We had to wait four more hours to go to Bogota. Also the sits were accomodated terribly for me (I can understand they had to use what was available) but if Im traveling with a minor the airline should make sure the child is seated next or near me. Even though, I understood it was a detail that simply they did not control correctly, I requested to two flight attendants to please fix the problem for me, but I was totally ignored by both. When I told them a second time, they said to me there was nothing they can do. But coincidencially, right after I was told, he sat one passanger whom have not seat assigned, right in front of me on the emergency exit. The attendant said minors cant go there which is true, but I would have seated there, and my daughter on the sit that I was which was right behind me. That plus another rude encounter with one of the flight attendants when I was getting into the plane made of my experience with Copa Airlines my first and only trip with them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

Pros: "The plane arrived on time once it left the airport which was unlike the flight from JFK to Georgetown that had passengers seated for three hours after they boarded the plane while some check was going on."
Cons: "The Flight Attendants were not paying any attention to passengers and only a glass of water or soda was given after 2-3 hrs into the flight.Some passengers were not given anything to drink or eat and you can literally died of hunger after having to wait so long because some passengers arrived at the Airport three hours before to check in."
Pros: "I happened to fiND out by accident that Dynamic Air stoped all service to Punta Cana as of 8/21. No one bothered to let us know. We had to rebook flights with Jet Blue at a much higher price. Due to this we lost several guests who were supposed to attend my daughter's wedding. Wedding party had to pay alot more."

Cons: "Dynamic air is the most terrible airline company ever. They canceled my flight without notifying me and cost me tripe the amount I paid to get back home from a wonderful vacation. Can you imagine the stress that put on me traveling with my two year old. The thought of not having a flight home when I had to work the next day gave me so much anxiety, not to mention the $699 per person in a flight I had to pay. You will be hearing from my lawyer and rest assure the that dynamic will no longer be in business!"

Cons: "The boarding took long. Then the crew people were rude. The didcomfort of sitting in those chairs was baf hurting our neck they dont provide blankets the a.c was too high up people were getting sick and they provided no food for 6 plus hours only cookies with lots of sugar and water"
Cons: "Dynamic cancelled our return flight from Punta Cana!! We were left stranded in a foreign country and had to buy a VERY EXPENSIVE flight back on our own. No one did anything to help us. The flight we found left from santo Domingo 3 hours away!! Another expense for cab. They should give us a FULL REFUND including the extra expenses."

Cons: "Plane was 12 hours late. The most unprofessional staff and crew like no one cares, just there for a paycheck. Showed up at airport for flight from NYC to guyana and was told to go home and come back the next day. Nothing works in the plane(crew call button, television or reading lights). Seats are old and very dirty with food and everything else on them. Even better was my flight from Guyana to New York as we were about to takeoff a passenger realized she was on the wrong plane so we had to return to the gate and let her out."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled on the 4th of Aug, Dynamic took hours to provide name of hotel,..i had asked to go eat& lay my head down while they decided at unacquaintance's place. I was told to go ahead that they would call to inform me. I gave my cellell number and also Iasked for their tel # to call just in Case. I called every 30 minutes or so til 11:25pm and no news. I placed my cell by my Head whilei fell asleep at my acquaintance's place nearby the airport. I never received a call. At 6 am I had to the leave that apt as he had to go work. I went by a shopping plaza with my suitcase, I had called numerous times the tel number I was given but no answer. I managed to make my way to The airport at about 1045AM to check with The Dynamic support staff. I was told the passengers were sent to The Westin Hotel. I had asked to be placed in a taxi to go and at least shower. I was told to that this isn't possible at and I was told to wait at the airport until The 12 midnight flight. I was appalled. I said this isn't acceptable, I said there has to be a hotel room under my name as I had checked in Last night when flight was cancelled. I couldn't stay at the airport from 11am until 12 midnight, I wasn't going to be given the hotel option nor food nor taxi.. So I proceeded to rent a car and get an inexpensive hotel room 30 minutes from The airport for 2 nights as I didn't know if they would cancel again. I took the rental for one night only. I hope to get reimbursed for one out of these two Hotel nights and The rental. Friday I showed up at 8pm for The 12 midnight flight to find out it wouldn't leave until 6am. I couldn't Wait That long without proper sleep or shower so I asked to be moved to the next day's flight, hoping to have That one be on time. I took a taxi, paid $35 US to Get there to the same hotel to sleep and leave Saturday at the 12 AM flight. Saturday I showed up again at 730pm for the12 midnigflight. Guess what?? The same situation. No flight until 6am the next day. It's currently Sunday 12:30 AM as write this seating on The floor of the airport since about 8pm. Waiting to be checked in for 6AM flight... Long story but there's much to tell about this horrible experience...my vacation became a nightmare."
Cons: "The y cacel my fligth 48 hours before flight, and reinstal the flight 12hours before flight, they didn't asing me in other airline, so I need to buy another ticket in United, so I ask for my money back, I can trust any more in Dynamics"

Cost 400 dollars more to get home. Amex step up on some of the costs. Company is obviously in trouble. They should be allowed to book flights."

Cons: "i found out less than 24hrs before my departure that my flight with dynamic did not exist. I had a booking for thursday july 7th, but when I went to check in flgiht did not exist. called dynamic and at first they said flight was scheduled then changed the story to they just cancelled it due to technical error and were going to contact me. they offered a full refund or taking their flight the next day. I needed to be in mexico that same day for a wedding so had no choice but to accept the refund and pay much more for a new flight out of a new airport. worst experience ever, and I know that if i hadnt called I would have been at the airport the mornign of the flight for a flight that did not even exist. I had friends flying the same flight they offered me for the next day and that flight was also cancelled as well their return flight. glad I went with a new airline. Also, i was told they would email me with confirmation of refund and have yet to receive anything from them, 1 week and counting. Ridiculous!"
Pros: "I enjoyed the crew and the pilot. The pilot of my flight took the opportunity every time it was necessary to inform the passengers on any issues that may make us uncomfortable as well as kept us informed about our flight time as we made our way to NYC."
Cons: "Upon take off, about 2 minutes into ascending, the plane faced strong turbulence which then caused the plane to drop a couple feet as it was ascending farther into the air. This occurred about 2 times and made myself and the other passengers uncomfortable. But, I do understand that the airline is not responsible for the weather."
Pros: "Flight was relatively cheap"
Cons: "I arrived to the airport for the flight and here was about 10-15 people that they could not fit on the flight because the flight was over booked. At the check in counter, the staff did not have any answers and could not contact Dynamic for a resolution. We waited 4 hours before the airline could confirm that other flight arrangements could be made on another airline the next day. We left the airport at 12 am. The airline did not offer to put us up at a hotel and everyone had to make there own arrangements for a hotel, pay out of pocket, in a foreign country in the middle of the night. on top of it all, I paid dynamic for my check in luggage when I purchased my flight, but since I was put on a flight with another airline I had to pay again to check in luggage. Very poorly managed airline."

Cons: "Our outbound flight 403 from JFK to CUN was cancelled without notice to both travel agent (vayama) and passengers. We met with a couple families at the airport in the same situation. a lot of frustration and hassles. Dynamic did not send manifest to U.S immigration on our return trip so they were under staffed and had to manually typed in each passengers, causing a long wait time at the airport. The worst airline I've flown in my life."

Cons: "Boarding was delayed over an hour. Because of duplicate seating assignment we were forced to sit in the crew seats in the back of the plane. These seats do not recline and have a lot less leg room than other seats. Last, upon arriving in JFK we were forced to stay on board the plane over an hour waiting to park and unload. The absolute worst flight I've ever experienced."

Cons: "all the screens at check in said that the windows opened 4 hours before the flight, but for us they didn't open until 1.5 hours before the flight. once they opened there was only ONE person staffing the desks. when we eventually got on the plane, we didn't leave until an hour after scheduled departure. their customer service was also terrible when i had questions about my flight prior to the trip. will never fly again."

Cons: "They changed my arrival flight to an unreasonable 3AM on a workday without options. When that flight was cancelled, they have no partnerships to get us on seat on other airlines, so we were trapped. The crew seemed angry at passengers telling people to sit down or leave. The carpet where I was seated was missing."

Cons: "I received an email 2 weeks before my flight changing the flight times. Jfk to Cancun changed from 10 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. That was ok, but the flight time from Cancun to JFK was changed from 4:00 p.m. to 10:25 p..m. That means that we would land at JFK at 3:00 a.m.! When we got to JFK the morning of our flight, we found out that the plane that we were supposed to be flying on hadn't left Cancun. This delayed us for many hours. We ended up booking American Airlines at that point and didn't fly Dynamic at all. The only reason I gave them a mediocre overall rating is because I did receive a full refund."

Cons: "Check-in process was chaotic There was not enough staff available to help or answer questions There was no clear delineation of lines, people were everywhere Checking in took almost 90 mins....and then there was Security As the time came closer to departure, there was no rep to help move Flight passengers to the top of the Security line. More poor planning considering the check-in. The boards through-out the airport showed a 3:45PM departure for my 4:30 PM flight. Lots of panic on the long security line."

Cons: "Poor communication and service. I will never fly via this airline again. First and last time. Upon arriving at the airport in Cancun they told us our airline was changed to American Airlines and placed us on a connecting flight when i have already purchased a direct flight. Nothing was communicated to me about this change and I feel that is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not recommend this company to anyone."
Cons: "The flight was cancelled less than 24 hrs before it left. We were booked on a flight with JetBlue by Dynamic instead. The flight we ended up taking was 3 hrs earlier in take off and was supposed to land an hour later after a layover. Both flights were delayed which wasn't Dynamic's fault but it led to a long day of travel and stress."
