The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.
The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.
The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.
Flight was on time and the crew was very nice.
Boarding was quick. The flight itself was good. However, no charging ports for cell phones. Also, the food provided was just a few snacks. For a 5-hr flight, I would expect at least a sandwich.
The flight was very short, 45 mins, therefore no snacks/drinks were provided; there should be a NA option for food and entertainment survey questions. Also, there were no charging ports onboard for cell phones. My experience was overall positive.
I love the fact that Southwest airlines has a direct flight from Honolulu to Las Vegas and Las Vegas to Honolulu. The only downside was flying on Southwest is they do not provide meals even if they charged you they do not provide meals. They do provide a free snack that consists of chips pretzels cheese and a cookie. They do serve free drink and if you book the premium flight then you get your choice of an alcoholic beverage. The seats are small so if you are not traveling with three people plan on someone sitting next to you.
Flight was delayed for 1 hour. Otherwise it was a fairly normal Southwest experience
Main flight attendant made light of the delay and presented some humor to lighten the tempestuous situation. Delayed flight took off 2 hours after scheduled time.
More assistance and clarity for travelers with gate checking and lap children

Good, but because I fly internationally I found the food and service lousy compared to European standards. You should include a regular small mean (and not a lousy sandwich) and ear phones. People who travel from Europe are not aware of limited services.

Hawaiian Airlines, like most US-based ones, constantly provide sub-par service and pack their planes to the max with all kinds of last-minute-purchase schemes. As a result, it makes every flight so uncomfortable and generates high health risk for its passengers. In one word, GREED rules the day!
Terrible airport. It took over one hour to pass checkpoint and security gate. We stood under the sun in the long line
My experience with Alaska was good. Customer service before boarding the plane was good.
My flight was on schedule, ground crew looks overworked, flight crew was great but refreshments could be better. The plane was clean and fairly new. Seats were comfortable but leg room was tight.
We should have put our backpacks overhead as there was no foot room under the seat in front. Couldn’t hear flight announcements in the waiting area. The seat was hard so that it got uncomfortable toward the end of the flight. I’ve never had this happen before.
I received a small bag of pretzels & a biscuit on a 5 hr flight. I think a small meal would have been more appropriate.
We never made it on this flight because we missed our connection due to o delayed flight from Jackson.
The cabin temperature was nice and cool. The wifi was not working.
the crew cancel the morning service due to the weather. Then the flight got deverted to Nashville . we were on the ground for over two hours the only gave us water once... no food or any snacks.... the crew should have handled better and offered something to passengers.
Delay in SLC jammed us up in Chicago. Got caught up in rush hour traffic
Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.
Your crew could maybe answer the call bell at least one of the times I pressed it. I pressed it first time with 2.5 hours left in our flight bc my partner was hungry and wanted a sandwich. We finally got the sandwich with 40 mins left in the flight.
Standard economy seats on Deltas 767 were better than Alaska premium seats on their 737 MAX9; more legroom, wider seats. Entertainment was great, no ipad or phone required. Could have included a meal service.
Crew was not friendly when I went to request a seat change.
Delta flights are great. Easy boarding, friendly crew, great entertainment system. The food/snack choices could be a little better, especially on 4+ hour flights, but still better than most other airlines.
Comfort+ on delta was excellent room for a 6’4” male. No one issues. Staff was great. Flight was bumpy but the pilot did everything he could to make it comfortable. Internet went out half way through the flight. I am glad I didn’t pay for it. But that was a huge issue for users.

I liked the Starlink WiFi but didn't like how they said they were the only airline to offer a free meal and it turns out to be just a standalone sandwich and then charge for snacks to go with it. Rather have the free snacks like Southwest, but have the option to purchase a decent meal for a 5+ hour flight.
Flying with Hawaiian Airlines is a treat! They have the best crew, food and drinks! I’ve always enjoyed flying with Hawaiian Airlines and will continue to use them!
Attendants seemed un-engaged and indifferent when asked for assistance.
I was put in a middle seat with the people on either side of me kept passing their grandchild over me and talking back and forth while I was trying to rest or watch a movie. So inconsiderate and totally disturbing. I asked if they would sit next to each other to alleviate the constant impeding my comfort but they refused.
Great service, fast internet, got a lot of work done during the flight.
Cheap food no options for vegans, no entertainment, no snacks. Too much advertisement about their credit card. Next flight will be Delta Airlines.
Very comfortable and friendly staff! I love flying Hawaiian! I wish they had the screens on the back of the headrests for watching movies, but NO OTHER AIRLINE comes close to the customer service of Hawaiian air. Its worth the trade off of not having movies on the screen.
Transferring from International to Domestic/Mainland was a PITA; Hawaiian could not handle the rebooking of bags quickly after customs, etc. Eventually took it over to Terminal One where they were able to do it quickly. The "snack" or whatever on the flight was - Pepperoni Bagel - and for anyone who doesn't eat Pepperoni, tough luck. I guess they consider it too difficult to have Plain Bagel for anyone else. We don't count; they don't want our business. Then I got to SJC and found they had smashed one corner of my (brand new) suitcase such that it wouldn't roll because that corner collapses inward. They explain to me was SOL, as "they can do anything to the outside and they're not responsible". So if you fly Hawaiian Air, expect to have to replace luggage routinely. They don't want my business, they won't get my business.
seat cushions could be replaced. the foam bottoms out (I am 170 lb man). more lower back support would help. I tend not to recline the seat, so it would help if the seats were very slightly inclined; makes it hard to sleep without toppling forwards.
