Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Some entertainment and food/snack service would have been nice

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .

Business class was economy with a table in the middle seat. That is worse than economy. No food and no entertainment. Very poor representation.

I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer

Was a good flight , well served by the flight attendants. Boarding went smoothly, flight was smooth.

Clean and plenty of room for handbaggage. Leg room was cramped compared with the 777 from Frankfurt.

Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

Not a fan of the diagonal partially enclosed business class seats or how they have to be converted to beds manually by crew. I prefer more isolation and user control for switching to lie flat.

This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.

There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

Flights were delayed both ways, with no communication provided by the boarding desk. Delay time kept changing and the boarding process is a pain, as it is so disorganized. Would not recommend.

They changed the booking I had twice. I got an email last night at 10pm (which I missed of course). Went to the airport this morning and found out it got cancelled due to plane maintenance issues. They offered a flight for tomorrow morning and I just got an email with cancellation notice. Again!! I would not recommend booking with this airline.

They need to have enough immigration forms for every one. They should offer free water to everyone, unless some one needs bottled water

Delayed 6 hours! finally able to board, then had to wait 45 minutes for the plane to fill up. Mid flight when food service started, they had nothing to offer with the exception of chips and cookies. Worst flight ever!

The priority seat are great especially the first row! Crew was very cordial and helpful, airplane efficient, the departure and arrival was on time.

I had a flight before this one and I was able to get to the plane, the doors were open and they didn’t let me in. It was still 15 min before departure and the plane was there with the doors open and the hall as well and I went all the way there and they didn’t let me in. Then they tried selling me another flight 4 times more expensive than what the original cost and with a 7 hour layover in a different state when my flight was direct and cheaper. Very disappointed, specially with their 0 flexibility when it comes to travelers with multiple connections.

They not allowed to bord flight, arguing that was cancelled the flight reservation. No chance to find and explain answers, very bad treated by Airline staff… At the end we buying a flight ticket with Aeromexico. Is a low Price Flight Company (cheap), as it is cheap treatment for customers… seme with Kiwi .com app. With we did our reservation. with KAYAK.com never get this kind of treatment.

Buen servicio y muy puntual El problema ENORME es pagar por la página de Viva Aerobús lo cual es imposible aún con fondos suficientes en la tarjeta. Eso te obliga a acudir al callcenter de la aerolínea, en donde para que te atiendan transcurren 45 minutos, y ya que se tiene la suerte de comenzar la llamada, te toma otros 60 minutos terminar el proceso de pago de los tickets o de la maleta extra que deseas comprar.

It is ridiculous that electronic checkin for under age kids can be done and need to be done over the counter. Having said so, we were requested to do the single line for this as if we never did any checkin or made services for this to happen fast. Just ridiculous. Flight delayed as it is the regular business for this airline.

Awful. My flight was three hours late leaving DFW and we just arrived at LAX three hours late and stuck on the runway. I heard the Spirit workers at the desk in DFW say that we were waiting on a crew. I am extremely disappointed in Spirit.

Very long delay of 6hrs with poor communication from airline. Another 5 pm flight to Miami left on time even though ours was scheduled to leave before that at 3. Would only fly Spirit when you have flexibility for cancellations or delays

Horrible They let some flights go while others where grounded or cancelled. Understanding the storm but there is always a way to get it done when you actually care about the people that are not from the place they are leaving from.

Ridiculous that the plane was so late (3+ hours) and blaming weather even though other flights were coming and going. Also gate agent pulled me aside to measure my personal item. My personal item disassembled and fit in the slot. I was told that was unacceptable and I had to throw away the wheels of my pet carrier even though they fit in the slot. Per the gate agent, it had to be 1 piece. That's the spirit of Spirit- screw the customer to try and milk more money out of them.

Every last departure to get to our two destinations was horrible delayed putting us way after midnight to get to home and had to pay extra day for parking due to them getting us back to Myrtle Beach airport after midnight. The attendant on our flight from Newark decided to spray disinfected down the aisles and cause our eyes mouth and throat to burn and thanks to that we have suffered sinusitis. Shame on Kayak for having this airline on your site.

It was on time, no issues, everyone was courteous and of course, affordable.

Flight got diwngraded last minute and left us stranded. I was told I’ll be given credit for my luggage and seat upgrades but haven’t got anything yet
