Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

So many hours of flying without salty food is a shame and the fact that they want to sell it to you seems like a rip-off
I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.
We liked the way we were treated by the sraff at lima airport counter and the the flight attendants. We did not like the fact that the kiosks at airport rebooted after we entered our information and then told us that there was an issueand we needed to go to the counter. Such a waste of time for a group of 6. Once we got our boarding passes there was no assigned gate so we did not know where to go.
I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money
I like this airline a lot no problems at all, except being forced to check a carry-on bag ., Overall very good airline
It’s a delta flight operated by LATAM. The whole ticket sale is a mess, delta changed my flight but didn’t update it in LATAM system, I couldn’t get my boarding pass, it took me hours to resolve this issue with delta. I had to change my travel plan. No apology from Delta even though it’s their fault.
I travel often with LATAM, it never disappoints me. The service is great, nice crew, latest and some classic movies. I got 3 small meals, cannot complaint. I’ll definitely travel again with them.
Not sure why there are so many security checks at this airport. Consistently annoying showing passport over and over, checking carryons at gate all the while trying to make tight connection. Basically it was uncomfortable crowded cabin with meidiocre service
I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.
I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.
Liked check in process To improve: food and beverages. Not second round was offered and meal had no salad.
The flight from PDX to New York was cancelled, and I got rebooked one day later. Because of this I missed a meeting at my final destination, EZE. I now need to stay longer in Argentina, and was told the tariff difference was $780 plus $150 penalty! I am not using my return ticket, and have purchased a one way ticket EZE-PDX for $606 with another airline. SHAMEFUL
Old plane. Nowhere as compared to non US airlines like JAL.
Not good always. Even our trip to japan was disaster with the American airlines delays and cancellatios. Now unfortunately we needed to book again with them last min. Was okay but as usual not comfortable seating.
Susan the flight attendant was great. She greeted me with a smile and showed great hospitality.
Horrible! We departed out of terminal 5, not only was the sign for flights and gate information were so badly organized that it took 2 minutes for all of the flight info load for the correct airline. One would think BA would have new and well managed jet ways, but no you had to take a bus to the plane. It took for every and detailed departure by 40 mins. I’ve had better class of service from Indian Airlines. BA needs to work on upscaling to meet the Industry norms. I can see regional airlines using this loading method but not on an international flight.
Overall good, but it would be better more movies and tv shows options

Food horrible, even because there was no food the personal was rude and show off and the landing and take off ,was an adventure.

I have flown Jet Blue many times between JFK and SFO. I appreciate how clean the planes are, the ability to select my onboard entertainment and the flight crews have always been amazing! Unfortunately, my trip from SFO to JFK on August 23 was unusual. I arrived early at SFO for the 12:00 noon scheduled boarding. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:45pm but after sitting for a while, the plane had to return to the gate to have a generator inspected. After deplaning and then reboarding, we eventually took off around 3:30 pm. It was explained to the passengers that because the plane was using a backup generator, additional fuel was needed and the flight would take longer than originally scheduled. We were originally supposed to arrive at JFK at 9:32 pm but instead, arrived at midnight. Unfortunately, I was exhausted for the funeral I attended the next morning. As a passenger, I have always expected that the plane will be in good mechanical order and that all parts will function as expected. I'm not entirely certain that if I fly Jet Blue in the future, that I will have the same level of confidence that I had become accustomed to. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback. 3 hours late JetBlue flight made me miss my connecting flight to Nairobi Kenya, they did not even offer me hotel accommodation, I paid out of my pocket, they did not know where my luggage was, let say my experience with JetBlue was nightmare.
My screen didn’t work, my seat didn’t recline, the flight attendant was rude and completely dismissive, the airplane was freezing, the seats are way old, slanted and uncomfortable. I payed for a full ticket and got a horrific experience, with a flight attendant who dismissed me even though I was calm respectful and polite.
It was my worse flying experience. It was my first time and last time flying with Jet Blue.
It was my first time in Jetblue flight in 10+ years(?) and the experience was horrible. You were better before. There were ATC delays sitting/waiting in the tarmac for 2 hours, I understand that this isn't Jetblue's problem but how the matter was handled poorly is. Cabin was so warm and hot couldn't get it to cool down for the entire waiting period worse, even during cruise flight. Start, the passengers were spoken to and treated like a little children with no respect. Constant/multiple annoying tone/voice PA announcements of mentioning "... only big/large suitcases are for the bin and small ones need to be placed under the seat, etc,..." I see that flight was delayed and crew were trying to get the plane ready to board as soon as they can but the way they presented was lack of better word, condesending and scolding tone to cattle. It was definite unpleasant, unwelcoming flight experience I have ever had with Jetblue. Whatever happen to smiles and fun employees , pleasant/helpful gate agents, flight attendants, crews, where have they gone? It was dissapointing flight experience overall from everyone. Sorry for the direct transparency.
JetBlue cancelled the flight. We had to rebook on another airline.

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.
I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
Avianca is not what it used to be. So disappointing
why did we have to go through security mid flight
A few years ago long flights 6 hours or so used to have video screens and they offered ear phones. The food cart used to come and drinks. Now absolutely nothing. Avianca is as bad as Spirit Airlines. Avianca will now be my last choice when booking my next flight.
Same experience, very poor food, drinks or entertainment while flying. There are some products offered to buy but only using debit or credit cards . No friendly for seniors or people without cards.
Poor In food , poor in entertainment , passengers don’t get for free not even water
