My flight was scheduled to take off at 20:50. I arrived at Avianca counter at 20:20 and they said check in was closed and told me to buy a new ticket for a flight on the following day, for which I had to pay 500 brazilian reales. I could not get to the airport earlier because traffic, the day was rainy and the bus took an extra hour than normally to get to the airport. They should be more flexible with their check in. Today I asked an Avianca officer what was their closing time for check in and he said 30 minutes before departure. Last night I was at the Avianca counter 30 minutes before departure and they did not want to process my check in. I do not think to travel again with Avianca.
I lost my flight I contacted vayama To remark and they say they couldn't change my flight I had to pay for another flight $410 Never going to book in this website again

One choice only, Ham and cheese, no other alternatives for someone who doesn't eat pork or is vegetarian. Poor judgement by company. No cookies, pretzels, peanuts or any other alternatives. Really pathetic.
