Delta exceeded my expectations! I am beyond satisfied. Thank you!
Noting this only because it’s so unusual for delta: this was just an uncomfortable flight. The jet ridge was too hot and the plane wasn’t any better. By the time we got off the ground the AC was on but for such a short flight it was almost too late.
1) It was extremely hot in the cabin. All the passengers were sweating and it almost became suffocating 2) It was a 50 min flight but there was no service. How can a 50 minute flight not have any drink/snack service?
I thought the service was very nice and pleasant. There were no hiccups and no issues so overall a good experience.
Average seat comfort, a drink and chips were provided, early boarding because we checked a carryon at the gate was nice. Ticket pricing shenanigans, including fees to pick a seat, check a bag, and get food onboard - evidence the industry is reinvigorating last century’s strategies- destroys the experience before one ever arrives at the airport. It’s difficult to recognize any value or sustain loyalty in the end-to-end process making air travel more drudgery than pleasure.
WiFi didn’t work. Flight delayed 3 hours Crew members were illiterate Seat lean back did not work.
The plan was delayed and left DC 90 minutes late. However, it showed a 20 minute delay on the delta app, then a 12 min delay. It turned out to be an hour delay. I found out where the plane was with flightaware. Stop keeping customers in the dark about what is going on.
Flight was delayed due to weather. Crew did a nice job of making us comfortable. No complain complaints.
Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own
As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.
Great flight. Boarded efficiently. Arrived early at CLT. There was no in flight entertainment on this aircraft. Great crew.
It was a red-eye, but the flight felt surprisingly quick. The seats were very comfortable, and that made resting much easier. I also want to thank the gentleman seated next to me, who graciously moved so my mom could sit beside me. We slept almost the entire way. The cabin crew was respectful in not disturbing us, while also being courteous and professional throughout. Thank you, United.
They promise free wi-fi prior to boarding and then once on board you are informed you have to purchase wifi even after being a mileagePlus member.
Terrible. No customer service, no food, no drinks on a 6 hour premier economy booking.

Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.

The flight up was great no issues. The flight back home was a cluster. I was told the plane I was waiting on was giving to another flight which caused me to miss my connection flight. Granted the airline did great with getting hotel and vouchr for food.

Got delayed several times, and now have to wait 5 to 6 hrs for next flight. Not including the flight from charlotte to Charlottesville had no AC.
the flight is delayed, which is not uncommon but the communication was still getting hopes on reaching on time which didn't happen. When I boarded the flight it was so like unimaginably filthy. My seat belt had some sticky stuff to it like food or something from before and the space below the arm rest is accumulated dust and waste like from few months i have the pictures. Cheery on top, the airhostess was an old lady who was so bossy and mad for no reason and bossing around everyone!! worst experience ever!!
The first leg of my trip from Dallas to CLT was smooth from check-in to landing. The snack, biscott cookie really needs an upgrade. Even if the upgrade is a choice of the cookie or pretzels.
Luggage handling and communication is extremely poor. I landed in india 15th and recived luggage today. Based on my itag the luggage was in Germany. They kept me in dark. Etihad num er in india was non operatuonal. Had to call USA etihad. It should not be so difficullt. I came for 1 week business trip everything was screwed . This is the first and also will be last for me
I wish I could've gotten a refund 😕 I never even got 😪 to go on my trip.
I paid extra for a seat up front and at last minute was moved to the 2nd to last row - which I could have had for free. No reason and no refund. Really great customer service American

KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.

Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off

Flight was cancelled as JetBlue could not find a pilot. Communication was poor and they did nothing for stranded passengers. Flight they rebooked us on was 4 days out.
It was a pretty smooth flight, I tend to get mini anxiety attacks during flights, however, this time was pretty smooth and I was able to relax. The only thing, I was having issues to connect to the Flyfi internet. I was not able to connect at all, I turned off my phone a couple times and didnt work.
