Transferring from the Main Terminal to the HumphRey Terminal was a huge, grossly unpleasant inconvenience. Fly direct, use a carrier that connects at the Humphrey terminal, but by all means do not connect with Iceland Air using Alaska in Minneapolis."

I had $500 cash in my wallet that my husband gave me to deposit in the bank upon my arrival. When i asked the guy why he had my bag he said he was security and he thought I left. I felt that was odd because people were still exiting the plane. I grabbed my things and left. I didn't realize my money was taken until i got my rental car. That was the only time my bag was left unattended. I have never experienced this before and was so disappointed in my ingnorance. Since it was cash, my colleagues told me I would most likely be wasting my time."

We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

Cons: "After having my flight delayed 4 hours causing me to miss my connection, I was placed stand by on a different flight through another city so I could try and make it home on time. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

Pros: "It was my grandson's first plane ride. They let us board early because I was managing two carry on suitcases. The flight was smooth and he loved the apple juice. He learned so much by looking out the window and seeing the ground and the clouds."

Then the lady I went to see at the customer service desk was rude, and rejected me from first class even though it was THEIR MISTAKE I was booked there. Then I didn't even land at LAX! I had to take another flight that landed at Ontario so I can make my appointment on time. Will NEVER travel with United again!"
Pros: "The crew overheard me offer my scarf to the lady next to me because I noticed that she was cold, and a few minutes later they offered her a blanket without us even asking for one. We were both so shocked that they knew what we needed before we asked for it."

I should have pay for an exstra suitcase 60 dollars so i gave the receptionist my credit card. Yesterday I got my credit details i saw an extra charge of 400 hundred dollars !!! Cons: "The flight was cancelled for aircraft maintenance with very little notice (waiting at the gate) and the next available flight didn't leave until the next day. Got put up in a $75 airport hotel room WITHOUT my luggage and was provided a $10 food voucher for meals. Are you kidding me??? So, I must pay for your problem? This was ridiculous and extremely inconvenient."
Cons: "Had to change plans because the septic line wasn't taken care of so the lines were frozen. The plane wasn't warmed up for us to board. We were told to exit the plane and go to another terminal but never explaned to take the shuttle . I took the Tran and had to go back through security and almost missed the plane. I was the last person to board. This was my 1st time traveling to that airport. No way to know that the Tran would require me to pass through security checkpoint again. Get better communication with people. The lady at the desk was just saying go to terminal A! They should have had a person directing all of us to go to the shuttle and bussed us to the terminal."

Cons: "Was delayed and missed my connection home. The hotel provided by United was dirty and run down. They gave me food vouchers for the hotel but the hotel did not have any food options. I was rescheduled on a flight home and was forced to sit in the row in front of the bathroom by the window. Likely the most cramped seat on the aircraft. I literally could not sit upright with out my head striking the wall. To top it all off they lost my bag. After hours of wrangling with the baggage folks it could not be located in their computer system at all. I was told they could only reimburse for $3,500. Needless to say I had some expensive camera equipment in my checked luggage and was not too excited about this reimbursement cap. By some miracle the bag ended up at my home destination. It was off in the corner of baggage claim. No tag on it, no one standing around it, no one knew anything about it. I just happen to walk by it on my way out of the airport. Horrible experience. I think I’ll stick with the other airlines in the future."

I had missed my ride & I had to find child care for my 5 kids that were waiting for me to pick them up. Landed in time but couldn't get off."

I felt I had no choice in the matter and she was not a nice person to me. She rushed me and scowled and told me to just go.... This survey asks about food and entertainment which there was none off yet I have to answer."

I already avoid united in general and will not be flying with them any time in the future."

There was absolutely no explanation as to why the plane was unavailable. On our return flight home, once again the flight was delayed too late for us to make our connecting flight. We were told we would have to change airlines again. We spent 13 hours sitting in the airport waiting for a flight to take us to our destinations. Poor weather was not an issue . We will never book a flight with United ever again."

Seats were crowded and uncomfortable. The flight attendants seemed as if they would have rather been anywhere but helping passengers. Both flights were late not due to weather. After booking this flight with all of the ad ons, I found I could have flown Sun Country or Delta for less - and next time I will use another airline."

Then the flight gets cancelled but no email notification was sent and the screen wasn't updated at the gate (the whole time I was there). If I hadn't come back to the gate during the long delay and asked a fellow passenger why they were in line, I wouldn't have known it was cancelled for a long time. The employees at the gate were helpful in refunding our tickets, etc. but overall, not happy with my experience with Frontier Airlines."

When they finally did get me on a flight a day and a half later instead of an hour layover I had a 9 hour layover and when I asked if it was possible to get on an earlier flight I was given attitude and treated very rudely and dismissed in spite of how polite I was. In addition to getting in two days late and coming in at 3am, my luggage was lost and there was no one who could assist me in the entire airport and when I called their customer service I was eventually hung up on, after sitting on the phone for 15 minutes, as it was after hours. When I did get a hold a representative the next day they were very put out that I didn't want to make the two hour drive to the airport to get my luggage and instead wanted it delivered. Worst experience I've ever had after many years of heavy travelling. Absolutely terrible."

I spent 30+ minutes on the phone with their representative and she was 'unable' to link our reservations or book our seats together. She told me to request that we are seated together when we check in. When I checked in, the person told me to as at the gate. When I asked at the gate the guy told me that he couldn't change our seats. SERIOUSLY?! Frontier has gone too far. Shame on you guys."

If I wanted to pay for my bag I might as well have gotten a flight with SunCountry, Delta or Southwest and had more legroom, in-flight snack, free carry-on, etc."
