Flight on time, friendly crew.
Not so good meals. For a 9 long-haul flight only one meal provided, other was a cheap candy bar. Other carriers do offer breakfast. Traveled with child and did not allow priority boarding at LHR. Limited leg room, I assume this already a trend well known by travelers.
The 787 aircraft is better

Lack of attention to detail and general frugality
The crew made your needs a top priority which was nice. This trip was my first time flying British Airways, I normally fly United, but the price was too good to pass up. I will definitely be using BA in the future from now on. Overall a great experience!

Nothing I didn’t make the flight
Heathrow security is slower than molasses and rude. They had to check my bags and it took them over an hour. They were condescending and very unprofessional. Also extremely slow.
Rude air hostesses. 3 hours on taxi which I’m willing to forgive because of the weather. They took an extra three hours to send our baggage through to baggage claim because their crew “refused to work in that weather”. Get a hold on your recruiting. And then my baggage doesn’t show up. All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable.
It took less time :)!
The only thing I liked in the entire trip was when an official at the Moscow airport gave me a front seat on the plane upon request since I had a bus to catch.

I had problem with entertainment system because I could see any images on the screen and they couldn't fix it. For 12 hours flight it was not fun.

while going to US from Mumbai -Wheelchair service at Istanbul was found unsatisfactory. The attendanct was unfriendly adamant and rude. overall the wheel chair persons were neglected by the airlines (even at Boston ) but the cabin crew took care of all wheel chair persons.

I hate kayak..
There was a female attendant who as soon as I got to my seat asked me to stop blocking the aisle. I found this very annoying because I'd only just stopped at my seat. I found her manner disrespectful.
