"No food except pretzels were served and no movies available - no comment can be made"

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever."

The first time we were able to be placed with each other but this time the attendant at the counter basically told everyone that because the flight was booked and there were so many people who had the issue that she could not move anyone around to be with their families. That on top of being rude to many of the flyers just makes the DFW experience with American feel like they don’t care about you."

When searching where to go at dallas ft.worth (DFW) airport to check in for our alaskian airlines flight the website sold us to go to terminal E 18 where they are, but when we arrived we were in fact flying out of a completely different terminal A, not having enough time to check our bags and missing the flight."

Pros: "As I was sitting there waiting to board the plane I started to have anxiety. Watching how many people lined up to get on the plane made me a little nervous. I even thought about renting a car and driving from Dallas to OC California. I waited until i was almost the last person to board. What a pleasant surprise. I was seated between 2 lovely people who probably could have but didn't hardly talk the entire flight. The conversations we did have were pleasant, and they slept some of the time without snoring. It was a very nice flight home! And I'm thankful I didn't rent a car. Flying is much quicker!"

On our way back..Poor Airport service in Virginia, The lady on the counter said I can go but my mom who was on wheel chair cannot go as she wont make it to the gate and also that luggage has been closed 3 minutes ago and we cant take luggage... Three Minutes cost me buying new tickets from South west that was cheaper than you and allow extra bag. Your representative was in moo mood to either help me or compensate me in your next flight.. very Poor. Upon dialing your number I couldn't get hold of a representative to address my concerns. You guys need to improve your customer service and clients call response and make it effective."

We departed an hour and 15 minutes late and with the transfer of planes, it seemed that at least half the plane did not get their luggage. There was at least 50 of us standing at the baggage claim and we never got our bags. There was also no one to really talk to about it except one person. We all lined up to give our information to her. Fortunately, I was already talking to her when the line started and got that done pretty quickly. As far as the rest of the passengers, I'm assuming if they were at the back they had to waste another hour waiting to give information after waiting about an hour for our luggage. Also, I live local so it is not a big deal for me to go to the airport to retrieve my bag, wherever it is. Others do not have that luxury."

Cons: "Impossible to fit through your aisle to get to main aisle if someone's seat is reclined. I literally had to crawl over the people in the middle and aisle seats because I could y walk in front of them without basically being in their laps. The biggest thing, ITS ALWAYS A DELAYED FLIGHT. I have flown frontier San Diego to Denver and OC to Denver probably over 100 times. I have ALWAYS had a delayed flight do to nothing but poor planning by frontier. It's never weather, 85: never a plane malfunction, just delayed for whatever reasons. It's pretty irritating after years of flying your airline, that you can pretty much always gaurentee a delayed flight."

Pros: "Planes are newer, seat backs are thinner which gives the impression of more leg room, not very comfortable though unfortunately."
Cons: "For what looks like a competitive airfare consumers get up charged when it's time to get your seat assignment (ie. pay $9 or $15 or $30 MORE for a seat on the plane when it's time to check in - not disclosed when you book through Kayak of course). To be fair, there was 1 seat available for $0, it was in the last row in the middle...1 seat. I also experienced a first...getting charged $30 to bring my backpack on board as a carry-on. Airlines are now charging to put luggage in the overhead compartment. Same carry-on luggage you'd bring with you on any other airline for free, apparently not on Frontier. $30 for a backpack, wow. Apparently Frontier also claims 'we don't participate in TSA Pre-Check', meaning it's great if you have TSA Pre-check, but given Frontier doesn't 'participate' in this program even if the consumer has paid the $100 and cleared to checks to use this program (which is awesome), if you fly Frontier, you can't use it, they won't put the 'TSA Pre-Check' denotation on your boarding pass. Huh? I get companies like this shooting for operational efficiency, scaling lean, profit maximization et al, however this airline feels like a total money suck from top to bottom. 'We have snacks available for purchase'! Of course you do Frontier, of course you do."

Pros: "The price was good, but I would've been better off with a different airline."
Cons: "Every seat was the same but there was an upcharge on different flights. I paid an extra $9.00 for a window seat in the back of the plane and it would've been $20.00 for the same seat closer to the front. They also charge for bags whether they are carry on or checked. My first flight, a kid in front of me threw up and it went under his seat and all inside of my bag. I spent the entire flight cleaning puke off of my computer and my clothes. The flight attendant just told me there were paper towels in the lavatory. When we finally arrived at 11pm we sat in the runway for 30-45 minutes until our gate was clear. Then we finally pulled up and it took another 15-20 mins for them to attach the bridge for us to get off the plane."

Pros: "Departures were on time."
Cons: "I am not a big person. 5'4" and the seating space is incredibly tight. I can't imagine how more uncomfortable it is for those taller than me."

Pros: "Every one in the plane will be thursty and hungry. You can charge the trvellers and gave him food or water or juice every one hour. I feel bad no water no food and first time i travelled by frontier beside me got food and ate it infront of me and me woww in a very bad situation"

Cons: "One of the stewardesses did not stop talking the whole flight. So loud I that I could not hear what the pilot was saying EVERYTIME he or another steward spoke... Horrible"

Pros: "Not much. This was a terrible flight."
Cons: "They charge for everything! Bags, food, drinks, seats... and the seats in the plane do not recline and the trays tables are TINY. The crew made the passengers clean the plane on account because due to the fact that it was delayed they needed to turn the plane around quickly to get it back to Denver. Never have I been asked to clean the plane on account of their delay!"

Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "The company needs to treat its customers better. The seats are awful. We had to change planes and they didn't give us any compensation for our loss of time."

Cons: "The ticket kiosks did not seem to work well and nobody wanted to help- they just said get in line. There were 2 huge lines even though i got there almost 2 hours before my flight. I had no luggage to check in so I tried the kiosk, finally got one to work and it found me and my flight but said I needed to go to the counter. I waited in line >25 minutes then they announced that all Orange County passengers needed to move ahead. Got my ticket no problem, but another long line through security and not sure if I would make the flight. Got to the gate 2 minutes before boarding. It all caused a lot of anxiety!! The flight was fine- no frills and it was somewhat late arriving.I am not sure I will fly Frontier again."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "I got Frontier because I thought I got I good deal but end the end of the trip with all the extra fee on carrier on I spent more than other airline where all the seat can be recliner, sodas free and carrier on are free too. I will try to avoid to use Frontier airlines."

Pros: "It didn't crash."
Cons: "Frontier's bait-and-swicth a la carte pricing (ALL seats and ALL luggage - including carry-on - have additional costs over the base fare). The fare listed on travel sites only applies if you have no luggage and sit in the aisle. Total cost was equal to or more than that of competitive airlines. No food or entertainment offered. Seats are cheaply made, 6" tray tables. Return flight was delayed for unexplained reasons longer than the flight time itself. First - and last - time I've flown Frontier."

Cons: "Didn't make the 45 minute cutoff for check-in on the flight the previous day because of hevy traffic and road work coming into Denver. I went with another airline that got me home instead of waiting until the next day"

Pros: "The crew was nice and friendly. The food and beverage selection was nice though everything cost money, even sodas. The capatain was informative and kept us to date with every change while we were stuck on the Tarmac for almost an hour due to bad"
Cons: "I understand the reason for all the fees and I know that's how the initial ticket prices stay cheap. But some of those fees are absolutely ridiculous. We were charged almost double the price for our checked baggage on this flight compared to the previous one because during our trip it switched to "the busy season." There was no notice of this when buying the tickets. There is also no good reason to charge more for a carry on than checked baggage. Just make it the same price if your going to charge for both. Also, the increase in price for carry on and checked baggage when checking in at the airport instead of online is massive. I drove down from the mountains where I had zero service straight to the airport. Had I pulled over somewhere on the way and checkin in before, I would have saved a ton of money on our three bags. I'm not sure if I'll ever be flying frontier again."

Pros: "Quick boarding and baggage check-in"
Cons: "Lots of hidden fees, VERY unfriendly baggage policies, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS. You'll end up paying the same price for a nicer flight with better baggage policies and more comfy seats after you end up paying all the hidden charges. Expect to add $105 each way on to your total costs. The seats look like aluminum frames with some cloth draped over it..."

Pros: "All processes were smooth. This was my first Frontier flight in years, so I was a bit surprised at having to pay for coffee, but so be it."

Pros: "It's cheap. Well, the baseline ticket at least. For this flight, I wasn't bringing any luggage (it was a short flight as part of a move, and all of my things were being carried via other means), so it made sense."
Cons: "The airline nickel and dimes you for everything. Carry-on or checked bags will cost you. A drink on the plane will cost you. We were delayed about 20 minutes getting on the plane and then sat on the runway for over an hour before we left. The last 20 minutes of that was due to wind reducing available runways for all departures and arrivals, but the first runway delay was caused by not one but two maintenance issues. Frontier actually just finished replacing their old planes with newer plans that have more uncomfortable seats with tiny trays and no on-board entertainment. For a short flight, it's not horrific, but for a cross-country journey, it's highly uncomfortable. The crew are just "there." Gone are the days of a warm cookie when you sit down. I've never had happy or friendly attendants, either. They do their job at the minimum. Slow to respond to guest issues and I've seen them be a bit rude with customers as well. I've had issues in the past with Frontier and lost luggage and lacking customer service. I only went with them this time because I wasn't bringing kids or luggage and just needed a cheap one-way. Otherwise I would never fly them."

Pros: "Flight Crew was very friendly helpful"
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seats, the check in process online is very misleading prompting you to buy an actual seat. Clever and mischievous marketing. If everyone realized you could check in without buying a seat what would Frontier do. They would probably stick it to you somewhere else in the process. The flight crew however was fantastic."

Cons: "Ripoff across the board"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled with no rescheduling, no vouchers were given for hotel or for flights on another airline."

Cons: "FEMALE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WAS A LITTLE SNOTTY WHEN IT CAME TO MY PLACING A COAT IN OVERHEAD STORAGE BIN NEAR THE FLIGHT CREW'S GEAR. BIN WAS NOT LABELED SPECIFICALLY FOR FLIGHT CREW'S AND I THOUGHT HER ATTITUDE WAS A BIT SNOTTY. I GOT OVER IT QUICK. IN THE FUTURE YOU MAY WANT TO STATE ON OVERHEAD BIN, RESERVED FOR FLIGHT CREW ONLY AND THAT WOULD BE THAT."
