new plane, seats were comfortable crew was competent
food was an insult. white rice, boiled broccoli and carrots plus something that vaguely resembled chicken pieces in a goopy sauce. no other meal choices, e.g., vegetarian meals, available which is unacceptable. too many unnecessary announcements during a red-eye flight when people are trying to sleep lost bag from Honolulu to NY. Received it two days after my arrival into JFK.
Awful to be delayed and stuck at the airport for over 12 hours for anytime especially on a holiday. I was and am livid!
Is nice a meal is included. I found flight fine over all I like you can pay just a bit extra for more leg room. I also found bathrooms a bit more spacious than usual planes.
Lots of interruptions of inflight entertainment. Hard to sleep when they have loads of announcements. General a pleasant experience. employees not very happy though or extend toward helpfulness. Am glad I did not need any extra help. Kinda felt that though about many employees I dealt with IN Hawaii itself. Maybe they just tired of tourists.
Comfortable seats that don't lean forward to much in the "upright" position. Friendly staff
