry on or checked luggage."

Cons: "EWR Terminal B3 has the worst TSA capacity I’ve seen in a long time - understaffed, no TSA PreCheck (& no option to go through a different security check point), resulting in very slow lines from inadequately shepherded inexperienced international travelers. I won’t take Sun Country again thru’ EWR"
The connecting gate at YYC for YXH could have been closer. We de-planed in D and had to walk to the lower level on the far north end (on the other side of A) The cabin plane temperature during the flight between YYC and YXH was cold.
Delta gave out earbuds for in-flight entertainment, which was nice. But the legroom seems to decrease every year.
Flight staff did fine once the plane actually left its departure location. But the 3-hr delay due to “flight crew was not present” followed by a 1-hr delay to “un-board ~10 people, and re-board these people due to an unclear security breach” was unacceptable.
Check in was painless, easy going crew. Short flight, so no entertainment. They offered a snack .. a single biscuit. Otherwise the service wasn’t excellent nor was is bad.

In flight it was 1 person sick fully cover up from head to toe with out giving information to passengers ahead. My mom have heart problems and I was already concerned for her to travel and with no heads up of someone sick inside the plane my mom was more nervous the normal"

Cons: "I was told I HAD to pick up my bag at the Mexico City layover, which turned out to not be true. Because I was told by 2 different people AND the flight announcement that I had to, it caused a lot of undue stress when I waited for my bag and it never showed up, because it was being sent all the way to Merida, my final destination. I thought my bag was lost, and I was scared flying to another country by myself, so it would have really helped my trip if they understood to tell me to look on my baggage receipt what city it said on there."

Cons: "Honestly, almost everything was good. At the meal time, the flight attendants spilled a lot tomato sauce on my white sweater. Of course it was very uncomfortable, they apologized and try to clean the mess and my sweater, but obviously they couldn’t make it. It was very embarrassing for me. I had to take off my sweater and wear only my winter coat. I suggest they should be more careful."
