Pros: Cabin crew were very good. Very pleasant.
Cons: Unpacking wet clothes from one of my bags. It must have been left out in the rain for some time. I filed a separate complaint with Delta.
Pros: Delta was OK
Cons: Lack of attention by the fly stuard in Virgin Australia Virgin had a 45´delay
Pros: Boarded and left JFK on time and arrived 15 minutes early to Seattle. Love DELTA.
Pros: Delta flights are usually on time and the staff is always polite and helpful
Cons: Both my departure and arrival flight were delayed and I was not please with delay.
Pros: Food quality was above average (compared to Air France, for instance). On-board entertainment system offers a lot of movies or tv series, assuming it is in working order.
Cons: A negative point for the entertainment system is the variety of movies - all US based movies. Other airlines mix in foreign movies, Delta is squarely US centric. Also, the entertainment system didn't properly work until rebooted, but flight attendants could not be contacted to get this done timely (cannot call attendants through a non-functional screen). Another concern is the noise level of the cabin, but it's mostly due to passengers.
Pros: Before I knew it we were landing. Good flight
Cons: The meal had no dessert. The coffee had run out and they promised to return and never did. I had to remind the hostess about an hour later.
Pros: The flight crew was terrific, and the pilot provided good information on the cause of the delay, and expected deoarture and arrival.
Cons: We were 80 minutes late leaving Portland. Fortunately I did not have a connecting flight and the late arrival was a nuisance and not a problem.
Pros: Free tv to distract me from my state of misery
Cons: Too warm on flight. Was so nauseated the whole time.
Pros: Flight was an hour early getting in due to favorable tailwinds - liked that!
Cons: Seats weren't that comfortable, but probably not many would be for that long of a flight.
