I was happy that I was able to get a last minute flight but unfortunately my seat was a middle seat. Even with Delta Comfort I wasn't comfortable
The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.
An awesome flight crew. FC seat cushion just doesn’t cut it for a 3+ hour flight.
Terrible. Four hour delay because Delta could not find crew to man the aircraft. Terrible communication. Terrible insight into the delays. One of the worst flight experiences I’ve had.
The crew, and fellow passengers, were super gracious and kind. There seemed to be plenty of bin space even though the plane was full. It’s nice to get a glass of wine with dinner in Premiere seating, and there was a lot of food.
Good experience and the flight landed early. There was no food I had or entertainment.
bulkhead seat had very little legroom - even in bsiness class.
This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on in years. I upgraded to comfort and had such an uncomfortable experience. The person next to me was oversized - which I understand - however, they took up their space and mine. I could only use about 50% of my seat space to not be physically touching this person the entire flight and there was no spatial awareness. I also could not use the seat outlet because their body was obstructing it. It was very inconvenient. Their body kept touching me repeatedly during the flight and I felt very uncomfortable. To pay more for an upgraded space and then not even being able to use it was highly disappointing.
Comfort seating was on the tight side. Maybe it was a smaller plane(?)
Delta One is extraordinary. I fly business when somebody hires me. I just wonder why there is such a chasm between business class and the insanely inhumane and nonsensical coach. The seats are not large enough to fit even my tiny wife. We fly 10% of what we did because we don’t want to pay 5-10 k but for $400 it’s unbearable. It seems like the accountants took over and made stupid decisions. Screw in 20 extra seats and make it so unbearable that people fly 90% less. Just put the damn price up and put some proper chairs in. But business, yay.
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
2+ hours delayed Outlet in row 12 did not work Tv monitors did not work Lights kept off the entire flight for at 5pm-7pm flight
Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
I upgraded my seat and was promised it would be next to the emergency door for extra leg room and they said it was premium plus but it was at the back of the plane...same thing happened from Newark to Dubai
HORRIBLE, my initial flight was cancelled, they made me pay $200 extra dollars and that got cancelled as well! After 6 cancellations I decided to get a refund because I needed to get home to my babies. Out of $1000+ dollars they offered me only $40 in refund! Totally unacceptable! The flight that they cancelled I was able to fly it on another airline. I had to spend $400 on one way tickets just to get home! I’m still getting the runaround.
I wish there were outlets to charge my iPhone. The crew was great; we had a female pilot who was great with explaining what was happening and delays,
Great flight. On time boarding. Smooth flight and on time arrival at EWR. The flight crew was marvelous and there was a great selection of movies on the entertainment system. Our bags were at the carousel before we got there. Another excellent flight from United.
Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
We were made to wait in the airport for six hours for a flight that was ultimately canceled.
No included food for a 5 hour flight and the entertainment was only accessible if you had wired headphones (not provided). Otherwise though, great and smooth flying and customer service.
Horribly rude check in at airport, worst in 25 years of flying. All over a simple issue they could have googled to resolve.
1) No pilot available for 1 hour 2) no room for most passengers careyon in overhead—-> stowed below 3) when we landed we had to wait 45 min. Before docking at gate as gate was not ready

The ride share experience in JFK is terrible. After traveling on a flight, then you need to take a subway to the last stop to get an uber or lyft. Unacceptable. Bad job JetBlue for permitting JFK and Port Authority to do this to your passengers.
The flight was two hours late due to a computer fault and resulting maintenance. Nothing was offered as compensation beyond bottles of water during the time we were deplaned and waiting in the terminal.
Four plus hour flight delay in New York caused us to take off after 11:30pm. We didn’t arrive at our hotel until five hours after check in. Started the trip off feeling exhausted.
There was a fowl odour coming from the lavatory the entire flight
I don’t usually fly budget airlines or airlines in the United States. It was as good as any other airline. The seats are comfortable and the airline attendants are not rude & surly. Very nice flight (s).
Customer service online / on the phone are horrible. Flight crew is great but gate agents and customer service are terrible

There was absolutely nothing good about this fight. They delayed us for over 2 hours to give our plane to a flight going to Tampa. By the time we got to norfolk conditions were too bad to land so they took us to Charlotte to refuel so they could fly back to Fort lauderdale. There was almost no communication from the pilot, no wifi, no chargers, and they wouldn't even give us free water when we were stuck in Charlotte refueling.
This flight cancelled. I am in the airport right now and my kids sleep on the floor. We are waiting for information in the line 4 hours and rude woman from spirit airline offers us flight to Austin on 23 February. No water no food offer. The offer to book hotel and they will refund 150$. The nearest hotel 450$ per night. So I got flight to San Antonio 02/22 at 7am. I hate this company, they are rude and no empathy. So many people with kids were there. And I don’t sleep and it is cold here. I don’t have warm clothes for me and my kids. And I don’t have money for transport from San Antonio to my Austin.
It was the most turbulent terrifying flight I’ve ever been on. I will never fly spirit again.
Horrible experience!! In the meantime we were in Philadelphia they didn’t give us some water and the information about the fly on the plane was without empathy!!! Plus the fly started with delay!! So very unhappy moment!!!
The flight was delayed for unknown reasons while other airlines weren’t. It was very frustrating.
I was not informed via text about flight delay and gate change. There should have been a notice by the original gate letting us know that there was a change. A half hour before original flight time we realized there was no one there and were told that the gate was changed so we ran across the airport (I was traveling with my aunt who is in her upper 60s) to try to make the flight and then saw that the flight was actually delayed an hour . If you can do something for us to makeup for this we would appreciate it. Thank you
Flight got cancelled 1.5 hours prior to gate open and logistics of travel got delayed.
Spirit loves to pick and choose when to harass you about your personal item. I’ve flown numerous times with the same bag with no problem yet flying out of Orlando they forced me to pay $99 for a carry on and then ran out of overhead space. Do better!
