The crew was really nice.
So many delays. My flight was eventually cancelled on Friday and was rescheduled for Saturday. The Saturday flight was delayed. All in all, i wasted a vacation day on Friday, I paid for a hotel in Denver for Friday night that I was not able to get refunded, I missed out on a day in Denver. It was a huge bummer.

No one takes cash anymore! Have to pay for all snacks! Not alot of room for broad shoulders.

Front desk check in guy in Orlando was a bit shady. Asked that we pay for our check-in bags with cash and wanted 10$ cash to put our seats together. I did not give him cash and had to ask for a reciept for the checked bags. We were 4 hours early for check in.
The dirt cheap, I can't believe an airline can operate at this low an airfare and still turn a profit-ticket prices
The hidden checked-baggage fees that were almost half the cost of the actual ticket for one bag. The non reclining seats. The lack of legroom. The feeling of cattle being herded into a slaughterhouse. The lack of friendliness with the RDU and MCO gate/ticket counter agents. The cost of having to pay $12 to ensure I sit beside my 5 year old son on the flight. Besides a free seat belt, having to pay for everything else under the sun. Surprised AC was free. Not even an in-flight magazine or barf bag. Which is exactly what I feel like doing after giving you my money......
Service was awful. Delayed for more than 8hrs without an explanation of what type of maintenance issues were happening. Never given a straight answer as to what was happening. Food vouchers were only offered after the airport restaurants had closed. Once the plane was finished the crew had timed out and we could not leave till the following afternoon. Ended up being put up in a hotel for the night and lost an entire day of our weekend get away. Poor contingency planning on frontiers part. There was no reason
Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
I found the reason for being late to be questionable They said heavy snow but as i flew in i looked out the window and saw all roads nicely cleared That does not happen in 3 hours
They did not get my liggage to the connecting flight And here i am in Ukraine with no winter clothes at 7 below 3 days later
Entertainment, and leg space.
Full plane, long wait to use lavatory. Crew was good, but should have upped their game under the circumstances, especially with regards to keeping the lavatory clean. The noodles for breakfast turned out to be porridge, and went straight to the waste basket.

Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.
