The new plane we took from London to Boston was clean, spacious, and modern. The staff was also very attentive and polite. Would absolutely fly Norweigan again!!

The staff didn't walk around and offer everyone water throughout the flight- you had to ask for it, which feels a bit needy. But they did deliver it quickly when requested.

I ordered red wine from the screen, waited 45 minutes, and then, because I hadn't used that system before, got up and inquired about it. The flight attendants looked like I was bothering them and just told me I had to wait. I said ok no problem. An hour and a half later, still no wine. I got up to ask about it and they, again, looked annoyed, doubted that I had ordered it, looked it up on their computer, and gave it to me eventually without any apology whatsoever. The most unfriendly staff I have had on an airplane. I understand it's a budget airline, but there is no need for that poor level of service.

787 Aircraft is nice. Decent selection of in-flight entertainment options. The main reason to fly Norwegian is low cost.

Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work.

Nothing because I did not take this flight

That we were there 50 minutes before departure and it was not clear that we had to be there an hour before departure. It’s not that we didn’t plan to be earlier (we did) but our Uber driver took an awful route and turned a 50 minute drive into 2 hours. Given there was nothing else we could do, we would have appreciated a little more leniency or at least more clarity on the hour rule.

Every trans-Atlantic flight I've had with Norwegian has been on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which is an incredibly comfortable airplane compared to current standards. Ventilation and lighting are superior in a way that I doubt can be corrected on older aircraft. Norwegian's crew are *superb*. I've never had such snappy service on an aircraft; ordering via the built-in touchscreens is quick and straightforward. Also, I pre-bought the meal for a 7-hour flight, and it also came with a snack near the end, and each came with a drink.

The food is not as good as Turkish Airlines. I don't think you can order anything but snacks and sandwiches if you don't pre-order, which isn't very enjoyable on a trans-Atlantic flight.

The new boarding process (just one general call, rather than a bunch of zones) was simple, quiet, and efficient.

The seats were very uncomfortable. There were small ridges on the left and right side - perhaps to compensate for the very shallow seat depth. But these made it hard to sit more on one side of the seat than the other, something you'd want to do if you were sat next to someone who took up a good deal of armrest area. Media screens had a good selection but were unresponsive and had poor picture quality.

12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. Flight was 2 hours late, causing a missed flight. Baggage took 90 minutes to arrive. The airline provided no info on connections as hundreds of passengers stood around for an hour and then chaos reigned as all rushed to get rebooked in only two lines. Nobody got rebooked until the next day and had to stay overnight in hotels with a voucher that provided only minimal food after a 15 minute walk to a fast food restaurant. the following day we were rebooked to Copenhagen rather than Berlin, with no guarantee of a connecting flight. I was forced to buy another ticket on another carrier in order to make my own wedding.

They kept me and my two year old in the plane for almost 4 hours and told us that we will take off every ten minutes, but obviously we never did. We got rebooked for the following day. They provided a small room to stay in and $7 wach for food. They treated us like a huge inconvenience. We had to pay for food, my husband had to take another day off work to come get us. This airline is shameless. We are spending more money to with a different air line next time.

Virgin always provides the best, friendliest, coolest service!

The food is pretty low quality, but I understand the logistics constraints of feeding many people in a small space without kitchen facilities! Also the wine choices are superior to other airlines and I look forward to that. I normally plan ahead and bring my own meals whenever traveling by air.

The movie selections and comfortable headsets made it possible to watch three movies uninterrupted. The food selections were well prepared. Flight attendants were helpful and efficient.

Boarding is always a bit of chaos when our seats are right in the back. People further up insist on boarding early and block the aisles in the process. Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all.

The whole flight was great quick boarding, lots of leg room, good entertainment, a USB charge port, good lighting, and the crew was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the flight and would like to fly Virgin Atlantic more. Finally, you are the 3rd best flight, I have ever take, and the 2nd best airline I've been on. Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful.

A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives.

Will never fly this airline again. Our connecting flight from Edinburg to Manchester was cancelled. I lost my phone and did not receive the email. This caused us to get to Manchester airport an hour and a half before the flight and we were told we were too late for the flight. We were told the next flight was on 7/24/18 and we ended up booking a flight on another airline, costing $3348. On both flights to Manchester and back to Boston, we weren't able to get on either flight and this airline did absolutely nothing to help us and also delayed our luggage for 5 days. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my local TV station about this. We are two seniors and were traveling with our daughter and a 9 & 7 year old. We without our medications for 5 days and this is unacceptable!

As an American visiting the UK, I love that it is like you're already in Britain as soon as you board. The price is so good that things like a limited video palette are not really a big deal. Anyway for $7 you can upgrade and watch some decent films. It was a comfortable ride with the best pilot commentary I've experienced. I would definitely recommend!

The only trouble I experienced was getting in touch with Thomas Cook pre-flight, and getting enough water to drink without having to ask for more all the time.

I was afraid that the flight would not be good because it was very efficient in price. I was stuck in Europe because another carrier had dropped me and my companions. I tried Condor and was very pleased.

I fly all over the world but look for flight tomEurope quite often. I would love to use Condor in the future but have noticed that they have few flights across the Atlantic.

Not much to like on this leg of my flight

Was over an hour late to board and depart. Missed connection in Seattle, was then given printed paperwork for new flight which would not get us through security and then had to go back to main desk, almost missing connecting flight for the 2nd time. Little to no communication as to why we were delayed. Very little help from flight crew as to what our options were since connection was missed etc.

The cabin crew didn't have any personality, and didn't look happy most of the time, a smile goes along way. When you look for a cost effective flight especially when flying with family including 2 young children you think it is good that the flight costs were quite good, however when you add in the additional baggage fees each way and the reserving you seats so you can all sit together the overall flight costs including the extortionate food prices on board makes them out to be much the same if not higher than that of one of the premium airlines that already include all those things in your flight cost. Not to mention when arriving home in Boston around 40 passengers bags had been left in London and there was NO Norweign staff available to help with this, it tool numerous requests from passengers as well as the flight services people to get a Norweign member of staff to come and help. SO there were a lot of unhappy passengers. I will be seriously considering whether i use Norweign any more in the future because of this.

Cheap price and sources of entertainment

We paid for upgraded seats and did not receive them. We told the crew. They did nothing except say to call or email WOW. So we did. After waiting a half hour they said we would be refunded. Aweek later, we receive an email asking what it is we requested on the call, as if they did not remember to refund us the money for the upgraded seats we never got and should have.

Nobody got rebooked until the next day and had to stay overnight in hotels with a voucher that provided only minimal food after a 15 minute walk to a fast food restaurant. the following day we were rebooked to Copenhagen rather than Berlin, with no guarantee of a connecting flight. I was forced to buy another ticket on another carrier in order to make my own wedding.

Service was minimal but sufficient, Food was good

Seats 23A, 23B were extra cramped on the B777-300ER, even though they are sold as "extra comfort"! due to the video screen taking space between the seats. The seats were so cramped that the overhead light kept coming on, unknowingly, when people shifted in their seats.

12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. Please let families with small children board early. This is the first flight I remember where I and other families with small children had to board with everyone else, and it's stressful for all involved.
