Pros: Nice crew, plenty of food and snacks available. Good wine.

Cons: Delayed flight, almost missed connection, told on first flight had to check carry-on then they lost our luggage on the connection, cramped seats, but i did pay for the cheapest seats

Cons: After showing passport to get boarding pass, had to line up to show passport again to get boarding pass stamped at gate-no instructions, just a line.. Why!? Poor communication.

Cons: Good food. Best airline I’ve traveled besides Southwest. First international flight and the crew was so nice and professional!

Cons: The flight was late leaving and most of the passengers needed to catch connecting flights, so there was some anxiety as the crew didn't have any information as to whether or not we'd be able to connect.

Cons: The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.

Cons: A mechanic issue with a fan in the cargo hold kept us from boarding for 40 minutes. Once we boarded and got out onto the tarmack they discovered an issue with the GPS. We sat for 2 hours before going back to the gate. Maintenance came on and fixed it. Then we took off.. 3 hours late

Pros: Everything was on time. I got an aisle seat and I didn't have to pay the ridiculous online fee. Crew were great. Lots of great movies to watch. Free beer and wine. Didn't lose my bag, made my connection which was tight. Very happy.

Cons: The boarding process could be better organized. There is just one large line and it’s like a free for all. There are zones on the tickets but they didn’t board by the zones

Cons: I was denied the vegan meal that I purchased for this flight. Two of the crew members treated me like they believed that I was lying and trying to scam a free meal. His list was inaccurate, but we were in the air and I had no wifi to download my receipt and prove it to him. Two of the crew members tried yolo derby me a glass of water (eventually I got at least that). Then they said they would provide a vegan meal, however what they gave me was vegetarian instead and I am allergic to dairy and grapes/wine so I could not eat it. I was very disappointed to see that Norwegian crew members are not well trained on this distinction. Further, all other beverages and meals were denied to me. I sat through a transatlantic flight with only the food and drink that I happened to bring on board myself. At no point did the crew members apologize or acknowledge that it was their mistake. This will be the first and last trip on Norwegian airlines for myself and my friends/ colleagues.

Pros: The flight was average, but the quality of travel on Delta this year has been the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s average at best and I’m considering going back to American because I have yet to have a true Delta flight consistent with previous years, the whole reason I switched to Delta.
