Pros: "The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC."

Cons: "Entertainment system was (again) not fully functional. No success to "noon-movies", such as games. Plane was untidy almost from the beginning. Check-in staff was functional, but not particularly friendly."

Pros: "The KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring when there was confusion with my ticket."
Cons: "I booked KLM flights (Cork - Tampa return) but the planes were in fact Aer Lingus and Delta. So I have no idea what KLM is like. When I checked in at Cork the ground staff could only give me a boarding card for the first flight. For the second one she said I would have to go to the Delta counter in Amsterdam. It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

Pros: "The service and snack selection is better than the other large US carriers. Delta studio is a decent replacement for the lack of PTVs on these planes."
Cons: "Delta offers a decent product on most of their fleet but the 717 or MD-88/90 can be extremely loud at the back of the plane. You better bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones and learn to read the flight attendants lips."

Pros: "Although the flight was delayed, when it was time to board and take off, this was extremely efficient."
Cons: "Delayed flight. However, I know this sometimes out ot the airlines control."

Pros: "I told the crew I had a short connection time at a far terminal and I was worried because my seat was in the rear of the aircraft and they were able to move me up closer to the front to ensure I got off the aircraft quickly to make my next flight. That was amazing."

Cons: "Plane was a D-90? The plane was very loud with vibration noise at very high decibels during the whole flight. Because of the extended flight (3 1/2 hours in the air) due to a storm system, they should have offered more food to travelers."
