Pros: The crew was really good

Cons: Perhaps seats just a bit more confortable. Overall a very good airline

Pros: All services were superb. From boarding, food, to bye bye from Crew very unique. Good team

Pros: Nothing. I was offloaded minutes before boarding by BA without any explanations. The staff was not helpful in any way. BA is suggesting either non recept of payment or credit card fraud. Both reasons are totally bogus.

Cons: Proper communication by both BA and local handlers at the airport in Iceland.

Cons: The stretched 757 is a crowded cramped uncomfortable airplane.

Cons: The staff never greeted us or said good bye. They didn’t really smile at all. Didn’t really seem to be happy or acknowledge us

Pros: The lady at the checkin was very considerate and suggested that I am only allowed to bring one baggage. So she suggested if I can combine my both luggage as one, then I should be all good otherwise they will charge double- scary.

Cons: Light travellers like us should be given more latitude to choose 1 bag size 17x10x 5” and one laptop bag size 12” X 10” x 3”

Cons: Make sure all passengers can watch movies

Pros: The crew was nice. They did a very good job under the circumstance.

Cons: The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything.

Cons: Food somewhat expensive..... boarding off the plane - people with no luggage should get off first then there should be some kind of control instead of everybody just getting in the aisles trying to get their luggage and holding everybody up
