Nice seats, comfortable.

Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here.

The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good.

I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again.

The flight was very pleasant, with great service. The in-flight entertainment selection was good, food was tasty. The day we flew, this flight was maybe half-full in coach, which may not be great for BA, but fantastic for leg room! The attendants were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the continuous water service through the flight, which kept me nicely hydrated. The ice-cream mid-way through movietime was a welcome treat!

The staff were professional. Boarding was orderly. The flight was smooth. The lavatories were clean.

As a tall man, even with an entire row to myself, it was impossible to be comfortable. I had to fold myself like origami to fit. My head and neck was pitched forward, even with the seat back reclined. You got me, next time I’ll spring for business class.

I like that it was a direct flight and inexpensive.

We left one hour late. The lines were very long. Not enough agents. This happened both ways. The seat from Austin to Frankfurt was tight and very uncomfortable. I had paid 49 euros for it. So, on my return flight I upgraded to a 99 euro seat, thinking I'd just be charged the difference. No. I over-paid 150 euros for an exit door seat. The weight limit for a carry-on bag was lighter than for other airlines, so I had to check it in and overpay for that. One of my glass souvenirs was broken.

Discount airline that doesn't hide it. If you don't upgrade to premium or business class you have to pay for movies (absurd for a 11+ hr flight) and even then selection is pretty limited. No alcohol included with coach seats, credit card machine was down so any extra items you wanted to purchase had to be made with cash. Seats had little to no legroom, at 6'1" my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me the entire time and the seat was very stiff.

Crew were very kind and hospitable. The aircraft was comfortable. There were a good number of restrooms that were easily accessible.

The food was not good. I was not given any options in meal choice. That was a bit of a problem as I have lactose issues, so I did not eat much. The entertainment was rather disappointing. The economy/free selection consisted of only two movies that are better for children and teens (Garfield and Harry Potter). All other selections required a purchase of 8 euro. I have flown internationally on several occasions, and this is the first time I have been compelled to pay for entertainment. It seems that for the price and length of such flights more economy options could be given, even if they are older movies.

The crew was attentive and responsive. The exit row had adequate leg room for me because I am tall. Food was not bad.

These are the following issues I had leaving Frankfurt: 1. They assigned me a different seat, even though I paid 99 euro to book a specific exit row seat. When I asked an employee at the airport, she told me I can contact Condor for a refund and gave no explanation as to the issue. I ended up showing a flight attendant my proof of purchase and my boarding pass with the exit row seat assignment and he was able to switch my seat. The person who was assigned my seat never paid for it, so he was willing to switch. I find this unacceptable. 2. The boarding process was a nightmare in Frankfurt. While I understand there was enhanced security due to the terrorism in Barcelona, it could have been handled far more efficiently. For instance, because I transferred airports from Barcelona, I needed to go through passport control twice and go through security again before boarding. The problem arose where there were two different lines to process the passports the 2nd time from Condor and when that was complete, to go through security. It was a large waste of time. 3. The flight was full to Austin. As a result, I was required to check my larger carry-on bag. They tried to charge me 75 euro for the second checked bag even though they were forcing me to check it on. Absolutely unacceptable. 4. They charge 8 euro for every movie and tv show available except two movies: Garfield and the last Harry Potter movies and 2 episodes of two tv shows. For an 11 hour flight, this was incredibly disappointing. The movies available were a mix of older and new. There should still be some unpaid entertainment options available in Coach. That's ridiculous.

flight left gate on time

we left gate on time & then pilot announced(all announcements were in german & then you would get a very short one in english) we had hydraulic problems-waited for parts/repair time/testing - 3 hours later they decided to cancel flight-between german/buses/hotel there was a lot of confusion very dis-organized, much confusion at gates the next morning - got to airport early but gates not open until 1 hour before flight-ended up leaving 18 hours late - finally got to austin & baggage was another 1/2 hour although airport not crowded-not sure if condor does not maintain planes properly but we heard many problems from other condor flyers

The Crew was lovely on the Transatlantic flight. The Dublin-HH crew was polite, one older lady was warm. Of course I would have like free wine, but I imagine many passengers might abuse the offer...

Narrow seats, not spacy feet place (fortunately a nice gentleman in the middle of us, 2 people, found a seat with more space - he was a very long and not too skinny man. Only 3 toilets for both isles of passengers on a TRANSATLANTIC flight.

Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me.

Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased.

We have been on 6 flights over the last 8 days, all with Delta and we have already started telling people how wonderful the service was. Sherry on this last flight was amazing, working so hard all by herself as our flight attendant. We were very impressed. And the pilots all came out to say goodbye and thank you. All very nice...esp for me who needed some wheelchair assistance. We will certainly fly with you again in the future.

Even though I was disappointed by not being able to get the boarding passes from Delta for Aeromexico’s connecting flight to Bogota, I had an agent greet me after customs in Mexico to issue the boarding pass so I could use the transfer flight line. Excellent service throughout the entire trip.

Arm rest not going up for 11 hour flight not good . Trash not collected

The flight was very pleasant, with great service. The in-flight entertainment selection was good, food was tasty. The day we flew, this flight was maybe half-full in coach, which may not be great for BA, but fantastic for leg room! The attendants were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the continuous water service through the flight, which kept me nicely hydrated. The ice-cream mid-way through movietime was a welcome treat!
