Pros: Great flight to Chicago no complaints

Cons: Customs in Chicago took FOREVER. Was in customs for over 2 hrs because of the government shutdown. Thankfully Chicago was my final destination but many were missing their connecting flight.

Cons: The flight was delayed for almost 2 hours.

Pros: Flight crew was very nice and flight was right on time.

Cons: Seats a little small but for the price I can take it.

Pros: Pretty good stuff (Guys From Nicaragüa Airport)

Cons: A boy sitting behind me, kicking my chair, hitting my head and pulling the backrest used to eat !. the whole trip I asked to be moved, but that did not happen! Also, no one from the staff asked their parents to behave and reassure their child. Soo terrible.

Cons: I had to change the flight because the ores delayed

Cons: Our plane was 2 hours late from San Francisco and we missed our flight to Columbia.

Pros: It was a good flight, everything was good as expected.

Cons: The carry-on I had was oversized, so I paid the$30 fee. Then I got to the gate and they informed me that the Representative was supposed to give me a luggage label along with my receipt. I only got my receipt and I was then charged another$65 for my bag. Not happy about that additional baggage fee.

Cons: No Wi-Fi and no food

Pros: Some crew members were really nice

Cons: First plane broken; they got another one that came in...with electrical problems!!! Arrived over three hours late and nearly missed my cruise. No excuse! AA could check their aircraft the night before, mine was the first flight out. #AAwful flight.

Cons: USB-, and Audio plugs are misplaced in the AA Premium Economy seats. Acrobatic skills required to connect/disconnect devices

Pros: Crew was kind & friendly. They found my wife and I empty seats where we could stretch out. Food was great too. No complaints.

Pros: I loved the price of the tickets, crew was friendly, all except one flight attendant on the return flight sitting in the back of the plane. She was rude, snarky and seemed to be very put off by the passenger to include myself, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Food and drinks were good, a bit expensive but that's expected on a plane. Fold down trays were significantly smaller than any other plane I had ever been on, but that didn't bother me in the least.

Cons: I didn't like that if I wanted to ensure that my 13 year old son and I had seats next to each other I had to pay an additional cost (lowest cost of that being$25). I do realize that the way Frontier keeps their ticket prices so low is that they charge you for every little thing. Honestly I was surprised they didn't charge me for a napkin. You do feel nickeled and dimed, after the purchase of the ticket itself. All in all I have to say I would fly Frontier again.

Cons: The choice of movies was poor. There were no charging stations for electronic equipment. The announcements kept on interrupting the shows. The crew did the bare minimum.

Pros: The flight crew was very competent and welcoming.

Cons: The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class.

Pros: The entire crew was hospitable & accommodating; I was very pleased with all of the flight crew!

Cons: My disappointment regarding my flight experience had nothing to do with the flight crew I met/seen/corresponded with; I was unhappy & displeased to pick up my new luggage with the top zippered broke off & missing.

Pros: United Terminal in Chicago had limited seating and dining options. Flight was overbooked, but boarded quickly.

Cons: Baggage claim at IAH took 45 minutes. Incorrect claim area was indicated for first 25 minutes, with over 200 people crowded around 1 claim area with 12 others open. Finally switched and bags took another 20 minutes. Baggage claim always takes over 30 minutes at this airport. Subway is rickety and outdated.

Cons: The restrooms constant traffic and there are no participation’s or curtains to darken the lights and the constant interruptions
