The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

When we came back they saI'd the plane was fine and that we had wait for another crew. That crew we waited for another two hours. They to clocked off and went home. I don't know of there isn't any overtime or anything but you are losing money to shady crews like this one. I'm never flying united again."

One of the TSA memebers asked me why was I going in so early when the flight was on delayed. I let them know that the flight was suppose to be taken off in an hour so they let me through. As I'm walking through the terminla they have someone walking bu asking if anyone was getting on the frontier flight. I told them that I was on that flight and they told me I needed to hurry up because the plane was about to leave. I became nervous ans started running down the gate to make it to the plane. I'm running with a two year old so Im pretty sure that you can only imagine how difficult that was. Once I reached the gate I was out of breath and it was suppose to be eight minutes before we took off. However we sat on the plane for about another thirty minutes before we left. I feel as though the communication with the airline is not there 100% and if you are sitting in an airport you should be able to hear the update especially when they are not planned ir taking place at a time that is different from what was already relayed."

It felt like my responsibility to end up to ask them to sit down. Having a bottom or a crotch depending on which way they were facing isn't something I enjoyed for the entire flight."
Cons: "We got bussed from Philadelphia to LGA as plane was short of fuel due to long wait time landing in LGA. It was just terrible. Took forever to get to NY. Not entirely airlines fault. Weather has lot to do with it. But number of factors contributed. Boarding was delayed as we missed our a lot and took of later on top of already late flight. Then. Things just went south. The Staff were very counties and helpful and did their best."

Then, it took 45 more minutes to schedule another flight on American Airlines. The whole event was unnecessarily stressful."

A woman gave us a parse that said "call this number to reschedule" as soon as we called it, the reply was "I'm sorry we are closed try calling this number." You should really have a FILTER button for the companies that charge baggage fees, carry on fees, food on board, etc. And make it DEFAULT, because seeing a price of $120 from SPIRIT vs $140 from DELTA, most people would choose to save $20. But then they get hit with $50 for the checked bag, and since it's 5 pounds over weight, They have to pay $80. $80 for a checked bag. So they take 5 pounds out, and hold it with them, to not incur the $30 charge. When they get to the gate, they are told to stuff everything into one bag, if they can't do it, they get charged another carry-on. $60-$100 dollars. This is a SHADY business. Please tell me you won't show them by DEFAULT!"

When I went to check in online, there was no itinerary to be found. I called, and they said since I was a "no show", it was cancelled and I could not be reimbursed. I offered to use it as credit and get a new flight, paying the difference. This request was declined. The agents on the phone were very rude. Spirit nickel and dimes you, has no available seats, doesn't feed you, and the planes are small. I will never attempt to take this airline again."

We were provided a substitute car seat for her and as we were a minute from our destination in Solon, we received a phone call that those missing pieces were located (we don't know where in the airport) and delivered a couple of hours later. It just speaks to the incompetence of the Spirit airlines staff. I do not think that we shall again fly Spirit in the near future, nor shall we recommend it to other family members or friends."
